Okay, I know we've read 10,000 Millennium reviews already, but we can make room for another, right? I had to write this to express how wonderful I think "Millennium" is. So, here goes......this is my take on "Millennium".

Track 1: "Larger Than Life"

Comments: Great song. It reminds me a lot of "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)". But it sounds more, mature, or something I guess. "Larger Than Life" is one of those songs that always gets you in a good mood, and you can't help but get up and dance to.

Track 2: "I Want It That Way"

Comments: Love it. It took me a while to understand what the words meant, but the melody and everything is so good, it doesn't matter what the words are! But I like the other version that starts out "I'm your's, completely. I feel, so deeply..." better, although they are both awesome.

Track 3: "Show MeThe Meaning Of Being Lonely"

Comments: My fav song on the album. Actually, this is one of my fav songs ever. It seems so real, and full of feeling. I guess the death of Denniz Pop inspired them, but whatever the reason, they made the song outstanding. And from viewing the Disney channel concert, I came to the conclusion that it is even better live. And I love the little duet that Kevin and Nick do. Sounds awesome.

Track 4: "It's Gotta Be You"

Comments: Okay, not the best BSB song ever. Not the worst, but not the best. I mean, its a little corny, but hey, at least its not as corny as "If You Want It To Be Good Girl (Get Yourself A Bad Boy)", from the last album. This song kinda gives you an "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)" feel too, with the little "whoou whoou" sounds.

Track 5: "I Need You Tonight"

Comments: I'm sensing a pattern here. Okay, I said I thought the unreleased version of "IWITW" was better, and well, as much as I completely love this song, I also think that the "Heaven In Your Eyes" version is better. But this is still an awesome song.

Track 6: "Don't Want You Back"

Comments: This track is totally different from anything else we've ever heard from the boys. And if there was ever a song that AJ was meant to sing, its this one. Everyone done an exceptional job on this track, but especially AJ. Awesome song!

Track 7: "Don't Wanna Lose You Now"

Comments: Good song. For some reason, it reminded me of "Anywhere For You", a track from the previous album. The songs sound nothing alike, but for some reason, it came to mind when I heard this song.

Track 8: "The One"

Comments: This is probably my second most favorite track on the cd. I love the part when Brian says, "You need me, like I need you. We can share our dreams coming true.....". That's definely my fav part.

Track 9: "Back To Your Heart"

Comments: This one is right up there with "The One". I love this song sssoooo much. Kevin is a VERY talented songwriter, as well as singer. The words and harmony (especially in the beginning of the chorus) are beautiful. My fav part is when Brian sings his solo, "I don't know how it got so crazy...". Love it.

Track 10: "Spanish Eyes"

Comments: I know a lot of ppl (including Nick and Howie) are really into this song, but its not one of my personal favorites. I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I don't like the song. I'm just saying its not one that I consider the best, although it is a beautiful song.

Track 11: "No One Else Comes Close"

Comments: I really like it. This song has a great melody, and is also one of those songs that put you in a mood. Listening to this song, you get all mellow, and calm. The words are great, and its perfect for the Backstreet Boys to sing.

Track 12: "The Perfect Fan"

Comments: Okay, well, the thought was really sweet and all, but........well, I'll put it like this; I guess I would enjoy this song more if I were one of their mothers. But I do have to congratulate Brian for penning such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and for being kind enough to have his high school choir back him up. Not a personal fav, but I do admire it.

Well, that's it. All in all, I have to say, "Millennium" has got to be the best Backstreet album yet, not to mention the best album that I've ever heard. I can't wait until the next one, because I know the boys will out do themselves once again. And thanx for reading my opinions on the best cd ever!!!!
