I couldn't believe that some so called "fans" would do something like that. They deserve punishment because of what they did. Thank God the dogs were returned safely. I am so grateful for that. At least we know that the dogs are at home safe in the hands of Brian and Leighanne. That makes me feel a lot better. I hope that the BSB haven't lost all hope in their fans. It was absolutley stupid to here that two fans took his dogs. And what for, do get publicity! Those people should be lucky that Brian did not press charges against him. I know these girls did a bad thing, a VERY bad thing, but I'm sure they're sorry and everything, but sometimes, sorry doesn't cut it. I thought all us fans were changing from the brutal rabid beasts we used to be into more behaving like "Dave Matthews Band" fans. I guess I was wrong. I'm sorry this happened and I sincerly am deeply hurt. To know that some ppl out there have the indecency to steal a dog. The media also carried this too far. If someone stole your dog, would it be in "PEOPLE" magazine? No, because you are a normal person, JUST LIKE BRIAN! But because he has fame, they carried this out like someone kidnapped his child. (If he had one) It was on my fricken local news for Pete's sake! The media took this WAY too far. I feel sorry for Brian, because he had to worry about his pets, also I feel bad for Leighanne. Fans are crazy and would do anything to be close to the boys. I think it was wrong for the girls to do that, but I am not surprised that they did it. They did work really hard to steal the dogs. As horrible as it was, what exactly was their purpose? I could just imagine these two girls taking pictures so they could show off to their friends that they "met" Brian and Leighanne's dogs. They thought they would get away with it quietly, well they were wrong. These girls obviously have much more to learn about their fellow fans--because we spread news, and we spread it FAST, don't we? LOL I just thought it was stupid. And terrible to make Brian and Leighanne worry. Whoever came up with the idea needs to be sent to the corner of the room to face the wall and think about what they've done, all day. Just when I thought the fans were beginning to be more careful and mature about how they act (especially after seeing that whole "AJ attacked by a fan" ordeal), something like this comes along. And it's going to be those girls' fault if the Boys think they can't trust us that much anymore. Don't let them put walls around themselves, when we've come this far to getting to know them as real people! We love the Boys...the fans are supposed to be special to them because we love them like no other could. But this might change things for a little while. Don't let it happen again! If you love them then you will WAIT for your chance to see them. You will WAIT for your chance to get an autograph. And if you don't, you'll realize that it's really okay because you have their music and you love them, and that is all that truly matters.That is the reason they do what they do: to make good music.
