I was totally surprised by the article. what's it suppose to mean? the journalist wrote it like the backstreet boys are over. what's up with that? and what's up with the whole "the Eagles changed their members three times an it didn't hurt their careers"? who said nick was leaving? is he leaving? i'm really mad right now cause i don't get what's going on. why can't they just tell us the truth about what's happening? is nick going to leave? cause let me tell u it WILL hurt their career! he can't just leave. can he? i mean if they replace nick i will so take down my bsb posters. i mean they've been together for 9 years! they can't just introduce a new member and be like tada: this is 'new nick'. and as for nick if it's his decision to leave i'm so not going to support it. well anywayz i hope what the article says ain't true cause i don't think i can live without backstreet boys as a WHOLE!!!!

I really dont care if people are comparing BSB to nsync and sayin nsync is better, cuz in my heart I know BSB is the BEST!! BSB is the original and I know they have worked hard to get to where they're at! If people are playin' with BSB, I know BSB is oing to get over it and come back better than before. I'm just sick of people takin advantage of them, but cuz of it, it makes me want to be a bigger and better fan and support the band even more. Whatever, i'm just sayin the things coming to my mind after reading the article. what I want to say is that BSB will climb back to the top again, its like the girl said (sorry i 4-got ur name)it's going to b a segment in MTV icon! especially since i'm seeing fans comin together and I want to tell people to not be ashamed to be a BSB fan, cuz if u are ashamed, well get over it and KTBSPA! I diddnt mean to offend anyone, I'm just sharin my opinion.

In response to a previous message I just want to say that Im 19 and Im also going to Uni next month and I intend to bring my BSB posters with me cause I know it'll make me feel more at ease living so far away from home for the first time! I dont care what any1 at Uni thinks, Mandy comes with BSB and if they dont like that then they can go take a run and jump, all my friends are into rock and rap but they've accepted that im a fucking huge Backstreet Boys fan because it's who I am and Im just so much fun to be around they couldnt ditch me :P lol! Seriously, BSB are in no way a group to be ashamed of, I dont know why people think u shud've grown out of them by a certain age, it's pathetic thinking like that, if u like a group then buy their music, who cares what any1 else thinks! Never try to be someone you're not!

Ive been a BSB fan for a long time and it kills me to see the boys getting little support from the press especially here in the UK! They've proved themselves as a group in many areas as well as singing, their strength and determination is outstanding and they set a great example to up and coming groups, it's about time they were given the respect they deserve!

This is the second message I've written on here and it's partly in response to what some other people have written.

About my previous entry, I'm serious. E-mail me and we can start a positive force to let people know they ARE NOT FADING! I don't really think the Backstreet Boys lost ANYBODY from probably Millennium or even "Quit Playing Games With My Heart"!

Hi everyone Grace I really agree with you and your comment about the Boys.I mean they have been here for so long and now some stupid bubble gum wack group like Nstick comes along and everyone thinks that they're better.HOLD UP the thing that really hurt my feelings was the title i mean they're not lost ,like i said before magazines always come out with some stupid rumor before an album comes out.But to all you stupid fans who come here and Diss BSB we could give a shit how great you think Nstink is THEY SUCK.And if you really loved Nstink so much you wouldn't be here and if BSB suck so bad then you shouldn't come here trashing them you'd find something better to do.Obviously you like them to since your in here so much I hate Nsync and you will never find me at and nstink site ever so u must like BSB as much as we do.

All the artists who have been together for decades have stories to tell. Nsync doesn't have any stories to tell cuz the music industry wipes their asses for them.

I have been a Backstreet Boys fan for a LONG time. But recently, they haven't come out with anything, so there is nothing for me to hold on to. I'm not saying that they should be on TV promoting stuff. I think they need time off b/c they are human beings just like the rest of us. But they could of had a song out or something. I'm 18 now so I'm growing up. I used to have pictures of them all over my walls, but I took them all down. It doesn't mean I don't like them anymore, it's just that you need to grow up sometime. (Come on, a high school graduate with pics from magazines all over their walls, get real) I think that their people are making bad moves. When they came out with "Drowning" I thought it was a stupid move. Don't get me wrong, I love the song, but I think it was too soon. They still had a lot of songs from Black & Blue that they could have released. If they would have waited, B & B songs could be playing on the radio right now instead of nothing. That is why everyone thinks they are lost. Their peeps are just money-hungry. Greed isn't the way to go. Money isn't everything. They should think about what is good for the group, not what is good for their wallet. I think that Jive supports *N Sync more than they do Backstreet. That's stupid. *N Sync isn't all that. Backstreet has always been way better. (not to mention they look better too:) And the stupid guy said that them getting married made a difference. How so!? We all know that none of us had a shot with them, so why do we care? Be serious! At least they did the right thing and settled down and got married. (Unlike Joey Fatone who has a kid out of wedlock) That's what people do in life, get married. Just b/c they are in the public eye doesn't mean that they have to miss out on happiness. That guy is stupid. They have lives too. I don't think people realize that. BSB needs to get with someone who will support them and make good decisions for them. Not what's good for the money or *N Stink. That business is messed up. Well that's pretty much all I have to say. KTBSPA!

They didn't lose their "young audience"! They didn't lose any audience! I'm 12 years old and I've loved the guys since I was 7! I always will, too. I check this site every day. KTBSPA!

I don't think that the boys lost their younger audience. I know a lot of fans being 15-16, I'm 17 and I have an about 75-year-old friend who likes them too.

Hi I don't really agree with some of the things that guy said about BSB I mean they have been through SSOO!Much and I HIGHLY doubt that Nick doing a solo album will hurt them an anyway. And I'm 15 and I've been with BSB since I was 11 and I'm absolutly NOT A Teenybopper I love them but I also am a little mature when it comes to certain things so to that person who said that the BSB's younger fans are stupid that's pretty mean ya know.Your kinda sterio-typing us you don't know me and I don't know you so for you to say something like that is stupid and ignorant. But back to the article don't let it bother you we know them better than any stupid reporter and we always hear that they're breaking up or one of them is leaving. So the best thing to do is ignore it.And KTBPA Because they always prove them wrong and come out even better than before.

Hi everyone! I just want to say that people who left the Boys (if any) because Brian and Kevin got married were not true fans. I don't think their marriages damaged their popularity. I am proud that our Boys don't lie to us. As for me I BECAME A FAN when I saw an interview with them and Brian was talking about his wife and future kids. He was sooo sweet. I want him to be happy and faithful. (and I'm sure he is.) I am happy for them and one day I want to have a kind and faithful husband like him. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY BRIAN AND LEIGHANNE!

I don't like this article because they are saying that BSB is done for and they're gone. So what if they're not always in the spotlight like *NSYNC or if they don't always get the recognition they deserve. BSB has been and still are one of the most successful and popular groups around today. And I don't think they're losing their younger audiences. I'm almost 15 and they're still my fave group. All my friends feel the same way. People should just learn to realize there's more to them and they work just as hard, or harder, than anyone in the entertainment business.
