Thirdly when that new manager guy said that about Nick, I wanted to scream! It worries me too (that the mgmt. and Nick might not be seeing eye to eye). And i can see that if they ever break up (I hope not) it will be because of the Label or all that crap they're talking about in the article. What they always wanted was to make music, sing, that's waht they really like to do. And who would like to stay in a place were nobody lets you do you're life and rest sometimes. They are getting sick of all tgis people and what they do to the fans. I wish they'd never break up. And I would just tell them to do everything by their own, and, i don't know... do something that would make them happy and make music. They have achieved so much and they've formed part on the history of music. They'll never be forgotten. And they have a gigantic effect on so many people. Just by listening to them they make me feel so good. And I think that anybody who can have that effect on people and who can make someone feel the way they make ME feel (even if it's just a single person) is a person who should be very proud of themselves because not anybody is able to achieve that. I'll always remember the Backstreet Boys, even if they stop existing as a group, they will remain in my heart forever. And I know they have millions of fans who feel the same way I do. And they're one of the few who have achieved this, but they deserve it because they've worked very hard for it. That is MANY, MANY different societies. All of them different in how they handle things such as music and movies. So, your little blah blah blah about our materialistic society is a bit, off. How can BSB succeed WORLD WIDE so greatly, with all the different cultures, if what you say is true? And get off the Teeney-bopper kick. That's so old that it died ten years ago. And FYI, a large portion of BSB fan base is in their twenties, including myself. Even more are adults. So just get off it and find your familiar corner to hide in, your fellow rodents and insects miss you. And, if you have so much sense, why are you so painstakingly trying to convince us that the BSB are done with? On a BSB board, filled with BSB "fans". Let me tell you something. You can't unmake a fan by insulting their object(s) of affection, you only make their devotion and loyalty STRONGER. Obviously your 'point' has been continually missed...so, my advice would be to get a life. anyway, with what i wanted to say: The critics are against BSB, and have been forever. One article isn't going to decide when and if they break up... So, don't sweat it. And as for Nick's album, this is my opinion - the guys told up they were going to record in February. February comes, and they dont' record, so Nick decided to leave and record on his own. Not his fault they didn't work on it. He was productive and they weren't. However, I think it's cool that they're working on demos without him, and are furthering the album. When he gets off his solo kick, lol, Nick will come back and work with the guys. JNN didn't freak anyone out, and AJ stated he wanted to do a solo album with that gig. Is it because Nick didn't get an alter ego? Hmm.... I think that a good portion was legit (Now, don't jump all over me, I am JUST as big a fan as most of you guys. I'm almost 24 years old and I STILL have pics of them on my walls; I know, I'm a geek). I think that Nick is allowed to do what he wants and no I don't think that it is selfish of him to do a solo album. Like someone else said: they've EACH talked about a solo album at some time or another. However, I think that it probably DID cause some problems when he stayed with THE FIRM for his solo career while as a group they left. I don't think that the BSB are over. Yes, NSYNC has been getting a lot of AMERICAN recognition but WORLDWIDE they are no where NEAR as famous as BSB. I live in Canada and while we do know who NSYNC are, the last time they came on tour to my area was 1998 and that was at a little 2000 seat place. Whereas BSB comes to Montreal on EVERY SINGLE TOUR!! I do believe that the BSB may have lost some fans when Kev & Bri married their sweeties & also when AJ went into rehab. When people think of things as perfect and then their shown as "mere humans" people lose faith and look elsewhere. I don't think BSB are money-hungry people. If they were, I don't think that Nick would take the chance on a solo album as it is a very risky maneuver right now. I think that they are doing what they want to do and we just have to respect them and keep believing in them. After everything that they have done for me, I will NEVER stop being there and supporting them. It makes me angry to see that someone actually believes that the BSB will break up and actually have the nerve to write all of this crap about it!!!! BSB have been through many hardships where people said they were gonna break up, but they made it through, and they never broke up. This will be just the same.
