Howie and AJ are in a store called "Center for the Dull" (Howie answers with "that's us!") (this was on the Disney special) Howie's talking about how AJ and Kevin are the ones up on fashion and he's not. While pulling out a shirt from a rack, he says...
"I dunno. I wouldn't wear this stuff. Oh, this is women's? No wonder."
I don't know if that's exactly right, but it's the closest I could get from memory.
