Nick Got arrested!Its his life and No fan has the right to his personal life.The more fuss we make the more newspapers are going to diss BSB.If we dont talk about or read/listen it the radio,newpapers will stop talking/writing about it.

Hi-Nick got arrested. I found it here, and said to myself, "Please god, tell me this is not true." Think again! source: www.washingtonpost.com I'm like, Washington Post articles are official. So, it's not a British Talboid.
I decided to go to mtv.com, and yep it was there. I'm like great, it is defintely fact.
And today the day after I found out, it was every entertainment site, every somewhat big news site.
It was on Access Hollywood.
I'm rather confused about this--but this is Nick's quote:
"I have done nothing wrong, I truly believe my celebrity motivated the officer to arrest me." The officer "said my name aloud during the incident. I am certain that after a full investigation of the facts my name will be cleared" -- Nick Carter in a statement released late Thursday through publicist Courtney Barnes.
Hmm..I also heard the officer said on the count of 3 he must leave. He didn't. It was somewhat stupid. He was trying to be strong, and it's good to stand up for yourself, but in this case, if I were in his shoes, I'd leave. AND, heard on Access Hollywood from a incident witness that he was crying. Poor Nick.
But, getting involved with a fight is stupid.

beccabear! when i read your response, i was like "yes! a bsb fan who understands!"then i realized what you had written about bsb before. sorry, i don't care about your opinion now. i figured that since you have no respect for bsb in the first place, you would never have respect for nick carter.
btw - if you're such a big n sync fan, and a bsb hater, why are you wasting your time at this site? and i'm not saying this because you're an n sync fan. i like some of n sync's music. i have respect for them. so i don't go on *their* fan sites and write bad about them. take a hint and grow up.

Jay Leno actually said something funny tonight, he said "Nick said it's because of his celeb status, but, the police needed more evidence." Who's Nick Carter again? Oh..yeah that one guy who yells are women, and yells at cops....What a "good" boy.

whoah. i came in here expecting to read new years resolutions. and i come here to see comments about nick's arrest. and surprise surprise they started to tick me off just like the other peoples' opinions in the official chat. so with me and my big mouth, i give you my opinion. but before i start: no, nick is not my favorite bsb, but eh's the one i relate to more... and i'm a republican. what does this have to do with it? well, i'm starting to notice that my being old enough to have political associations has everything to do with my opinion....so without further ado:i noticed something when i became a fan. nick was a bomb ready to go off. i don't mean that in a bad way.... but he's the youngest member of one of the most successful pop groups in the world, he grew up in the spotlight. and i'm going to say something that is going to piss you off to no end, i'm sure...but he's not normal. blah blah blah. yes, he is a human who has human emotions, but do you call growing up in the spotlight normal? do you call getting grabbed at everytime you go out normal? i sure don't. i can go on the street without anybody recognizing me except people i have met. i can go get arrested without media's publicity too. the fact remains is that he looks as if he is self destructing. he missed high school...one of the most important places that you learn to mature in. how to deal with reality. how to deal with people. and now he seems to party more and more. yeah, you can say partying is normal for his age, which it is, but not to the extent it sometimes seems to be...especially after this incident. and i'm not saying it's bad! don't get me wrong. it's just that it kind of gets you thinking...first aj, now what will happen with nick?
so poor baby nick? i don't think so. what do i feel sorry for him for? (yes, i'm not so much of a b*tch that i don't feel some compassion for him.) the fact that he's getting so much media attention. i mean, it was only a misdemeanor, come on, is it something that deserves so much attention? i don't think so. the only reason why he is is because boy bands have an expectation to be good boys...even though they never promised to behave. so when one falls (think aj), the whole world goes beserk. and the whole thing of posting his police report online, with his address clearly spelled out? now that's just an invasion of his personal privacy....
okay, so now why am i getting so upset at the teenies...and actually him for saying it in the first place? it's that when he says that he got arrested for being a celebrity.
give. me. a. break.
laws are written for a reason. if people weren't so stupid in the first place, there would be no need for the simple common ones. one of them being that you don't resist police. police are there to protect. police are there to keep order. and nick yelling his brains out at some chick is not keeping order. okay, okay. so if the police asked him to quiet down and he obeyed, there wouldn't have been a problem. because as i understand it, that's all they asked him to do first. things like this happen alllll over the country to normal people. i've seen people get arrested on my college campus for smaller reasons. so don't give me that bull that nick was arrested because he was a backstreet boy. he was arrested because he disobeyed police. and he cried afterwards? ha! i couldn't find anything more funny!
so "poor little nicky" you say? nah. i say "welcome to reality, boy. time to wake up and smell the roses." Being a backstreet boy does not give you the right to do anything you want.
well i suppose it will. in the law it says that he could spend a year in jail. i guarantee you he will get no time in jail and maybe only the fine. why? he's a celebrity. so you people saying that he got arrested because he is one? no. he's going to get off because he is one.
now, i agree that it doesn't deserve much of a punishment in the first place, but he will get off lighter than an average person. i guarantee it.
and there is some argument that he wasn't drunk. WTF? if he wasn't, that just makes him more stupid than he appeared to be... for arguing with police officers like that when he was sober? *rolls eyes* if he did that, stick him in jail i say. teach him a lesson. i personally would have more respect for him if he did it while he was drunk; at least that says that he wasn't in the right mind to think about what he was doing.
yes, this shows that he is human, and it's not a big deal really. but like a normal human, he got what was coming to him. now i'm only praying that he'll cooperate and plead guilty. because if he doesn't, he's going to get more crap for doing what he did than he really deserves.

I have one thing to ask. What sick pleasure do you people get out of picking on NSYNC? What did they ever do to you? They have never dissed BSB on t.v. Yet, Kevin and Brian both dissed NSYNC, by saying NSYNC copied them. It is not NSYNC's fault that they are bigger than BSB. NSYNC just happens to have tons of fans, that love them, 2.5 million fans to be exact. All I am saying is to lay off of them.And, about Nick's problem, the girl he was yelling at in the club, said when he was being put in the cop car, he was CRYING. Whoa...what a man. Any man that yells at a woman is a sick scum ball anyway. Whoever said that there wasn't a big deal about Justin Timberlake cussing out his fan. That is because it was proven that it NEVER happened. I bet you don't watch Entertainment Tonight very often do you? If you did, you would of seen the security tape show Justin walking up to his hotel room, unlocking the door, and going inside. It never showed him come back out until the next day. So, shut up already. And, don't even TRY to say the tape was fixed, that would only be more childish. Ohh...wait, you guys ARE childish.
As for my New Year's resolution: I want to help my fellow NSYNC fans erase BSB off the map. BSB can't sing. They can't dance. I am just merely stating that no one likes them anymore. And, if you do, good for you. Keep liking them, no body cares. Me and my fellow NSYNC fans just want you guys to stop dissing our guys. You don't like it when we diss BSB, do you?
When you guys say that NSYNC doesn't deserve the awards they have won, it just means you are jealous. Jealous that their fans helped give them something they deserve. NSYNC put blood, sweat, and tears into their music. I'm sure BSB does the same.
Listen, I'm not trying to be the world's biggest bitch. I just think that life is too short to be fighting over who "rules". NSYNC is not the enemy. BSB is not the enemy. I think it's safe to say: Britney Spears is the enemy! KILL KILL KILL!!! (LOL...sorry, just thought a joke would make ya'll laugh.)

BSB needs to perform more this year so they can get noticed more................grammy's and MTV awards are the big 2.....and they should also retail there singles more so they'l be played more on the radio..........thats about it//////////my sister says she wants to see them dance in there next video........ I want BSB to be number 1 again just as much as any other fan....but they need to do it with performances...oh yeah justin timberlake and his 4 followers better keep there mouths shut......

I know what Nick did wasn't nessaserily wrong nor right.But if the person who he was arguing with was mean and did somthing to offend Nick or any of the other fellas then they derserved what Nick dished out.I just hope Nsync don't rub it in or anything.I will always love the bsb no matter what they do.I caan only love them more,NEVER less. Be sides now Nick is a "Bad Boy" whice is all the more reason to love his hot little "Bad Boy" self!!

OK bout this Nick issue....first off I'll say i totally agree w/Katie and Sammy. OK next if u don't know the story bout Nick yet i jus saw it on Hollywood Access(gay show i know but we don't have cable). Police came 2 break up some fight Nick was NOT involved with. He was nearby arguing w/some person. Police kept saying Nick Carter shut up and get outta here! OK not exactly but basically that's it. they kept sayin his name they knew he's a celebrity. Then they arrested him. And get this they DIDN't arrest the person he was arguing w/!!!!! And they made my baby cry!!!!!!! He was crying when they handcuffed him. Aaaarrrghg!!!!! let me at em!!!!! It's so retarded he didn't do nothin but u know some cops jus want 2 be famous 4 arresting celebrities. not most but a few do. So I know Nick will get his name cleared soon when they investigate this lame case. Another thang, NO ALCOHOL was involved in this incident. So that's it, if ne ppl stop being BSB fans bcuz of that they would have 2 be unbelievably stupid. Which, some ppl r, so we'll see. But i do urge every fan 2 pray 4 Nick and quick justice. He deserves it he gives so much 2 us as do the rest of the BSB. That is the definition of a TRUE FAN sticking by them thru the thick and thin. And yea vote 4 Nick on CosmoGirl and BSB on TRL and all that bcuz Nsuck's RETARDED vid was #1 on TRL past 2 days!!!! So get ur butts over there and vote!!!!!!!!
