I also think that they spent so much money on dogs when it could have went to better things like to help dying children ect.. Thats juss how I feel personally. I think it is kinda funny that those dogs were stolen. Everyone made this bigass deal about it like an actual person was kidnapped. I don't know why someone would steal those dogs. I think they probably made the plan up that day since they were found only a few days later. What good does that do them? They were dumb and sloppy with stealing the dogs. I mean go that far as to taking Brian's too cute, cute puppies.
