The musical content of this album is superb, and they wrote some of the best tracks (i.e. Answer To Our Life, Time). As far as I see it, Backstreet Boys have accomplished much more then what *Nsync could ever hope to...they write better music (what is up with J.C. and his Space Cowboys?? Yeah and he's so proud of it to o_O), they've matured so much more, now known as men to the media more then a teeniebopper boy band, and they've set a world record for international sales. I mean, given these supporting statements, I don't see how *Nsync could possibly match up to BSB, nor do I care, because BSB has already proven themselves. *Nsync is popular, so what? That makes BSB fans more special. And, furthermore, I trust that none of us had actually gone out and bought two copies of their album just to beat their record...which is what *Nsync fans did to beat Millenium. And, many people compare No Strings Attached to B&B, which I see as stupid because #1 NSA is *Nsync's second album, B&B is BSB's third...Rightfully, it should be compared to Millenium (which we all know kicks tail in musical content). Hmm...is this all I have to say? I think so. The point is, BSB accomplished a goal higher then what *Nsync accomplished: a W O R L D W I D E sales record :). 'Nuff said. Submitted by m from usa Date: Thu Nov 30 00:16:09 2000 hey lindz, i don't care about the record either, but what makes me happy is that they DID set a WORLDWIDE record, selling 5 million copies, the first artists to ever do so, that's not a very common feat and they are also the first artist ever in the US to sell back to back 1 million+ copies of their albums. and you're right NSYNC is now the popular B O Y B A N D! bsb escaped that title a long time ago, and are now cosidered a V O C A L G R O U P. sure bsb sell stuff like lunch boxes, t-shirts, etc. but MOST of those are only sold during concerts and are mostly for little kids attending the concerts, after all bsb has a wider range of fans. but that's where it ends, unlike nsync, bsb doesn't have a board game, lip gloss, marrionetts, those piece of crap watches where you can watch their bye bye bye video, etc, etc, etc. haven't i seen those similar Nsync stuff before? oh yeah, remember NKOTB? and now they're planning a movie, remember Spice World? sure nsync said, that it's nothing like Spice World, but hey, how can you believe that, because the BOY BAND also denied about that whole justin and brit thing.
