Backstreet Boys easily hold the top spot on The Billboard 200 for the second consecutive week. "Millennium" (Jive) moved 622,000 units, according to SoundScan, keeping it at No. 1. The Backstreet Boys' sales total this week ranks as the third largest of the year so far, behind the album's first week (1.13 million) and the debut week of Ricky Martin's eponymous C2 set (661,000).

Speaking of Martin, he's at No. 2 this week with that same self-titled English-language album, which sold 400,000 units, while grown-up Mousketeer Britney Spears retains her hold on No. 3 with "...Baby One More Time" (Jive), which moved 154,000 units.

Debuting at No. 4 is the latest disc from Insane Clown Posse, "The Amazing Jeckel Brothers" (Island). The controversial white rappers, who perform in full clown makeup, scored the spot on the strength of 141,000 copies.

Rounding out the top 5 is TLC's "Fan Mail" (LaFace/Arista), which sold 124,000 units.

Other notable debuts this week include Slick Rick's "The Art Of Storytelling" (Def Jam/Mercury), which came in at No. 8; J.T. Money's "Pimpin' On Wax" (Tony Mercedes/Freeworld/Priority), No. 28; Jordan Knight's eponymous set (Interscope), No. 29; Chante Moore's "This Moment Is Mine" (Silas/MCA), No. 31; Dave Hollister's "Ghetto Hymns" (Def Squad/DreamWorks/Interscope), No. 34; and Mary Chapin Carpenter's "Party Doll And Other Favorites" (Nashville/Sony Nashville), No. 43.
