hey,
I ahve been a BSB fan for 6 years. These are some of my smaller obsessions becuase my huge ones would take too long to explain.
1. You can do a project on the BSB in any course that you take. (I did this in math when we were doing a written project... knowing the BSB's shoe sizes comes in handy, so don't let n e 1 tell you otherwise!)
2. You have a BSB bucket that is filled with BSB stuff that you have to own but can't stand to leave out becuase it it too precious (cards, tattoos, keychains, posters from the preconcert party I went to, the bk glassesa nd fry containers... you get the point)
3. The BSB action figures from BK are on a higher shelf in your room so younger kids can't get at them. And you freak at n e one that touches them at all. You don't even like to touch them to dust them, but are allergic to duct.
4. The only time that you have watched the real Official BSb tapes is when you dubed them, cause you don't want them to get wrecked.
5. You buy the pens with names on them of all the BSb becuase they can't spell your name right and becuase you think it gives you inpritartin when writing your fan fics.
6. You notice that the bus driver that is taking you on the extra concert experience is named brian and you start freaking out. (I was sitting right behind this poor guy on the bus, poor man!)
7. You don't care at all if the guys have girl friends and/or get married. You are happy for them, and never jealous. (I have never once been angry at or jealous of Leighanne, Krisitin, Mandah or n e of the other girlfriends)
8. Since becomming a BSB fan your friends have also becom bigger fans. You even got your best friend to the point where she came to the last BSB concert with you.
9. You are about read to walk to the USA, since you can't drive to ry and find the Backstreet Boys Game. (Well, this should be a long walk, but I am prepared)
10. You can memorize every word of every song or TV appearance the first time you heard it (yet I couldn't memorize the poem for English in 2 days)
11. You would miss your prom for a BSB concert (I hate to dance and I hate wearing dresses, the BSb cioncert is the plus here)
12. You were finished the Heart And Soul Of Nick Carter after only about 2:30 of starting it and have read it about once a week since.
13. YOu remember the very conversation that you had with the person who introduced you to the BSB and remember your first rection to the guys and the exact day (August 3rd 1996 and I thought that the guys were the hottest best things in he world... still do!)
14. You re amazed that the friend that told you about the BSB and who seemed such a huge fan is such a small fan compared to you, and was a fan for much longer.
15. You talk to ppl from Canada, USA, Croatia, Japan, China, South Africa, Norway, Malasia, Mexico and tons of other countries. You talk to about 70 ppl on a regular basis (this is totally me and I spend so much time doing it, but it is worht it)
16. When Lou Perlman comes on TV you throw something at it. You can't stand the guys and couldn't even when you thoguht that he was being loyal to the BSB. You are the same with Carson Daly.
Well, I could talk for a ton longer, but I have to get off.
So sorry about that, but you can see where I am going, and I have barely made a start.
Here is one last: Everyone called you BaCkStReEt FrEaK, even some of your teachers!
