Date: Aug 03, 2099 Source: Dawn Williams Submitted By: I wanted to let you know how I was treated when I called the 800# from the link http://www.tickets.cc/backstreetboysconcert.html for advance tickets sales. The man that I spoke with was extremely rude the moment I spoke. I am 23 and did not appreciate being asked whether my parents knew I was calling. Nor did I appreciate the extreme attitude and overall rude character of this man. If I were the Backstreet Boys or a representative of them, I would not want a person of that nature advertising tickets (for "$150.00 lower level") to shows because he is treating their fans as if we are no importance and can be treated like dirt. His attitude was so hateful and patronizing that it may well turn off some loyal BSB fans. I can't imagine how this person is treating younger callers. He was really a class "A" JERK! When I asked him how he could be selling advance tickets when the tour schedule has yet to be confirmed, he interrupted with, "WHAT DO YOU CARE? ARE YOU A DETECTIVE?". I would strongly suggest that you remove this link before you get complaints about being ripped off (this is just my gut-feeling on the guy and his claim). I don't even know if the site is legitimately able to sell and supply these tickets. I just wanted to voice my concern and opinion about this link. I agreed 100% with Alisa's "article", but I don't think the link is a wise decision simply because of the manner I was handled with. Comment on this item.
