BSB Black and Blue concert (Feb. 7@Skydome)

Date: Feb 11, 2001

I went to the BSB's Feb. 7 concert and it was wicked. The show was a celestial theme (sun, moon, stars). The Boys came out with black leather duster coats and Nick had sunglasses on. The openning song was Everyone. There were two pieces of runway and a mini cylinder shaped stage that looked like a trampoline with a bullseye pattern (from where I was sitting). The security guards put removable metal ramps to connect the main stage, which is a backwards cresent moon shape. Now the main stage, 2 runways and the mini stage are connected together. The mini stage rose like the Millennium cncert, where Kevin sang Back to Your Heart. The runways were used to sing all of the slower songs, except for Yes I Will, which was sung on the main cresent stage. A fan threw a toy high enough to the mini stage that Brian caught it in the air. Another fan threw a flat, plastic doughnut shaped plastic thing on the stage, which Nick picked up and pretended it was a monacle (one lensed glasses) and did a funny dance with it. I also forgot to mention that the runway pieces cut right through the floor seat section (shoot!).

There was a behind the scenes costume change, where each Boy disappeared into this blue wardrobe trunk, and magically reappeared on the mini stage (the ramps connecting to the main stage wasn't set up yet). A radio DJ from Kiss 92 said that they wre hooked up with cables which hoisted them up and set them down on the mini stage, without the fans noticing. Pretty cool! Overall, the show was super cool, with shiny costumes and effects. The design and run of the show was planned so that most of the fans in the stadium could see them with enough "closeness" equally (shook hands with the fans at the back of the floor seat section, and waved to the ones that were in the farther away balcony type sections, which they wouldn't have done, if it weren't for the runways that they set up). Unfortunetely, they didn't dance as much as the Millennium concert, mostly with the new songs. There also weren't any encores either. I think it was for the best because it was a week day when they performed, and they didn't want most of their fans late for school the next day, if they performed until 11:00 pm. (The show was supposed to be over at 10:15). And as always, the souvenirs were pricy. I give this concert a 3 1/2 out of 5

toronto concert (Feb 7th 2001)

We left at 5:20 from my house. What was supposed to be an hour and a half MAXIMUM drive to Toronto, changed. Once on the Gardener Expressway it was busy as hell. So my dad took detours. We got there just as Krystal had gone off. So the bad news we missed the opening act. From what i heard she was pretty good so i will have to take everyone's word for it. After about a 30-40 minute wait, the lights went out and the screaming began.

The boys started with Everyone, my second favorite song off the new album. It was fantastic, awesome dancing and best of all Kevin! Second song was their ever famous tribute to their fans on the millenium album- larger than life.

Next was shining star and then Kevin took the stage and talked to us all. They were in all white and sat on high stools and sand What makes you beautiful. At the end of the song they stood up and did a cute little bow. Next song was Yes I will, which they had canes for. They did little dances using the canes and it was really cute and sweet. This was then they split up and walked to the back of the stage to the upper level and sang More Than That while dancers were on the main part of the stage. I want it that way was then sung while a flickering flame was shown in the big screen behind them. After I want it that way they had a costume change as they played footage from the taping of the I want it that way video.

This was the best part of the show- they came out dressed in black and red and say not for me - my definite favorite song of all time by bsb! Everyone loved the song, they sang and sang. The dance was very quick and very exciting. The song ended in the building going dark and clouds of smoke emerging from behind the boys. The light returned and they went into Show me the meaning of being lonely and they were all in black once more.

After the song Kevin walked around the stage chanting Toronto as Aj asked if we were hacing fun. Kevin looks out to the crowd and asks if we like their clothes. The building erupts in cheers and screams. I think he got his answer.

A box is pulled onto stage and once opened it says bsb wardrobe on the lid. Brian is the first one to jump in and disappear. nick, the second. howie, the third. Aj closes the lid and putting an arm around kevin's shoulder goes "its the kevin and aj show now". most people didnt seem to mind, not one bit. After talking for a bit aj opens the lid and says "beauty before age, sorry kevin" and hops into the box. Kevin sighs, closes the lid and sits on the box. He then babbles on about something and then goes into the box. it shows then changing theit wardrobe and fighting over the mirror. Kevin wins of course- damn straight!

As our eyes remained glued to the main stage, the lights flicker on and they are at the other end of the additional stage part. We are all surprised and turn our attention to the other side. I'll never breajk your heart is their next song, followed by i promise you with everything that i am. Next is how did i fall inlove with you and i feel it neccessary to tell you that Howie was amazing during that song, i had my doubts that he would hit the high note at the end but he hit it, bang on too. As they sing time they walk along the walkway back to the stage. this is where my best friend, oh so lucky, gets a handshake from Kevin. Also she returns home with a blue bag than Brian was carrying and two stuffed animals that were in it. Next is Answer to our life while they play a video about saving rainforests and wildlife and oceans on the big screen.

Next is a shortened version of All i have to give and then after a costume change they are on chairs once again and sing if you stay.

Next is Backstreet's Back then the long-awaits Get Another Boyfriend. unfortunately the dance to this song was so not appealing that i sat down and didnt watch it. Aj was out of tune incredibly, but luckily, they did a nice breakdown and then turned into the Call. The Call was by far the best song they had done. it was fabulous and the dancing was incredible. Nothing short of what i would have expected from the Backstreet Boys.

Their encore was Shape of my heart and might i tell you right now that Kevin had a muscle shirt on and his arms are huge!!!!

After the song had finished they lined up and bowed, said goodbye, and the show was over. A few sighs came out and then the lights slowly came on. A beautiful end to a beautiful night. Backstreet Boys - Toronto loves you!

(Just a note: I was extremely excited at the concert, which may cause my to forget or mix up things that happened. For those of you that went to the same concert, if I forget or made a mistake on something, I am sooooooo sorry!)

I took a bus tour from the town I live in (Owen Sound) to Toronto to see the concert. Incase you are wondering, it was a very comfortable coach bus that we took. But you do have to remember that no matter how comfortable the bus, car… you are taking, nothing is comfortable when waiting for the BSB! The buses were going to load behind our McDonalds, while waiting my mom, best friend and I all grabbed some lunch in there. With Backstreet Boys on the mind, I told someone that I had Nick Nuggets for lunch. Honestly, I didn’t make it up at all! My cousin came soon after, she was coming with us too. The busses were supposed to leave at 1:30 and there was only one (of two) there at that time. I got on the first one, later we heard that the second one didn’t get there until 1:50, and apparently the girls were a little worried that it wouldn’t show up. It was late because the driver’s car wouldn’t start!

When we got to Toronto, we were told that we would be stopping at the Playdium for our party and fun stuff! Since the bus had to be turned around it went down a few blocks and went past MuchMusic where Bradford (one of the VJ’s for those of you who aren’t familiar with him) was outside. Everyone jumped up and started pounding on the windows and taking pictures through the tinted glass. The 3 girls and there mom that were siting opposite me on the bus said that before they went into the Playdium they were going to go and meet Bradford. When we saw them later they said that they had gotten their pictures taken with him and that he was seen the camera flashes and heard us screaming. I think that those 3 girls were more excited about meeting Bradford then going to the Backstreet Boys concert.

So anyway, we were inside the Playdium. I had never been there before. If is this huge arcade thing in Toronto and it is sooooooooooo massive. Mind you, I am from a small city and little things appear to be huge to me! If you get YTV and watch the Hit List, you might have seen one of the first full-shows interviews they did with Aaron, well, this is the place. I am so obsessed that I was picking out places that he had been. Like the seadoos, I didn’t get a chance to go on them because they were always occupied, but I took a good long look at them, in shock that Aaron had sat right there. I picked out a few other places, and then we were called downstairs to get a performance from Krystal.

I have heard some people say that Krystal is a really boring performer, but I really enjoyed her and I thought that she was great. We stood on the floor and I was just a few feet from her. She sang about 3 songs and then was off to sound check at the SkyDome. I really liked the song “Supergirl”, it might just be me though. I also really loved her stage presence, she is awesome. After she left we played a few more games and them it was close to time for us to leave. We went out to this lobby type place and they and these BSB posters on the wall, my mom kept bugging this guy for one so he said that she would get us some. We only managed to get only one before we had to mount our bus again. But hey, it’s better than none. During the whole time at the Playdium, they were playing Backstreet Boys’ songs from each album. I LOVED IT!

We were on our way to the SkyDome, it is able to be seen from the Playdium and it looked sooooooo cool. It had these green lights coming out the top and it looked magical. I, of course, was just in shock that at that very moment the BSB were in that building. I and to try to calm myself, because there was still a fairly long wait to go!

Wen we got out of our bus we were told that it would be in the exact spot that it was when we came out. That was pretty much all we heard before everyone started rushing off the bus. My mom asked the bus-driver if we could have the 2 posters that were in the bus windshield that said BSB and things like that on them, and we got em. 3 posters, not bad! Outside of the SkyDome was the Toronto radio station Kiss92, they were giving away hats, T-shirts and BSB tickets! Rick from MuchMusic was there, and I think some people were more excited about that then they were to get gear or tickets.. like um…. ME! I mean, I already had my tickets.

If you thought that it was crowed outside, you should have seen it inside. People everywhere. Of course, this isn’t my first Backstreet Boys concert, so I knew what to expect, it just kinda takes you by surprise at first. It is my tradition at get a T-shirt at every concert I go to, but I decided not to this time. Instead I just got a glowstick and my best friend bought me a Nick picture for getting her a ticket. (I told her not to buy me anything, but she wouldn’t listen!) I also bought one of my other friends a Brian photo, so I am giving that to her tomorrow, I hope she likes it! (I am biting my nails just now!)

Krystal went on at 7:35, even though I had seen her earlier, I was really looking forward to seeing her again. She added different songs to perform this time. Among them were; “My Religion”, “Supergirl”, and “I’ll Be There.” “I’ll Be There” is an old song by the Jackson 5 if you aren’t familiar with it. After her set, Krystal signed autographs. I wanted one, but I knew that a lot of people would be going and I didn’t want to miss the BSB when they first came out.

I knew that there would be a little bit of a wait when Krystal was done, so I prepared my self to talk to the people I was with and have fun waiting (good luck with the later one!) Some girls down in front of me tried starting the wave, but it didn’t get to far at first. The top really had their’s going and then we started ours. After a while people started getting tired of that and started cheering, “BACKSTREET, BACKSTREET!!” I heard loud screaming on the opposite side of the stadium that I was on and I wanted to know what it was, but I couldn’t see. As people closer to be started screaming I could hear what they were saying. They were all screaming AJ, and them some girl goes, “Oh My God, look down there, it’s AJ.” A lot of the girls on the floor ran over to see him and security had to keep bringing them back to their seats. AJ came back a few times and the last time he brought Nick with him. This really got the crowd going. It was kinda disappointing though, when we found out that they were just look a likes! I still, couldn’t see them very well though.

For this show the SkyTent at the SkyDome was sold out, all 5500 seats that could be. The boys said that they were very pleased with the audience and Kevin even said that we just keep on growing every time that they come back. I don’t think that we can get any bigger next time though, I mean, how do you get bigger then sold out? Who knows, could happen. 5500 people all waiting to see the show of a lifetime is a wonderful site, but when they start to get anxious for the show to start… well that is a lot of people shouting “BACKSTREET!”

The show started at around 8:50pm. The opening was my favourite part of the show that didn’t directly involve the Backstreet Boys. On the screen that was on the stage appeared the Earth and the atmosphere around it. You see comets coming towards the Earth and when they hit fireworks come out of nowhere it was soooooo cool. This part really made the fans scream. Then again, it was also a sign that the Backstreet Boys would be on the stage soon, very soon.

The concert stared off with the two songs dedicated to the fans. “Everyone” and then “Larger Than Life.” Following our songs they did a wonderful performance of “Shining Star.” Then they went down for a costume change. When they came back Kevin was introducing their next song. He said something like “’Howie wrote this next song.’” And they stared to sing “What Makes You Different Makes You Beautiful.” I had never heard this whole song and I though that it was soooooooo beautiful, I truly believe what it says.

Their next two songs “Yes, I Will,” and “More Than That” were preformed and then it was time for a song that all the fans joined in the singing to, “I Want It That Way.” No matter how many times you have been to a concert or seen (heard) it happen on TV, it is amazing to have 5500 or more people all singing the same song at the same time. I can only imagine the way the BSB must feel when they see (hear) this. After “I Want It That Way” was a bunch of screaming, we truly do love that song, even if we have no clue what it means. “Not For Me” and “Show Me The Meaning Of Being Lonely” were the next two songs that were preformed. “Show Me The Meaning..” also got lots of crowd participation.

During “Show Me The Meaning…” a box that said “WARDROBE” was brought out on stage. At the end of the song each of the boys took their turn climbing into the box, which obviously led to under the stage. Then a video started to play on the screen behind the stage. It shows the guys back stage getting changed and talking to the fans and stuff like that. Brian mentions that Nick’s birthday was not too long ago and that he want to give him a belated birthday present. He takes this sheet with a happy face off an object and there is a toilet there. Brian goes, “Here Nick, I got you a new toilet.” I just loved this part. The rest of the video shows the guys goofing off backstage and spraying AJ with silly string.

As the video ends you see them rise up onto the little stage that is near the back of the stadium. Here they sang four, rather slow songs, “I’ll Never Break Your Heart,” “I Promise You (With everything I Am),” “How Did I Fall In Love With You,” and “Time.” Before “Time” Brian (I think) mentioned that this was their 8th year as a group and that they weren’t going anywhere fast. This made us scream even louder. It also make me think that me, and my best friend who was with me have been best friends since the year the BSB became a group. “Time” is now our songs as well.

Near the end of “Time” the guys started walking on the catwalk back to the main stage. This took them a while because they were shaking fans hands the entire way. Man those lucky fans! When they got back to the stage Kevin started talking about the foundations that each of them have set up (Nick-save the oceans, Brian-heart, Howie-Lupus, AJ-VH1’s Save The Music and Diabetes, Kevin-Just Within Reach) and how we can help with them. Then he mentioned that there would be a video being played in the background while they were singing their next song that would show things. The song was “Answer To Our Life” and the video was so cool. The video showed a dump that really needed to be cleaned up and forests that were being clear-cut. But most of it was really beautiful, like the shots of the whales (whales and dolphins are my favourite animals.) The end of the video was going in reverse, so that the fallen trees stood up again. I just love happy endings.

After another costume change the guys came back, this time to do songs from there 2nd album (1st American.) The songs were, “All I have To Give,” and “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back).” They had a new dance for “All I Have To Give” and I really enjoyed it. It is a bit faster and I just love the music that they do the dance to more. I think it was after “Everybody” that they introduced the band (I could be wrong here.) I thought that it was just Tommy Smith that left the band, but it appears that they have an all new band, that is really good because it means that I’m not totally jinxed (every time I pick a favourite band member they leave.) Again, a costume change.

The Backstreet Boys came back out and said that the next song that they were going to perform was there last one and hat they had really enjoyed performing here and were looking to come back again. AJ had a cell-phone and it was ringing while he was talking to the audience. He kept asking us if we wanted him to answer it and we all yelled, “YES!” He did and it was the beginning of “The Call.” This really got us screaming. The song ended and the guys left the stage. I knew that the concert wasn’t really over for a couple of reasons: 1. The didn’t take their bows 2. The house lights weren’t on 3. The most obvious one too, “Shape Of My Heart” hadn’t been sung yet.

After we gave ‘em what they wanted (LOUD screaming,) Nick, Howie, Kevin, Brian and AJ reappeared on the stage. Their encore was no other then…. dun, dun, dun…. “Shape Of My Heart.” All of us fans screamed and sang along to this one. We all knew it, we all loved it! When this song was over, they thanked us again, took their bows and the house lights came on. I knew then that this was the end of my 3rd Backstreet Boys show, they we’re not going to come back on stage tonight.

The concert went amazingly fast. It was over about 10:30pm, not too late. We had to be back to the bus by half an hour after the concert ended. You would think that was easy, but think again. TRAFIC JAM!!! Not only was everyone trying to leave at once, but there were the longest human chains going every which-way. Trying to keep people together was a near impossible task, but we managed. Some people didn’t get quite as lucky and made it back to the bus a little late, the bus would really leave without them… would it? This time there was a real traffic jam. All the buses and limos were parked in one strait row, that led only one way. It seems that something ahead of the line had happened and they had to call in emergency crews. That took a while.

While we were still moving very slowly I was able to look at Rick (from MuchMusic) carefully. He was down talking to some fans about the show. I think that some might have just been as happy to have met him. Then, something caught my eye. There standing on the sidewalk was AJ McLean (or someone that looked extremely like him!) I looked twice and though he could still passed for AJ, he wasn’t. He was the impersonator that had caused the stir at the concert. There were people running up to him to get their picture taken with him and stuff. The guy that supposedly looked exactly like Nick wasn’t with him. I would have loved to take a picture, but I doubt that it would have worked through the tinted glass.

After we got out of Toronto, the ride home went very quick. Most people on the bus had fallen asleep, while visions of Backstreet Boys danced in their heads. I must say that even though the seats I had were not the best I have had, this concert was by far the best I have been to and the absolute best the Backstreet Boys have ever done.

Well all I can say is the show is amazing not to give too much away but you should note that...BSB has hired some look -a- likes

The one guy MARCUS (the AJ look alike) used to work at Canada's Wonderland. It's wild cus' the crowd gets crazy when they see them.

I personally only saw him & the nick look a like (who didn't really look like him to me). But I heard the Kevin one was there to.

Also MUchMusic VJ's Rick Campanelli as well as Bradford How attended the show.

To me the best was the sheer excitement and shock when the guys come onto the mini stage, even though I knew about it it was unexpected and the crowd when nuts...I was on the floor near it and

people from other floor sections and even some lower level seats rushed it. It was great!! The show is full of something for everyone, from high energy routines complete with the over abundance of dancers (this distracts me from watching them but it's okay I guess),

the heavy beats the band plays and the slow songs that the guys pour everything into. The crowd was great 55'000 total count I believe. We had a blast and if you go to this tour you will too!

Hey everyone.. I went to the Feb 7th Black and Blue Concert in Toronto Canada. By now you guys know all the regualr details (what songs go where and so on) so i will just share personal, exciting moments!! First of all i would just like to say that the concert was HUGE!! the biggest crowd the'y've ever played at in skydome and it looked like they were in awe over the amount of people (55,000). I had really good seats, right next to the smaller stage in the middle of the venue. I"ve never been so close to them b4 and i was in awe.. Brian smiled at me twice and nick waved once. I was in heaven, cause u knowi was the one standing on a chair acting like a fool so i was hard to miss lol... I remeber every somg they sang but i have no clue what they sang on that middle stage cause i was in such awe!! At one point someone threw a pair of boxers at nick and he was looking at them and making weird faces it was hilarious... I was getting kind of mad cause ppl were whipping glowsticks at them one narrowlly missed taking brians head off ... that made me mad, if u are going to throw something make sure it is soft.. aight?....... Anyway i personally thought the concert was better than millennium and i thought millennium was absolutely amazing!!... iwas quite mad tho because they were searching for cameras at my gate and they ripped my film out which made me mad they also took away my friends disposable cameras!!!,,, meanwhile everyone else is snapping pics left and right!!!.. My favourite songs were backstreet's back (cause it was more hardedged than i am used to them doing), more than that( boy the tears flowed during that one) and Not For Me (u gotta love the flames).....They all looked really good and nick was being SO crazy, Howie was always doing his little latin ricky martin dance, Brian was pulling faces at the camera, Aj was pelvic thrusting more than usual and Kevin was just being sweet Kevin. It was awesome.... well i think that is all i have to say... Have fun to all u ppl who are still going to a concert !!!! You will have the time of your life...... Oh yeah and Krystal was awesome.. I loved that supegirl song!!!

The Story of our Toronto experience

The ticket situation was not good. We were the first people in line for the first time ever. It was a good feeling. However, our hopes of our only dream of being that close to our boys was dashed when we realized that the canadians (we are from upstate ny) were making us wait 15 min to get our tickets. NICE. So finally we get them and suprisingly they were on the floor, b7 row 8. SO we were psyched for a while. They were good seats....right.

We MADE outfits. They were interesting but sure to get us noticed. We did get lots of compliments which was good after spending approx. 2143354325 billion hours making them. LET ME SAY RIGHT NOW THAT WE ARE AS HARDCORE AS THEY COME, NO JOKE. haha and all of our hopes and dreams in life revolve around the bsb. Good things should happen to people that are so devoted!

After driving 3 hrs, we got ther. Went to dinner and got into the arena at 6:30. Now if we had the time or the way to get there early and go to the hotels etc, we would have but thanks to cool parents that wasnt possible. YES i am bitter. We got our seats and needless to say we were a little disappointed. But looking on the bright side of things, these seats were better than 80% of the rest of the people there so I am thankful we were there at all!

The highlight of the night was when we came as close to meeting brian as possible without officially meeting him. We interacted. We spoke. Long story so I'll write another one all about it.

Krystal is horribly bad and she looks like a freak haha but yet we envy her sooo much for having the opportunity she has right now!

THE SECURITY GUARDS ARE BASTARDS.......what? haha I think you guys have all had a bad security experience so no need to go into detail. The concert was spectacular even though i had a very hard time seeing. I wanna say hi to all the really nice girls we met, email me if u remember us 4 in the outfits!!! ummm.....moving on!

The center stage was the coolest thing because we got to be that close to them after running and being trampled and called bad names. But ya know it was worth it. It would be even better if my pics turned out which they didnt, but memories. So that was the best part view wise.

NEXT...NICK NICK NICK NICK and NICK. This was a Nick concert. My binoculars saved my concert experience cause I could follow him around the stage and see his every move. THat was niiiice. You all know how the concert goes and I cant go into detail. This is way to long already. But all i can say is i will always remember MORE THAN THAT cause that is the first song that made me cry over the bsb.

So all in all, we have to keep tirelessly trying to fullfill our dreams and not be too deppressed. UNTIL NEXT TIME KIDS!!!

ps we wanna start a humor website but need help. email me if u can help us!

BSB 4 ever!

This has to be my *favorite* tour! I found out the day of the concert that I had won tickets through a radio contest. [I had to make a valentine for the Backstreet Boys... You can see pics of it @ http://ashlyn.cjb.net] Well we got there and went straight in. We went around and bought the usual merchandise like programs, glow sticks, and lil photos of each Boy. I wasnt impressed with Krystal, but that is me. I think she could have been better... but I listen to singers all the time so it may be that. Well between the opening act and Backstreet, AJ came down onto the floor and signed autographs and took pictures. Unfortunately, by the time me and my best friend, Stefy, figured out who it was and what was goin on, there were *so* many people down there, we wouldnt have gotten anything. But we thought it was soooo cool that he did that. It was an AMAZING show. They sounded great and danced great. I loved the lil booty shakes Nick did! That had to be my favorite part. The costume change was good... it gave them a chance to chill and be just like themselves! lol. I really loved the concert and I cant wait until they come back on the second leg!!! MUCH LOVE TO ALL DA BOYS AND ALL DA FANS!

Man was that concert awesome!!! I loved it!!! If you think you've seen everything the BSB have got then your wrong!!! Ahhhhhh!!!! I am still hyped up about it!!! It was a sold out (55,000 people) concert and it was the loudest the skydome has ever been in history!!! I think I've lost some of my hearing from it but it was all worth it!!! It took me 2 1/2 hours just to get out of Toronto!!! (it would usually take about 15 min. at the most) We were stuck in a parking garage for over 45min. (getting carbon monoxide poisoning) and we left the concert the second it ended!!! I feel sorry for the people who were coming in twenty min. later!!! It cost me $367.00 for these tickets (4) and I'd have to say they were too much. We had pretty good seats but they weren't like the front row people who paid the same price!!! It was $79.00+tax for the tix I got and that was the same price for the front row centre people!!! I had a great time and I loved how they flew out of the stage and how the stage slid open and closed at certain parts.

They have great dancers and aren't too bad themselves!!! I reccomend everyone go see one of these shows cause they are great!!! Even Krystal (the opening act) was pretty good!!! She was a GREAT singer and she did an ok performance. I just wish everyone could have heard how crazy everyone at this concert was!!! I mean there was people sitting behind us from Sue. Ste. Marie!!! I'm around Kingston area and I drove all those hours to see them. I think it would have been better if they had a concert it Ottawa again. Then it wouldn't have been so crowded in Toronto and it wouldn't have been as long of a drive. I went to the Millennium concert in Ottawa and I loved it. I'm glad I bought a program right when I came in the doors cause they sold out so quick!!! I thought it was cool how when the room was dark and you looked at the crowd you seen all these blue glowsticks. So the room was black and blue!!! Well I'm not gonna explain the whole concert but what I'm saying is it was great and I can't wait to get the pics developed!!! Oh yeah, if you go to a concert remember to hide your camera or they won't let you bring it in. Also don't waste your time making up signs cause they won't let you bring them in and they put them all on a table so someone could just go up and steal them. Thats what happened to me.

Well I guess thats all I guess. I don't need to tell you each and every minute cause there was 55 thousand other people there who seen the same things I did!!! Just to warn you for next time though DON'T GO TO A TORONTO BSB CONCERT IF YOU CAN'T GO INTO NOISY, CROWDED, WACKED PLACES. If you do then you'll probably be dead by the end of it!!! Well I gotta go listen to some more BSB now!!! C ya!!! And have a great time at the BSB concert!!! I know I did!!!

Well, I just spent a week and a half in Toronto with the plan that the BSB concert on Feb. 7th would be the climax of the trip. However, I was disappointed. I don't know if anyone else felt the same way but I thought that the concert wasn't near as good as millenium. The stage set up made it impossible to have a really good seat (unless you were sitting in the first 10 rows on the floor). The sound was not clear at all. I went to two millenium tour concerts (i was sitting in the third level for one of them) and I could hear perfectly well and I felt like I was seeing BSB live, but on the 7th, the sound was all muffled and unless you were sitting right near the speakers you couldn't hear them that well. The dancing was good, and from what i could tell they sounded their usual amazing selves, however I didn't walk away from the concert feeling like I got my money's worth. I also didn't feel the energy in the building that is usually there. Don't get me wrong, I thought the concert was well done just not as good as the past. Anyway, I hope everyone else enjoys their concerts on the rest of the tour.

Hey Everyone!!

Omigod, all I can say about the show is that it was "Larger Than Life"!!!! I thought it was soooo amazing!!! But before I get to the show, I just want to quickly tell you about my experience at MuchMusic on the 6th! Alright my best friend Sheena and I got to Much at 8, exactly when the show was starting. We thought we'd be a couple blocks away but we were only a couple feet away!! It was incredible!!! I was a little too short to take pictures but I tried anyways! Haha! Oh and if any of you watch the show, tell me if you see a girl in a yellow jacket with blond hair on someone's shoulders at the end cause that would be me! Haha! Anyways, the amazing experience at MuchMusic came after the interview was over. Sheena and I happened to wander around to the back of MuchMusic and we found the parking lot. So we asked a security guard if they thought the Boys were going to be coming out that exit or if there was a secret exit or something, and the one security guard told us that they would probably go out the exit on Richmond St. So we walked over there and we waited about 15-20 minutes and then suddenly someone was like "OMIGOD THEY'RE COMING!!!"! I didn't really believe it but then this green van pulled out and I looked in the back seat and there was my gorgeous angel Brian! I think I stopped breathing at that moment! And then I may have waved, I really don't know, but I do know that Brian smiled and waved and I'm pretty sure it was at me!!!! Next another green van came out and AJ & Nick were in it! I couldn't see Nick but Sheena said she saw him! AJ also waved and smiled at people! The best part is still to come though!! The van with Brian in it made it through the set of lights but the van with Nick & AJ in it didn't! So everyone suddenly bolted towards the van and people were jumping all over it and everything! It was absolute chaos!! Sheena was lucky enough to get to touch the van and take pictures of it but I didn't try to touch it cause this security guard actually threw a girl off the van and I didn't want him to do that to me! LOL! It was absolutely amazing!!!!!! I can't believe I was only a window away from them!!!!! And sorry, I just realized that was a little longer then I had intended it to be! Haha!

Anyways, on to the concert!!! Since everyone already knows what happens I'm not going to go into great detail, I'm just going to say that it was so awesome!!! The Boys did a wonderful job and they all looked sooooo good!!!!! I didn't stop yelling throughout the whole concert!!! At one point, Sheena and I caused a mass hysteria of screaming! LOL! I think I would have to say that my favourite part of the concert was when they sang "Not For Me"!! I love that song to begin with but just the dancing and everything (can we say sexualness?!?! :)) was just amazing!!!!! I don't know about all of you but I definitely had the best time of my life!!! Oh and if any of you saw the girl with the shirt that had BSB written in little blue glow sticks on it, that was me! Haha! I had so many blue glow sticks all over myself that I was calling myself "glow girl"! LOL!

So I hope all of you had as good a time as I did (which I'm sure you did!) and I can't wait till the Boys come back in the summer!!!

KTBSPA 4 EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Luv,

Katie

Hello, to every backstreet fan out there! I would like to start of my saying that the concert was amazing. Not as good as millenium tour but good. When my friends and I got tickets I couldn't belive that I was going to see Backstreet Boys for the secound time in less than a year. To say the least I was excited. I was happy to have floor seats, B1 to be exact. When my friends and I arrived a Skydome, I was disapointed to see they were taking camera aways from people. This is a warning hide your cameras good! After, we got in our seated the concert started and was ruined quickly. The little girl in front of my stood up on her seat which made it very difficult to see. After asking her to get down no such luck, so i got a security gaurd still no luck. This is just to say if you can't see and stand up on your chair think of the people behind you because you just riuned their concert. I still could see the screen but that was about it. Not to say the music was great and the boys look amazing but I couldn't see very well!! So don't stand up!! But over all Backstreet Boys rule and Black and Blue is the best! I love you Nick!!

That was the most amazing part of my life!

Omg....where do I start!!?? It seems like a dream but here goes....... It all started at 8:00 AM...We left for the boring 6 hrs in the car, from upstate ny to toronto canada.... sounds like fun, but hey ne thing for BSB! LOL... We got to the SkyDome at about 4:30...and they had contests and were giving away backstage passes. This one girl got a call from AJ, and was allowed to go backstage!! You should have heard what they said to each other(e-mail me for details) Then AJ says that they will be driving the black tour bus on the streets in 10 minutes! We all ran to the street... and there comes the bus... about 1000 girls ran! I saw Nick and Aj! I cried and screamed! I took like 30 pix! At 6:30 we got to our gate 5 and walked in. 2 people tried to sneak in with our tickets but my dad stopped them..the guy goes "there's no crime in trying to cheat!" LOL...

We got to our seats(first level, center 28 row) At about 8:00 the lights got dark and it showed Kevin talking about Krystal on the screen. Im sorry 2 say but she made me really bored! Ok, she's definatly going somewhere, but im not sure where yet! LOL.. She performed about 5 songs. She got done at about 8:20. We then waited for about 45 minutes doing nothing! Then at around 9:00 the lights went dark and we all stood up. On the screen it showed meteroes and space. It was amazing! Then they appeard and went into "Everyone" Sometimes we could hardly hear because the screams were so loud! They then went into "Larger Than Life" followed by "Shining Star" They have gotten a lot better with there dancing! They did about 19 songs.. For "All I Have 2 Give/ If You Stay" Nick had a solo in the beginning with his cowboy hat! He looked so good! He lost alot of weight! He looked HOTTT! Aj looked so sexy! Brian looked like an Angel! Howie looked good! and Kevin looked cute!

They let us go inside there dressing room, where it showed AJ without a shirt..Nick in a beater kissing the camera! They were so funny! My favorite song they did was "Not for Me" that was the bomb! If your going to a show please have as much fun as you can, because be4 know it, its over! The last song is "Shape Of My Heart" and they of course fake the ending of the show! LOL... If you need any more details about the concert or questions e-mail me! The BSB mean the world to me, and I would do absolutly anything for them! I eat, live, breathe BACKSTREET!

"Goin to a place nearby GOTTA GO!"

Well, i just wanted to write a review about the Toronto Skydome concert via the nosebleed section. The boys announced at the beginning of the show that this was the Largest crowd of people they had ever performed for in all their tours....and let me tell you....it wasn't a good thing. The acoustics of the skydome were HORRIBLE....Ive been to alot of their concerts at the skydome in which they used "the skydome skytent" to aid in the accoustics....they really should of done that instead....You couldn't hear A THING they said or sung....if you didn't know the song you were completely lost...it really hurt the calibre of their performance....which in all honesty looked awesome through my binoculars!!!!! thank god for those...cuz the big screens they had just weren't big enough to see either!!! It really was amazing show despite these negetive aspects....they spent a lot of time touching fans and tryin to get close to them (i wish that could of been me!!!!) Um, so yeah, i really cant comment to much on them or the songs they sung cuz it was hard to see and hear.....i just hope to get better seats next time around!
