Ok my opinion on ticket prices is that they are PATHETIC/RIDICULOUS!!!! Here I am A huge fan Of the Guys and HAVE NOT ONCE seen them in concert!!! For One Reason is b/c THEY HAVE NEVER COME TO MY FREAKIN STATE and for another is b/c the Dazam ticket prices have went up WAY TOOO HIGH!! I have wanted to see the BSB for a long time now.. and I am far from being rich and there is no way i would pay no 125 dollars for a ticket when your seat wont even be that good!! I have tried getting tickets my mom sat on the phone for over an hour with ticketmaster to NORTH CAROLINA long-distance only to be rejected!!! something needs to be done!! and FAST! If we could some how get to the management the FIRM or whatever and enough ppl complained about it then maybe something would be done! I know its not the guys fault! its the management and the Venues! But still its way outta control and it needs to be stopped!! I am 15 yrs old and I adore teh BSB and i havent been able to see them in concert and all you fans that are dedicated would know that if you werent able to see them you would sit and cry just like i did!!! if any one has ne way we can get a hold of ne one at all to get something done

I just had to comment on the senseless post by "The Weirdest Al," who will receive the honorable title of STUPIDEST PERSON ON THE INTERNET. Please do not tell me you REALLY think prices are high because of the new president! Get a grip! Gas prices were flying through the roof BEFORE Dubbya was elected...and are continuously growing up here thanks to DEMOCRATIC governor Gary Locke (ugh!). Clinton did not keep concert ticket prices low...he was too busy lying to his nation and committing adultery on his wife to be worrying about your entertainment. Ticket prices were just as much when Clinton was in office - you just didn't notice because you didn't attend any tours with expensive tickets. And you REALLY expect them to STOP using buses to save gas money? What the hell are they going to do? Climb in a Metro and cruise around the country? Uhuh....nice try! Hate to break it to ya, but ticket prices AREN'T increasing to cover their gas...they are going up because they are touring ultra-small venues. If you want lower ticket prices, the Boys would have to do a stadium tour. So blame it on the venues...NOT Dubbya...our brand new President who is doing a dang good job in office. About the apple juice, I'm not EVEN going to go there...that's just too pathetic to comment on.

I paid 80.00(fees included in that total)for a seat at an upcoming outdoor concert in Pittsburgh. My seat is in the "nosebleeds"and has no roof.If I was to buy tickets that were under the pavillion they were 125.00 and they were still in the nosebleeds. So I am taking a raincoat and binoculars.I am just amazed at the prices of the tickets for crappy seats, but I am sure I will still love the show and be jealous of those who are so close to the action.

I think the main thing on why ticket prices sky rocketed, was that Dubbya is in office. For one thing, when Clinton was in office, our ticket prices were reasonable! Now, gas prices are up (They shouldn't use busses anymore, they only make us pay more $$$$$$$$$) and they are touring....busses....trucks....equiptment shipping....this is stupid! All because of Dubbya and his apple juice!!

I absolutely hate these high ticket prices!! In January I went all the way to Georgia to see them and our tickets were 58.50 each. Now, not even 6 months later, we paid 70.00 for 2nd best seats? No...this is totally wrong! In 1998, you could buy 3 tickets for the price of one!! 25.00 each, and now up into 100's...that is crazy. We all need to send a petition out to stop this torture. My family are fairly middle-class, and if they get any higher, I will be lucky to see them once a year! The Boys need to get rid of the dancers, and tone down the Pyro...that way they will be at least a little cheaper. Into The Millennium was better too, because everyone could see fairly well. Now it's not that great....Sorry guys, but this sucks!

I believe that the prices are high, but I would do anything to see them because they put on the best show! I remember for the ITM tour the tickets were $35-50, for this tour there like $60-120 per ticket. The only way we could go this time was to get the bad seats, but as long as I see them it's okay.

I totally agree that they should get rid of some of the pryos and dancers(no offense to them) to make things cheaper. I remember with the Into the Millenium tour, prices were reasonable, and everything sold out. Now, with this tour, there are tons of places that aren't sold out, and chances are, it's because of the ticket prices.

I am a devoted Backstreet Boys fan. I would do anything for them, no matter what the cost. That is why I parted with over $100 in order to get good seats to this year's Dallas concert. Now I really would pay any price to see them. I've been to every concert they've done in Dallas, but I do believe that this is rediculous. I know that the boys have to be paid $1,000,000 per show, and that the venue has to make some profit too, but where do we draw the line? There's a thin line between being a devoted fan and attending a concert and looking like an idiot for paying so much money for a circa 3 hour show. But here's the thing. The concert in Dallas sold out in a flash. I know it happened everywhere else, too. That is just showing Ticketmaster and everyone else that there ARE that many people willing to shell out that much for tickets! I'm almost sad to say I'm one of them. If you look at it economically, it's all a matter of supply and demand. The ticket sellers see the demand for the Backstreet Boys, and know they could make a fortune. There are tons of people out there who pay out thier butts to fly to 5 or 6 concerts---what difference does it make to them if they pay $75 or $100 for a concert?! I know I'm just going on and on about this. I just like to look back on my first Backstreet concert where I paid $25 for front row seats, and there was no line at Ticketmaster when I went to get the tickets. Those were the good 'ol days......

I just want to say I love the Backstreet Boys. Every time I go to see them I bring my daughter and at least two of her friends with us. One of her friends cannot afford the ticket and since she is like a daughter to me I buy her a ticket also. But like every one else I can't afford the tickets. I am a single parent with bills and we saw them earlier in their tour and it was only $65 now they are $85. They are coming here to North Carolina twice on this part of the tour and they were in Charlotte in the beginning of their tour (that cost $65) and I would love to be able to see them both times in this part of the tour but I just can't afford it. I have seen them every time that they have come to North Carolina and I have watched the ticket prices go from $25 to $50 to $65 and now to $85 for their shows. I am with alot of people that they should cut some of the pyros and dancers out. I saw them in 98 (and that was only $25) and there were no dancers or pyro and that was the best concert. I would pay the $85 if it was just them and not all the dancers and pyros. I feel like I am not getting my money's worth watching the dancers and pyros. I am there to see them not all the extra stuff.

Ok I believe ticket prices are starting to become bogus. I myself being 17 cannot afford 80$ each time to see the guys. I loove them with all my heart and would pay $600 in advance order if It promised me a good floor seat but I don't have that kind of cash.

I had no idea that this time around BSB were charging $150 just for one seat! I went to the Tacoma Concert on the 25th of February and i spent $66.25 for seats that were so close to the top you could have jogged up and down 1-2 times in the time it takes them to sing the chorus for NOT FOR ME. Yah i enjoyed it and screamed my head of at the concert but this is pathetic. You know they are already Millionairs and yah they have to jack up prices because pyro and stuff but they have enough money as it is and the show doesn't make the singing they do. they put on a fabo show but if the spent the whole time singing and doing a little dancing and paying attention to the WHOLE crowd a lot more they would have a great show for less. About 3 years ago I had 11 rows from the stage seats at a Garth Brooks concert. His tickets were less than $20 and he put on a show that lasted for almost 3 hours and when we left you felt as if you knew him and you had so much fun laughing at his jokes and singing all of his favorite songs.(the merchandice was a TON cheeper that the prices that you see and BSB concerts too!) I'm really dissapointed in how the boys only had there attention on the front row instead of the whole crowd. There really is no excuse for having the jack up prices because they need Pyro. They would have a better and more connected time with all the fans if they payed attention to us and let us sing to them once an awhile except for singing only Brians part in IWITW. If you agree, email and I would love to talk with you to some how get this to the boys attention before they jack up prices more. Thanks for listening to my opinion. GOD BLESS

OK heres what I have to say about ticket prices. THEY ARE CRAZY!!! Ok, I'd rather spend that money on tix to see bsb than anything else, but I'm not rich. I can't afford to keep paying hundreds of dollars to see them, but I can't just not go. Its not fair to the people that bsb means so much too, but they don't have that kinda money to spare. Then some spoiled brat who doesn't even want to go that much gets a $1,000 dollar front row seat. How is that fair? I know a lot of life isn't fair, but I wish someone could do something to make prices more reasonable for everyone to go. I mean, I have to pay for college and a car and i feel guilty paying even 80 bucks a piece to see them at Nissan Pavillion, for crappy seats might I add. It's not right and something needs to be done. Another reason the prices are higher too, I think is that brokers snatch all the tix so ticketmaster doesn't have much else to sell, so the prices have to be higher I'm sure to make more money. Then the brokers sell tickets for about $1000, if you want a good seat. It's so irritating! Something must be done, somehow. But I know the fans can all help out. make sure if you have extra tix, don't try to make a profit selling them. Thats just selfish. And don't buy as much from brokers! If you all keep buying, they keep selling for tons of money!! They do it because they know people will pay! It's not supposed to be about money, but the music and bsb!!

Ok, I think the prices are waaaaaay too high, but at the same time, I understand why. I understand that pyros are expensive, and the special screens/footage, and trucks, people, and all that other stuff, but I think that $150 is still too much. When BSB didn't have pyros and all that other stuff, they still sold out stadiums so I don't understand why they have to have them now and charge so much more money!

I took my six year old daughter in February to see them and thought the prices were too high, but I went ahead and got her tickets to see them again in July, for even more money.

The ticket prices are beyond crazy. Last time I saw BSB (98 tour) here, tix were 45$ on the floor. I have crappy seats and I paid like 120$ a piece at Ticketmaster. Ouch. But you'll never hear me whining that it's not worth it. Hell no. I haven't seen these boys in concert for almost three years. I'd sell my toes if I had to.

well someone sed they had to raise ticket prices so that shaggy would get a fair share since he became popular...but i don't think shaggy really deserves it...no offense because i kno it's not his fault. but most ppl aren't going to pay 125 dollahs to see shaggy! most people that are going to the bsb concertz r going to see bsb!! if shaggy went on tour by himself i don't think that he could sell out places for even 70 bux a ticket. well that's just my opinion...cuz shaggy's kool, but not someone i want to spend money on concert tickets for! cuz i bet if people had to fill out a survey when they bought tickets on who they were buying the tickets to go see, not many people would say shaggy! meaning it's not realli fair. cuz opening acts are supposed to help sell out more tickets, but shaggy isn't really helping. there are enough people trying to get bsb tix as it is!

OK, we can stop blaming Shaggy ANYTIME now. It isn't his fault that the ticket prices are high, and the very thought is utterly ridiculus. The tickets are high because

I have been a fan for like 6 years now, I have seen the Boys twice. I would have LOVED to see them again, but I'm in college now and have other things I have to spend my money on. These ticket prices are INSANE!!! One of my friends got a ticket and she's going by herself because the rest of us couldn't afford tickets. I'm dying to see the Boys in concert again and so are a lot of other fans, unfortunately with these prices they are letting a lot of fans down.
