If they were fans and they wanted to say that they stole the dogs to get attetion, then ppl would just react badly because she took his dogs. would you want your dogs taken? I think the dognappers are majorly obsessive and that they were way out of line. It's just outrageos to steal people's dogs. Whether the dogs belong to Backstreet Boys or one's neighbor it's wrong.
