Well, just let me say that I was kinda expecting something a little different, but over all it wasn't too bad. I think the song is great and will be a huge hit, but the video itself might not go as far. Although it did help me relive the concert all over again it would have been nice if the guys had done something different(I started to get a little dizzy watching it, went a kinda fast). With all the unnecessary n sync hype lately I thought the guys would come back with something that would blow n sync away. I know people might get mad at what I am going to say but here is goes anyway.

Guys don't get to cocky, although n sync is still only #2 you need to be careful. And remember, it's not the other groups working against you it's time itself.

This isn't meant to be negative because I really like the song and I think that it is great that Kevin co-directed it. I have a feeling the song will definitely go somewhere and now whenever I see the video I can pretend I am in Vegas at the concert. We will all just have to wait and see.

I watched the new video "The One" and I think it is amazing. It showed the perfect combination of there concerts and the different events of the year. I went to 3 of there concerts from this tour and it was getting me excited and ready for their next alblum and tour. The highlights truly reflect each one of them. Each video keeps getting better and better. I also watch the special BSB One on One. I thought it really showed the true side of them. The show made me cry because of the lose of Kevin's dad, Brian's surgery, A.J. not being able to have a relationship with his dad, Howie with the lose of his sister, and Nick with his family. Nick is my favorite and I agree with him. I think his personal life should be left to him and his family. I wish BSB all the success and happiness in the world. They are a talented and awesome in everyway and I hope they will be around for years to come. Overall I LOVED the THE ONE. If you have not been to a BSB concert, watch THE ONE and you will see what you missed and you better make damn sure that you don't miss there concerts to come. Make sure you vote for BSB The One on TRL and make them #1.

I have to say that “The One” was defintly one of their best videos yet. There were so many clips of them that I had never seen before. And with all those concert clips, it just reminded me of my concert in Dallas Texas. Boy do I miss them! I thought the part with them surfing was just plain awesome. AJ flying was the coolest to see because he spins like 50 miles per hour! LOL! It seems like it. I’m glad they took all these video clips from their concert because I know alot of people were unable to go to their “Into the Millennium” concert, and this video can give them an inside scoop on how it was like. And for the people who were able to go, well it brings back nothing but wonderful memories. I know it does for me.

It was also cool for Howie to call in to TRL for the world premier of it and the fans on TRL were nothing but supportive, and it just made it more exciting to see the video. I’m just so glad that they include their fans in the video because they do appreciate their fans. I think it was cool a$$ that Kevin co-directed this video and not to mention that Brian co-wrote this song too. It all links to them being cousins, huh? LOL! But the video was overall the best! We gotta make it #1 on TRL from now on, so let’s get to work and vote! =) Howie said that there was a clip in the video of him and his mom onstage, but I didn’t see it. I’ll find it though! Oh yeah, btw, if you didn’t see UltraSound 30 minutes after TRL finished, you really need to see it. It was a real deep interview and I think it just proves that the BSB are just as real and human beings like me and you. They have feelings, they’ve gone through pain, they’ve dealt with death, they’re normal human beings just like all of us. And I think UltraSound showed that. And that’s what I love about them! ALWAYS KTBPA and I can’t wait ‘till their next album baby!! ;o)

Just like everyone else, I've been waiting for "The One" to be shown on TRL. I've seen pictures and sneak peaks from the video so I knew what to expect.

I thought that the video was incredible. It was great because I went to an "Into The Millennium" show and to see all those clips from the shows made me think back to the one I went to. As I watched the video, I said, "I remember when they did that, or I remember what so & so did during that part of the song!"

I like videos that have special meanings to them like "Show Me The Meaning Of Being Lonely" because they actually went through all that pain. But "The One" let me reflect on what BSB has been up to. It let me remember the special and awesome time I had at both of the shows I went to. The one in 1998 and 1999.

"The One" also let people who didn't get to see the concert, see what went on and what a great show it actually was. I loved the video and the song so much and knowing I get to see that video everyday on TRL for 60 some odd days, makes me really happy!

Another job well done Backstreet! You make us proud!

Hey! I figured that I should review the video for "The One" it having just been world premiered on TRL today. OK first of all, I think its GREAT! Kudos to Kev n the other guy that directed (I forgot his name). I really liked the little letterbox effect with the flames. That really emphasized the other stuff. And then the other good stuff... Well there's too much to just list off the bat. I loved the concert footage, especially because I didn't get to see a concert this summer! Then when they had like multiple clippage, like 2-4 pics on screen @ 1ce, that was so cool. The guys looked fine, this was a really great video and a GREAT song! Keep up the good work guys!

I just saw the video for "The One" and I am still shaking. I just turned 21 years old and I am freaking out over a music video. Oh the flack that I would take for that if any of my peers knew. I totally loved the new video. It brought back so many cool memories. The weekend of Oct 16, 1999 (the Vegas shows) was, by far, one of the most awesome weekends of my life. Seeing the video brought back memories of an earthquake, lights, getting backstage, and the most exciting concert of my life. Thanks go out to Brian, AJ, Nick, Kevin, Howie, and everyone behind the scenes for a great show and a technically superior (and fun!) music video scrapbook.

Thanks,
Amanda the Mush

This is a GREAT (x 100) video!!! Unfortunately, I was one of those people who did NOT get the chance to see the MILLENNIUM show...and I was majorly bummed out about it. But after seeing the video, I ALMOST feel like I DID see the show live (almost, but not quite!). The production of the video is amazing. It really captures that concert atmosphere & hype. And the behind the scenes stuff is really neat to see too! Right now I'm at a loss for words...I was pretty much blown away by the video...I can only imagine what it must have been like to experience the show live. For all you people who saw the show...you are very lucky! But for those of us who didn't have the opportunity to see MILLENNIUM live, I want to thank the Backstreet Boys and everyone else who was involved in the making "The One"...it truly is a remarkable video! And since we couldn't make it to the show, I want to THANK YOU FOR BRINGING THE SHOW TO US!!!! God bless!

I just finished watching "The One" on TRL, and DAMN! That's their best video ever! Even though it had no special effects or required a million-dollar budget, this video meant more to me than haunted houses and spaceships ever will.

I'm somebody who went to a BSB concert on their last tour (Sept. 21, Yeah!) so it was fun to try to figure out what songs they were singing in all the different costumes.

But that all aside, this video is my new favorite because it was so PERSONAL. It was showing that, once and for all, the Boys don't need fancy costumes or snazzy dancing to affect fans the way they do. Also, the song was co-written by Brian and the video was co-directed by Kevin, so that factored in to. How? I dunno.....

Before I start, I'd like to tell you that I have NEVER in my 13 years cried for a music video. Remember this.

It was about 7:15 p.m., my parents had just left with my sister to go shopping and I decided to stay home. I was watching MTV, and clicked over to The Box. Flashing on the screen were clips from the Millennium Concerts, and other silly things that the BSB do flashing on the screen. I got up, turned it up, and stood in front of the TV. I was smiling a HUGE smile, I thought I wasn't going to see it for 2 more days yet! Scenes from the Rolling Stones photo 'op flashed on the screen (the one with their pants down), then more Millenium footage.

Brian flashed on the screen kneeling down talking to a little boy who was about 4 or 5 years old. Things from when the BSB were playing basketball, Brian messing around singing "the one" and playing with a fake overstuffed guitar, I don't know how much I can remember! Fans flashed on the screen while they were holding up big signs they had made, screaming and crying. Them in concert again, by this time, I had broken into tears. Of course, I'm shocked at myself. All this stuff had brought memories rushing back into my head. If you don't believe these men are the best 5 people in the world, there is something wrong with you. At the end of the video, for a few seconds, it shows in fast motion the stage for their Millennium tour being set up and put back together. Oh my gosh they do a lot of stuff! I can't even remember all the things flashing on the screen. I saw the Backstreet TV appearance from MTV! At this point, I realize that this song/video is probably closing the 'Millennium' chapter, and the next chapter is coming. This book has just begun! Everyone who has ever thought of liking the Boys, hated the Boys, or didn't know who they were, will now! This video is the bomb. Now this is the end of your Sneak Peak at "The One" by the Backstreet Boys. Watch The Box, it's the best channel in the world to me now!

I just saw the video for "The One". It's an awesome video, although it not anything like they said it would be. It shows clips from their concerts throughout the whole video. It kinda looks like one of those tribute videos for people (artists)who have died or something and all they do is show old clips of their life. I don't know if they didn't have time to film a video, but regardless, this video is really good.
