BSB appear with Shania Twain in Miami

Hi...I just wanted to let you know how the rehearsal and taping went with Shania Twain and the Backstreet Boys in Miami at Bayfront Park. Well to start with, when we got there the line was already super long and that was at noon. The show wasn't supposed to start until 4p.m. I don't think the people who work there expected these crowds, usually it's adult concerts and civilized people who go to the Bayfront shows. They kept moving everyone to make different lines, it was crazy!!! It was also very hot, most of the tempers were up with being in line soooo long and the heat beating down on us! Alot of people got hurt when they finally let us in, because it was a mad dash to the stage since there was no seating assigned. A little boy was dragged through the gates and got caught , I was pushed down along with my friend, very uncivilized crowd. Okay but now on to the show....The show was delayed by an hour and there were two barricades, we were in the second, the first were the fans of shania..you got passes to that section if you knew two of Shania's songs, since it was her t.v. special it was only fair! For those who are not used to taping's it is a long process of retakes even when you think its okay. Backstreet sang ALL I HAVE TO GIVE , once a capella b4 the show started and once during the show, no retakes for them on that! They sang FROM THIS MOMENT, Shania's song with her. She looked beautiful, she sang each verse with a different Backstreet Boy..First with Howie, then Brian, then A.J., then Kevin,last Nick....they were awesome! But the producers had them all do it 4 times...off the right key once..sang wrong part once...band messed up once..Shania stopped it once. Howie, Brian and Kevin had to practice with her a little. A.J. played to the crowd as usual, they were all so cute waiting around for each take. Shania went over to play choking Brian cuz he continued playfully singing the song after the cut...then he started singing another of her songs, it was hysterical!!!It really was hard to see them if you weren't very tall(I'm not) but it was an experience all right, I can't wait for the charity basketball game on Jan.28th. Well after that song they left and Shania did like 2 more and it ended at 7p.m. We tried to see them at their hotel later but we heard they were out partying.....well thats all,hope you got a piece of our night to remember.....Thank you!
