All I can say about this show is WOW! I've seen 12 BSB concerts and this was the one that I walked away from knowing I will have NO voice for a week, that's how much I screamed and sang along with the Boys. Krystal took the stage at around 7:40 and performed 4 songs incredibly- that girl has such a good, strong voice!!!! Then at 8:46 the lgihrs dimmed and the huge screen was filled with a picture of Earth being blasted by asteriods. The Boys rose up on platforms and opened with "Everyone." Clad in black leather with blue lining (and NIck in hot wraparound shades) they danced and shook the butts through the opening numbers. They changed into white suits and slowed things down a bit, especially with "Yes I will" and its funky cane dance.

My absolute favorite was "not for me" b/c of the outfits (wow Nick buffed up!) and the hot choreography. They stood ontop of air vents and their fire-colored shirts billowed behind them. The video of them inside the changeroom was an ABSOLUTE RIOT-they really should do that more often, especially if Kevin and AJ are gonna be half-naked ;) They appeared on the round stage to sing INBYH, How did I fall and Time beautifully, with really cool camerawork for "Time" then it was back to the main stage for "answer to out lives" where nick ended up watching the video. All I have to give was funked up with a new dance and cowboy hats and the ended "if you stay" a cappella. Get Another Boyfriend's choreography was amazing, and Nick rocked on guitar during 'Everybody" "the Call" was great, and the encore, SOMH was beautiful and a great way to end a great night. Good job guys!

Last nite was amazing! I can't even begin to start! My friend and I arrived there when the doors were opening. We had 500 level which were like nose bleed section but once we got to our section and our seats we could see the whole stadium and a good view of the stage. This was the biggest concert that they had did (I think) of the B&B tour. This concert was 55, 000 people.

The opening act was kinda slow and boring. The crowd got extremly restless after the opening act finished and it took about 40 minutes for the guys to come on to stage. After they came on.. The crowd was going crazt screaming.. Not to mention so was I! They sung all of their songs from B&B and a couple from thier previous cd's. After the concert ended, it was a hige crowd just to get to the parking. We were walking to the parking to meet out friends dad where this white coach bus is beeping and driving beside us.. My friend looks in the front of the bus and doesn't see anything so we continue walking.. The bus stops and I look above me and all of a sudden kevin pops his head out of the bus right next to me..

Of course I'm not the only fan that notices so all these girls come runnign and swarm the bus psuhing me right on the bus and kevin touched my hand and was like hi I hope you all like the concert.. I thought that I would never be able to see him that close since I didn't have floor tickets.. But I was wrong! This was probably the best concert that they have ever put on in my opinion and hopefully they will be coming back again and again!

Our Trip to the Today show to See The Backstreet Boys

Our Cold Morning In Rockerfeller Center with The Backstreet Boys!

After the Backstreet Concert on Long Island on February 5th, my husband and I headed to Manhattan or so we thought, we got lost twice but finally made it to our hotel room at 1:30am. At that point we knew we wouldn't get much sleep because our plan was to get to the plaza for 5am.

We decided to settle down and try to get a couple of hours of sleep. We were disappointed that the hotel gave us a room with two twin beds??? When my husband woke at 4am I told him it turned out better that way because all I did was toss and turn all night thinking about the concert. It was so awesome!

Anyway, we got up and got ready to leave. As we walked out into the hallway there were a couple of girls coming out of their room and their hair had all this Black and Blue stuff in it so I asked them where they were going and sure enough they were heading in the same direction we were. They had to go some place else first so we went ahead without them.

The Plaza was about 4 blocks from our hotel and as we started walking it didn't seem too cold. When we turned to the corner to The Plaza the place was all lit up and bright. The Backstreet Bands was already there and they were practicing the call. We tried to stand in front but they wouldn't let us, they said it was reserved, so we went on the side. While the band was playing all of use were singing along.

We met this girl, Kim, who worked a few blocks from the Plaza and she was coming to the show before work. We were talking about how a lot of people didn't know they were performing that morning. I told her about maturefanclub.com and how they fans there not only gave me the details but helped me with directions.

The Backstreet Band was practicing two songs, The Call and More than That. By now the wind had picked up and it was really cold. Kim thought maybe the guys would come out and do sounds checks. That seemed so far fetched to me, that they would come out in the cold for that.

6am rolls around and much to my surprise, out walk the boys to practice! Nick was actually the first one I saw but I didn't even recognize him because he had on this large green sweatshirt, a stretchy gray hat, a black scarf and baggy blue jeans.

Brian I saw and recognized right away. He went strutting across the stage singing his own version of The Call...that went something like this: "Listen now people, there is something I need to tell you, it's too early and my alarm clock just wouldn't go off." He was so funny!

I saw AJ across the stage talking to some fans, while Nick was on our side entertaining us. Someone asked Nick to smile and he leaned down toward us, hold his body like he was shivering, and smiled. Then he started jumping around the stage acting goofy. I said to my husband, maybe that is Aaron Carter in his place cause he is acting like a 13 year old. He was so funny! He had his hat over his eyes and most of his nose. He was singing like this!

Howie came out on stage and walked over to the center area where the band was. He just stood there and took the wind that was blowing some of his hair back. Someone (in the crowd) thought he had cut his hair (gasp!) but it was just tucked into his jacket. Someone asked him what was wrong (cause he looked so sad) and he said, "It's Cold." Do you know how badly we wanted to jump up there and warm him up???

Kevin came out wearing a long brown leather jacket and a scarf and a stretchy knit hat. He was so friendly. He came over and was talking to us. It was so neat!

I've been a Backstreet Fan for 3 1/2 years and never have I been this close to them. We were like 2-3 feet from them. I always believed they were really cool, down to earth sweet guys and this experience really proves it.

Before they started singing (practice) This girl behind us was yelling Howie's name and he wasn't looking over at her. I told her he was my fave too and maybe if we both yell to him he would look. So we yelled to him and sure enough he looked over at us. She asked him if he would come sign something for us and he said he would be over in a bit to sign.

I was now freaking out! I searched my purse for something to have him sign. I have my cassette insert from Black and Blue and after a long search I finally found a pen! {A pen that will never be used again now..I might add LOL )

Some tall skinny old guy came on stage and took a blue hat out of Howie's Pocket and made him put it on his head. That was funny!

The Guys practiced more than that a couple of time and The Call like three times. Howie screwed up on one part and I heard Kevin tell him about it. He said, "We don't sing that part after the Chrous." (or something like that) and Howie goes, "I know we don't, I messed up."

After they practiced Howie kept his promise and came over to sing autographs. When he was signing mine I thought the pen wasn't writing so I suggested he lean on this girls notebook but so patiently he said, "It's working, I got it." and he smiled. (Man he is cute !) Here I am inched away from Howie D and that beautiful smile, how did I not faint? LOL. I guess my husband being right behind me helped huh?

After he signed a few autographs with my pen, ha ha. The girls that yelled to him with me asked him for hug and then so did I and he was happy to hugs us. (He smelled so nice!) He took a quick picture with one other person and had to leave.

I never expected to get this close to the stage let alone an autograph and a hug from Howie! Okay call me what you would like but I cried after getting a hug from Howie and his autograph. I was telling this girl (who yelled with me) that this whole trip to New York (the concert and plaza visit) was a Valentines gift from my husband who is very supportive of both my Backstreet and Howie addictions! Everyone around us was calling him great things for supporting me. It was so sweet.

A short while ago, in Dec my husband and I went to this Jingle Mingle Concert and we got to meet soulDecision and get their autographs. Right after getting their autographs my husband said to me, "You happy, you go Trevor's autograph?" I said, " yup! Especially since it will be a cold day in hell before I get Howie's autograph." Well people it sure was cold in New York and I certainly got Howie's autograph, Not to mention it was cold as hell standing there for 4 hours. It was so worth it!

While they guys were inside The Today Show was handing out these Beanie that looked like a white M&M guy. It had arms and legs and said Today on it. I got one for my little girl.

Just before the Today show started the camera man set up in front of us and asked me hold up my sign and said he was cue us when we were on. My sign and our group is the first shot they show on the Today's show. Our sign reads, "Connecticut Loves BSB."

We soon found out the guys weren't going to perform until 8:45. My first thought was oooohhh it was so far away and it seemed to be getting colder. The girls next to us got to sing shape of my heart on the air.

When the guys came out everyone was screaming (surprise!). They signed a few autographs before Katie Coric rounded them up, lol. What a difference with most of them..they were now all dressed up instead of all bundled up. Nick amazed me the most.

It was really hard to hear them sing the songs over the screaming. At one point (after yelling his name a million times) Howie looked over our way at the girl who helped me get his attention earlier. She wouldn't let up she kept screaming to him. At one point I put my hand on my face and shook my head in disbelief as to how she was acting and when I looked up (maybe he really saw me) Howie was smiling my way. It think maybe he realized I thought she was being a bit crazy.

After they did The Call and More Than That I saw them chatting with the band I was thinking OH, maybe they are going to do another song. Kevin looked over at us and said, "We're going to do another song for you who have been waiting out in the cold." Then he goes, "you might know it alittle." I said to him, "Just a little?" And he made this sign with two fingers that means a little be and said "Just a little." and he smiled. I was thinking it would be Shape of my Heart and sure enough they sang it for us. I thought the song aired but people have been telling me only part of it did.

Anyway, they signed a few autographs before they left. This is when I got some great upclose shots of Nick and Howie. Brian finally came almost over to our side and he waved. We didn't see much of him and AJ on our side of the Stage.

This trip to NY (the concert and the plaza) was an early Valentines Gift from my husband and I know I have told a few of you this but when he gave me this gift I said to him, "Thanks honey, that was a great way to show me the shape of your heart!" What a trip!

I attended the Backstreet Boys concert yesterday in Toronto. I thought it was an awesome concert, but I wasn't expecting any less. I had floor seats in section B, but I thought that I wouldn't be able to see anything, 'cause we were going to be too far back and flat on the floor. The view ended up being okay, but of coarse I couldn't stay in my seat. I had to get as close as possible. I moved my way up until about 5 rows from the stage. When they performed in the middle stage, I ran there and later followed up the platform that lead to the stage...so, basically where ever the boys were, that's where I tried to be. I did a lot of running around, but I also found time to appreciate the high energy performances of each song...and sing along myself. It was my first time hearing "What makes you different (makes you beautiful)". It's a really nice song. The part with them changing was cute :o) Overall, I had a great night and I am looking forward to the BSB next visit to Toronto.

My Toronto Concert Experience!!

Last night I went to the Black and Blue show at the Toronto Skydome. We had third row seats in A4. Even though the show was amazing, and everyone who's seen it knows what happens that's not what I'm going to write about.

Two years ago, when I was 12 my mom died. She was in a car accident, one night on the way home from work. We had seen the Boys at their performance at the Virgin Records store in 1997, when they released their first American Album. We had an amazing time together, it was the first time my mom, meyself, and my younger sister really enjoyed something together. My mom always tried to take us to as many shows, and apperances BSB made. She was a doctor in Toronto, and she was always busy..but she still managed to take me to see them, whenever they were remotely close to us.

Anyway when my mom died, BSB were the ones who helped me deal with it. So last night, was special for me. It was the first time I saw them since she passed away.

After the show, my dad picked up my friends and I at the Skydome. Since we live far away from Toronto we decided we would stay the night. My dad often stays at the Sheritan Hotel for business, so we went there and they found us a room on the 5th floor. We were going down to get our stuff out of our van, when we saw a big crowd outside of the door. We just thought maybe they were waiting there after the show. After we got our bags and concert souveniors out of the van Kelsey, Morgan and I started walking back to our room when we saw a guy go into the elevator that looked exactly like Brian(from the back). So we decided to follow him. He stopped on our floor!!! Then we saw him stop and talk to NICK!! We were so excited, especially me cuz Nick's my fav guy!! We spent about 10 minutes trying to think of a way to approch them. Then we fianlly just went up, and told them we were big fans and that we had just been at their show. They were so nice!! I decieded to tell them the story about my mom, and they were so sweet!!! We asked if they'd sign our tour book we just got, and if we could take pictures with them. We took about 5, and they we left because we figured they were tired. The next morning we went for a swim before we headed back home, and we saw Nick and AJ this time!! They had been hanging around the pool too. Nick waved to us, he was so HOT! AJ didn't look too bad himself either. We left the hotel at about 10:00, but I think they left before us.

I just want to tell everyone that if you ever see the guys at a hotel or somewhere else they're completely approchable!! They love meeting their fans, as much as you lover meeting them. But I noticed you gotta be calm, and treat them like normal people don't cry and scream in their facce. Although they do love every fan equal they told us, that they respect a calm fan more than a crazy one!! I hope everyone meets they guys, because it's a dream come true!!

Thank you,

Maddison

For those of you that haven't been to the concert yet, well, all I can say is you'll be speechless. I've went to their Backstreet's Back, Millenium and now Black and Blue concert. This one was the best. I put in general terms that the B.Back concert was more hype and upbeat while Millenium was more mellow and soft and sweet. But B.B was the hyper than hype. It was jumping and dancing and singing. Our concert is their biggest concert for this tour. They used the entired skydome. I had floor seats but they were far. For those of you that haven't seen Skydome, it is a baseball diamond, where Toronto Blue Jays play. For a player to hit a homefun, they have to hit very far for you baseball fans. Well, I can say that my seats were where the batter would be and the stage and the boys were where homerun is. And on top there are five levels. No one can say that their concert had more people. Toronto topped everyone. YEAH!

But some bitch in front of us kept standing up so we did too. But then we got down because the girls couldn't' see behind us. Therefore, we told her to get down. She said, "fuck off bitch" so my cousin said "get the fuck down people can't see" ...so the retard bitch pushes my cousin. And my cousin slapped her. Then she got scared and backed off. I know its horrible to see these things happen at our boys concert. but thats life.

Two small concerts would have been better.

Good luck to all that are going! You'll have tons of fun for sure...I'd go again anytime

WHOA! My voice kills ... WHAT A SHOW!

I have never been to a concert b4 and this was just amazing!

I didnt have the best seats but we had binoculars and could see everything with them .. okay heres how it went!

At 7:30 Krystal came out in a sparkly long jacket and rocked us with about 3 songs and some Hey Toronto!

Then ... we waited and waited the crowd did the wave and it looked so cool!

All of a sudden Aj came out and was walking around the arena looking for a girl at her seat! He signed autographs and took pics .. the *poof* he was GONE! Not even 15 minutes later all 5 guys were out and walking around ... OMG it was neat! I saw Aj , Brian , Kevin and I think I spotted Nick!

The quickly left and the lights went out!

The big screen showed metorites hitting earth and then

EVVERRRYYYONE! The started with Everyone and did some high dancing and .. Nick did some nice pelvic thrusts! HAHA

They sang mostly B&B songs and the hits from Millenium .. I wont name them all .. but they next did Larger Than Life and ended with The Call and Shape Of My Heart!

The guys wore mostly leather *Nick looks good in leather* lol ... OMG and these cool white suits with canes .. Aj wore a few bandanas and Howie looked really good!

They rose from a circular platform and had a runway where they ran along and slapped hands with the fans .. I wasnt one of them tho.

Part way through the show they showed backstage clips and Nick was singing to the camera .. but was pushed and told to stop! I was so funny .. Aj brought out a water gun and he got sprayed with silly string ... WHAT GOOFS!

The end had awesome pyrotechnics ( however you spell that )

and I got 34 pictures of the stages for each song .. I want close eno to get pic of the guys!

If you every have a chance GO .. it was really amazing

Okay, as most have you have read the other reviews of the concerts on the Black and Blue Tour, I won't go into too much detail about the show itself. Instead, I want to share my amazing experience of attending the concert. My best friend Mark got me and my other best friend Audrey tickets to the concert for our Christmas present( what a good friend!) We ended up in the press box, which was really cool, and enjoyed the concert in style (with free pizza and stuff). Anyway, I absolutely loved the concert, especially More than That, my favorite song, and looking at the amazingly gorgeous Kevin. Anyway, Audrey and I were really upset that they sold out of programs and we weren't able to get one :( so we just left the skydome, really bummed out. As we were leaving, we heard a big horn honking and a bunch of girls screaming.

This always happens at the concerts--a bunch of girls screaming at any bus that went by...but this bus was different...it was going really slow and beeping...my friend Audrey and I went to check it out, I was kinda far away and then Audrey said "Is that Kevin?" the second the words escaped her lips I was across the street in a bolt of lightening. There I was, I'm not even kidding, 2 inches away from the man I've loved since 1996!! He's even more gorgeous close up!! Anyway, I was exactly like what I make fun of people doing...screaming "KEVIN!!!", a big goofy smile on my face, waving at him like a lunatic, and tears, yes tears (I'm 20 years old, I didn't think I'd cry like that) streaming down my face. I seriously thought I was going to pass out! Well, that's my story...after writing it, I'm sure a lot of people don't really care, however, I know that a large number of Backstreet Boys fans, who have loved them as long and as much as I have, will share in my giddiness and joy. That's it for now, I hope all of you will be able to have a chance to see your fav boy as close up as I saw my Kev.
