BSB Concert Allstate Arena Chi-Town Feb 13th

Where can I possibly begin, all I have to say is "Oh my God they're back again." Kevin, AJ, Nick, Howie and Brian never fail to please their fans and this time it was anything but a let down. There I sit front row center in the Allstate Arena. The dancers hit the stage and that means....it is only minutes before the moment everyone has waited for. Screaming is all that can be heard in the arena, and there they are...the Backstreet Boys. Kevin being my inspiration of eight years pops out right in front of my face. It feels like a dream. He looks so angelic! All the guys look AMAZING and it is hard to believe they are so close that I can actually see into their eyes. I hold up my "Kev, Can I Have A Smile?" sign and sure enough I can see his eyes reading it. He looks at me and I can't help but smile bigger than I have ever smiled before in my life. My dream is coming true as he flashes me a HUGE smile..not even just a lil Kevin grin...a HUGE smile.

My friend next to me is melting by the adorableness of Mr. Brian Thomas Littrell. He sees the Donald Duck she is holding and signals her to throw it to him. He catches the duck while making funny faces and shows it to AJ! He starts talking to Donald and puts him on the stage by the band and tells him not to move. AWWW HOW CUTE! Their voices are amazing and their personalities SHINE like "Shining Stars." Before we know it, they are dancing with canes..YUMMY! Nick is really getting into the dance moves more than ever before. DAMN he looks sexy. They start to sing "Time" and it is definantly a moment no one in the arena could ever forget. They have come such a long way with their careers as well as individually. Man, little Nicky is 21 years old. They stand on the bridge so that everyone in the arena can feel close to them and they throw stuffed animals at the fans. Me being the crazy chickity I am, throws AJ a pair of boxers. Personally, I was scared to throw anything at them, scared to hurt them but it was a good throw and YES AJ did catch them. I snapped a quick picture of AJ with the boxers and my eyes wondered back to Boo (Kev).

Before we know it our dream is about to end. "Shape of my Heart" comes on and B-Rok is wearing his Brian Littrell heart foundation t-shirt. It brings a tear to my eye..very touching as he throws it out into the crowd. I get a wink from Kev and my heart starts to flutter. Oh no...they slowly dissolve into the stage. It's over! I can't help but already miss them. The concert was incredible and it was great to see the guys come back so strong. I'm so proud of them, they all look so happy. They definantly made it a night I will never forget as long as I live and I'd just like to thank them for that. They are special guys and really do everything they can for the fans to make each and every one of them feel special. All I can say is...ANGELS!!!!

The concert was so great! I kind had bad seats. 216. Or so I thought. I was surprised to see the view was a lot better than what I expected(especially, when they came out in the middle), but the bad part was that there were these huge black things in fornt of half of the screen. So I missed a lot of things and that pissed me of. But otherwise the concertw as so cool. Me and my friend were the only ones screaming for a lot of the time. There weren't many people at all. We were so loud, that two guys in front of us told us to shut up. Of course, we just screamed louder. There was this one part towards the end where Brian was introducing the band, where everyone was kinda bored and just sitting there. Me and my friends screamed LOUD together, and everyone around us looked at us. When Nick was leaving the satge in the middle, he kinda stumbled. It was really cute. And Brian waved at me(actually, in our direction). I like Kevin better with facial hair. Nick looked like he lost some weight, and he kept doing all these AWESOME facial expresions, and he danced great. He kept shking his head. I loved the part where he goes "Am I sexual?", and does that dance move. AJ looked hot. It was funny, because his pants were falling down and hes like whoops. It was awesome. Tshirts were 30 dollars. I am still mad about teh speakers in my way, but I'll get over it.

I am still stunned over what I experienced last night! My friend got us an inside hook up for tickets, but we didn't know what to expect. We went to will-call to pick up our tickets and backstage passes were included! Normal fan backstage passes are "Guest" whereas crew members are "VIP." We had VIP backstage passes! We got to go backstage when the other fans had to wait upstairs! It was so cool. I saw Kevin but I barely recognized him without his facial hair. We were just standing around and I peeked around a wall and saw Nick! Nick is my favorite BSB by far! My friend and I went up to him and took pictures with him! We weren't supposed to do that, but we didn't know! Besides, Nick said he would! I still can't believe that I actually met Nick! As for the concert itself, wow! We were 11th row (from the stage!) center. It was unbelievable. I could see the blue in Nick's eyes, that is how close we were. They sounded incredible and I enjoyed their dancing. Nick was so passionate! It is hard to choose favorites from a concert that was that good, but Show me the meaning, I want it that way, Shape of my heart, the call, get another boyfriend and the answer to our lives stick out in my head. The bridge thing was awesome too. That concert was way better than the 1999 tour, and i loved the 1999 tour! I give the guys props for a job well done. I had the time of my life!

I went to the concert last night and it was AWESOME!! Our seats were five feet away from the right wing of the stage! Brian's my favorite but my fav moment of the concert was provided by Howie. He was standing on the edge of the stage by us and three people lifted up a little girl so she could try to touch him. Howie couldn't reach her so he stood on one of the lights and almost fell trying to reach her. He finally reached her hand and it was the sweetest thing ever!!

My only complaint was that Brian never came over to our side throughout the concert. At the end we were yelling for him so one of the dancers went and told Brian we wanted him to come over. He was standing 4 feet away from me and my camera broke!!! I was sooooo upset but my friend had one picture left and took it of him for me. I hope everybody reading this has tickets to a show or already went to one because it is the best time you will ever have!!

Feb. 13Th I was going to the backstreet boys show in chicago. My mom and I got lost on the way to the allstate arena. So at this point I freaking out inside because I didn't want my mom to feel worse than she already did. We left the house at about 5:30p.M. We pretty much drove around the entire chicagoland area for a couple hours. When we finally go there it was five minutes to 8p.M. My mom drop me at the door so I wouldn't miss anymore of the show. The opening act krystal was done and the lights were on. I wanted to see krystal perform but not as much as bsb. Thank god so much that I didn't miss a second of bsb.

we had, what I thought was going to be nosebleed seat, good seat I could see everything perfectly. We we're in the back, last row. I guess the allstate arena isn't as big as I thought was last year. The only thing we had trouble seeing was the screen because a huge amp was in the way.

anyway the show rocked like you wouldn't believe. I don't want to give away too much so I'm going to be brief. Everything came together really well. If you're in the back don't worry because bsb won't leave you hanging. The stage is huge. Kevin shaved I case you didn't know. There was this one part were they all seem to be dressed in hippy gear. It was hot. The screams were very very very intense.

If you want to buy anything I know that the programs are $20 and the smaller pics are $5. Bsb for life.

Ok , i know everyone read the reviews cuz i was on this site everyday reading reviews lolz so im gonna keep this short, simple, sweet, and hott! omg i just got back from the all state arena. Ok, the weather in chicago is horrible (thank you chicago for your perfect timing ) . Anyhoo, i got there around 5:00 p.m., and had to wait till 6:30 to get in. when i got in, i bought some bsb merchandise and headed out to my seats. My seats were right in the middle so i was a happy camper. Krystal came out around 7:30. Im telling you, this girl has a beautiful voice. Her songs were good too, so im gonna get her cd :) . So she sang about 3 songs.. and then she left and blah blah. we had to wait like 30 minz more until bsb came out. And when they did.. omg! Right when the lights went out, i got my butt up.. ran through a gazillion security guards up my way to front row! OMG i was less than 5 feet away from the guys! it was so awesomeness!! I had eye contact with all the guys! and then the security ppl made me go back to my seat *grrrrrrrrrrr* lol But thats okey cuz everytime something humungo happened, i made my way back to front row. They had two stages and omg omg omg omg omg omg!!!! Brian and Howie and Kevin all blew me kisses! Im telling you guys, they are sweeties! Then they went back to the regular stage from the catwalk thingy. It was a wonderful show. I have advice for the ppl who are going, when the lights go out.. .get your bootay's up and run like there's no tomorrow. Im telling you, you will make it to front row. And next thing you know..they will be blowing kisses to you! *ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh* :) . Ok i covered everything :) . I ruined all the surprises lol . My work is done here. Black & Blue Tour, Chicago Feb.12th 2001

OMG I went to the first night of the BSB concert here in Chicago, and it was AWSOME!!!!!!!!!! Out of the 3 BSB concerts I have been to, this is on top. Even though I had balcony seats near the back of the arena, I still had an awsome view.

Well, first Krystal came out and sang "My Religion", a song called "SupaGirl," and I don't remember the rest. She has an AWSOME voice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We waitied for about 45 min. for the boys to come on after that. But while we were waiting, us people in the balcony started doing the wave, we got it to go around like 5 times!!!!!

Anyways on with the concert. So the lights went out around 8:50ish, and the stage looked awsome!!!! The screen above the stage had a animated type thing of the earth and meteors hitting it, every time a comet hit, a red fireball type thing would pop out from the stage and would go boom!!! (hehehe) Then they came out from below the stage and were on these platform things up in the air. They did a salute thing, lowered back to the ground, and started "Everyone" then played "Larger Than Life." My friends and I were doing the routine to "Larger Than Life"!!! I remember somebody throwing a basketball to Brian and he was spinning it on his finger, it was sooooooooo cute!!!!

The next thing I remember was all of them going to change and Kevin coming out from backstage dressed all in white. Then the other guys came out after Kevin talked to the audience. I'm not gonna say anything else because it's a suprise, but here's a hint: After the little backstage skit, if yr. in the front... TURN AROUND!!!!! This is the part where my friends had some of the best seats in da' house!!

We left before they sang "The Shape Of My Heart" though, I would have liked to have seen it but 1. Our limo driver wanted to make sure we got out of there before the traffic got bad, and 2. I was feeling nauseous.

My favorite parts of the concert was when they sang "More Than That", "Get Another Boyfriend," "Time" & "How Did I Fall In Love With You. (Thats part fo the suprise.) Here's what I thought of the guys:

Howie- GO HOWIE!!! He was doing all of these salsa type moves when they were singing "More Than That" (I think!) He looked pretty good.

Kevin- Kevin actually had a sense of humor at this concert, and he looked good and he was cleaned up, and wasn't a mess like he was a couple of weeks ago (no offense to him) But he looked REALLY GOOD!!!

A.J.- I didn't really pay that much attention to him but I remember the screaming. I was screaming when Kevin introduced his American Diabetes Foundation because I have 3 family members who have Diabetes, it's nice to know that maybe A.J. will contribute to helping to find a cure. Somebody threw a blue cowboy hat at him and he caught it and put it on!! Nick, him and brian were playing with the things thrown at them the whole time!!!

Nick- He was on our side of the stage all night and looked so hot. At one part of the concert, he was laying on his back and did that think where you jump to yr feet. GO NICK!!!

Brian- Save the best for last, he is definately my favorite member of BSB. He looked really good, and from the screaming and yelling, I think that he is Chicago's Favorite BSB. He is soooooo adorable, I look up to him because despite what he went through as a child, he made it to the top!!! GO BRIAN! Like Krystal said during the opening act, "He has the voice of an angel."

I LOVED the concert & for those of you who don't have tickets, I recommend getting some quick. This concert was definately worth all of those hours waiting in line to see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i saw the boys last night, and let me tell you, it was great. i love how they opened with 'everyone' and 'larger than life'. i loved all the songs they sang (most od black and blue), they sounded great, looked great...everything about it i loved! there was one thing i didnt like: waiting between the opening act (krystal) and bsb to come on. it seemed like forever! another thing-the stupid girls wearing nsuck shirts. this is a bsb concert, not a freak show. if youre planning on going to their concert wearing nsync anything, you will be yelled at and booed at. ktbpa!

I attended the concert last night at the All State Arena and I can now die happy. I'm a junior in college and skipped a class yesterday afternoon to get to Chicago in time to see my Boys. I've been hearing nothing but good things about their concert for the past month and needless to say, I was not at all disappointed last night! My friend and I had seats on the floor at the very back of the arena, but as soon as we got there, an usher told us that the sound guys had taken our seats, so they moved us up 12 rows! Were in the last row of the main section of the floor, which later turned out to be a blessing. I was absolutely amazed with the pyrotechnics and the stage. I've never seen the Boys in concert before, so I was absolutely ecstatic to see them. I was in awe for most of the first part of the concert. I knew that there was going to be a bridge at some point in the concert, but I didn't know when. All of a sudden, a bunch of bodyguards started gathering in the aisle around our section. I was

looking at the jumbo-tron to see if I could get a glimpse of the Boys on stage, while my friend was facing the back of the arena. All of a sudden, my friend started hitting me and saying "Oh my god, oh my god!" I turned around just in time to see Nick, Howie, and AJ walk by a mere ONE FOOT away from me, disguised in the blue security guard jackets!!! I missed Kevin and Brian while I was looking at the jumbo-tron. I got awesome pictures while they were singing on the little podium. After the Boys finished on the podium and started across the bridge, I got up on my chair in hopes that I could catch Brian as he walked back to the stage. He peaked over the railing of the bridge, looked right at me and made eye contact, gave me the knee melting Brian smile and his cute little Brian wave and said, "Hey, what's up?" He smiled again and walked away. I can now die happy. Boys, if you're reading this, I just want you to know that you're absolutely amazing, and I want to thank you for such an awesome show!

We went in and when we found our seats I screamed, Sec 104 row N. We were literally feet away from them and I got GREAT pics since they came up on the ramp so close to us it made me cry! I can honestly say that last nights show just blew me away. The show was even better than their last tour which was awesome. The staging, the choreography, the songs, everything was just amazing beyond compare. Krystal was an excellent choice for opening acts. I can definately see her becoming pretty big in the biz. She's so talented! The boys were flawless and I don't think that they have ever been better. I loved every minute. To those who haven't seen it yet, you are in for a treat. Backstreet's back!!!

Wow, the words to describe the first feeling i got in the pit of my stomach when the boys first appeared last night was so incredible, i wish everyone gets to expierence it at least once, it was amazing. I guess to make this review complete I should tell everyone from the begining.

We got their before they were letting people in, and it was FREEZING cold, i was seriously shaking, but... just seeing all the other fans who had decked themselves out in face paint and picture covered clothing made it all worth it, it is a weird and awesome feeling to be surounded by people who enjoy and are anticipating the same thing.

While we were waiting outside, the WGN news camara and reporter were interviewing people, right across from us, of course we tried screaming to get their attention but it didn't work. After about 20 minutes in the cold they let us in

The crowd there was phenomenal, the lines, the people, the noise, and the show hadn't started yet! It was insane. Well we found out seats, section 212, we assumed they would be much worse, upper level and all, but actually they were great, i could still see the boys and everything that was happening.

At about 7:40 Krystal went on and sang 4 songs and played th piano. She had really cool pants on, like metalic, very cool. She has a great voice, but i wasn't really liking her songs, but she has alot of talent, and after she was done she went in the lobby and signed autographs.

The backstreet boys didn't start until about 8:45, man, the minute those lights went out, thousands of girls let out the biggest screams known to man and jumped to their feet. Should i go on will ALL the details? Maybe just a little.

The screen behind the stage was so awesome and beautiful throughout the whole entire thing, very amazing, the beggining started out with Everybody, including great pyro, fireball like explosions, amazing! Each song got better and better, the dancing was great, and at one point the boys had a box out that said "wardrobe" on it, one by one they all jumped in the box, which led downstairs, finally kevin went in and said "would you guys like to come along?" of course, how could anyone say no to that?? lol. So the camera men jumped in the box too, and sure enough, there's aj in mid change with his shirt off, wahoo!!

After the box, they appeared on the complete opposite side of arena on another, smaller stage, and sang 3 songs, they were right infront of us, very cool!! Then a bridge came down from the ceiling, connecting the two stages as they walked back over the audience, you floor people were so lucky!!!!!

A few final thoughts:

Nick--> amazing!! He has so much engergy, i mean he was just jumpping, screaming, shaking his head, getting into the dancing and the music, amazing, he is so full of life and energy on stage that you can't help but feel so happy when you watch him.

AJ--> Very sexual, as usual! Alot of sexy motions and dance moves, yum....

Howie--> Great! Nice straight hair, it's prettier than mine!

Brian--> He voice was as heavenly as always

Kevin--> Kevin seemed to do alot of talking, maybe i'm just imagining it, but he was wonderful. And he shaved, he loooks very hot!! Oh ya

Well my night with the backstreet boys was awesome, eventhough i didn't get go backstage or touch one, it was absolutely amazing, and all 3 of my friends(2 of which had never been to a concert before) were so in awe afterwords i thought they were going to pass out. Well, email me if you were there and wanna talk, maybe i saw you! or you me! Just email me! Love hollY!!

I took my daughter to see the Backstreet Boys, Black and Blue show at the Allstate Arena last night. I paid a LOT of money for our tickets, from a broker, and when we got there, our seats were so far from the stage that I wanted to cry... We thought we'd never be able to see our boys, let alone hear them! Well, we didn't have to worry, because mid-show, they did this really cute costume change skit, and would you believe it... THEY POPPED UP FROM ANOTHER STAGE, RIGHT NEXT TO WHERE WE WERE SEATED AT THE BACK OF THE ARENA! So, we got to see the boys so close, that I could see their sweat falling! Then, this huge catwalk dropped down from the ceiling, and they walked their way back to the main stage, singing and waving to all the people in the seats not near the stage! It was the sweetiest thank you to all the fans who couldn't get first section seats... Thank you BSB!

Feb. 12th was the best night of my life!! I just got my tickets last Wednesday for the Monday show so I was really excited! The concert was so awesome, there are no words to describe these boys. Oh my god!! It was just so unbelievable! I don't wanna ruin any surprises but I'll tell you about my experience at the concert.

When I got my tix, the seats were sec. 103. I was like, ok, not the best, but at least I was going, right? Well, anyways, yesterday I woke up at 8 and could not get back to sleep (we had school off) I was so excited! My and my sister started getting ready around 2 and left at 4:30 for my cousins house. When we got there she called us and said she said she was on her way and that we were 10 rows from the floor. I was like, Cool!!! So my other cousin got there and we left. We had BSB posters all over the car. When we got there, we saw the tour busses and freaked out, even tho they

weren't in there! HeHe! Then we went in and I immediately got a glow stick and program. Then we went to find our seats. Well, all of a sudden we passes an entrance and saw the stage right there! We looked at the number next the entrance and it said 104! And we were 103! So we got in there and it was soooo close to the stage!! I mean, I-can-see-Nick-sweat close! We were so excited! We were right by the right "wing" of the stage! So we were talking to this man in front of us and his family got to go backstage. I was so jealous. Anyways then Krystal came (my Kevi introduced her) and she sounded amazing!

Then after her we waited another half hour for my boys to come out. When they did, it was amazing!! There was fire and this big earth on the screen and every time a meteor hit the earth there was this big BOOM and fire and stuff. AWESOME! When they came out and I saw them right there standing in front of me (hehe) I cried! It was very overwhelming. They all looked so great! The first song was of course Everyone, but I won't tell the rest cuz its a surprise!! They did a lot of costume changes (including one we get to see) and all of the costumes rocked! They looked GREAT!! My favorite part of the entire concert was when they sang Not For Me, my favorite song off Black and Blue. The set was amazing and so were their costumes. All of you who went, you know what I'm taling about. Absolutely AWESOME!

But when they came out for their encore was the BEST!! People already left before the encore (STUPID!!!) and so Brian was coming out toward us on the wing and I don't know what came over me I just ran into the aisle with my camera and then I saw an opening in a row right by him so I ran in there and he was "littrelly" 5 FEET IN FRONT OF ME!! I could not believe it it was so overwhelming!!!! Just thinking about gives me chills. So now I am in school bored in computer class and depressed as hell becuz its over!!! They should be so proud of themselves, really. This show was their best yet. Better than Millennium, even tho it rocked. There was more dancing and surprises. I wish I could say more of what happened but I don't wanna ruin it!!! I'll only say that Time and How Did I Fall In Love With You were really special.

Plus the giant screen on the stage made the show because for all the people who were far away, they could see better with it. I love how they are always thinking about us, their fans. They care so much about us! Now I'm gonna tell u about the boys, how they were and stuff.

Brian-Looked so cute, as always! At the end, had his foundation t-shirt on, Healthy Hearts! I loved that! He sounded awesome, of course. ~Saw his wedding band :(~ LOL.

Nick-Melted the hearts of the audience. He had so much energy and looked so hot I could not take my eyes off him. Sang great!

Howie-I was really proud of him, he sounded great and looked great. He is getting more attention now and he deserves it. He really has come a long way. Way to go Howie! Plus I loved the salsa dances he was doing! WooHoo!

AJ-OMG,what can I say about him? SEXY! He was so hot, he really knows how to work the crowd. He was just AJ! So hot, so awesome. I really love him!

Kevin-My fave, looked great. Clean shaven! I couldn't believe that but he looked great! His hair was shoulder length and kinda shaggy, I LOVED it! When he came out I cried! I love him so much. I saw his wedding ring too! That hurt! lol.

Well, that's my little review. This show was absolutely phenomenal. I am an even bigger fan than I was before! These guys just continue to amaze me! And for everyone who doesn't like them and their music, WHATEVER! They have so much talent and they deserve everything they get. I hope they are around forver! I love them so much. They are so sincere and great guys! I love the Backstreet Boys!!!

See ya! And KTBSPA!!!
