Second: This is about Nick. I would have done the same thing as him. By walking away from an argument you look like a looser. If Nick wasn't a celebrity the cops would either have kicked both of them out (the woman and the guy-in this case Nick) or have looked the other way. What I don't get is that Nick get's arrested for a stupid thing like that, but people like Whitney Houston and Bobby gets to keep their kids eventhough they're on drugs. If N sync gets bigger because of this, then I'm gonna kick some N sync ass. Because no matter what....The Backstreet Boys is and will always be the best group in the world, so KTBPA! We all make mistakes. I'm not saying that what Nick did (or didn't do) was the right thing. I'm admitting that what he did was wrong. He should have listened to the cops. But he chose to act like a brat, which was his mistake. HOWEVER we all make mistakes and we should stop coming down so hard on Nick. Forgive and forget! He didn't even do anything except not leave the club fast enough(what a terrible crime). Now I'm hearing that he can get up to a year in jail. How stupid is that!! There are people who commit worse crimes and they don't even serve that much time. Also I'm not sure if we should believe that whole thing about Nick crying and all that stuff.
