Is the Lexington Backstreet Boy close to your heart? Well, now you can say it and mean it. Two new items that benefit the Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids are hot off the presses of Lexington's Hands On Originals. One is a T-shirt with the club logo on the front and a photo with Littrell surrounded by children; the other is a floppy hat with an embroidered logo. All proceeds go to the Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids. Littrell, a 1994 Tates Creek High grad, was born with a heart defect, and underwent corrective surgery in 1998. The club will ultimately offer education, exercise, nutrition and perhaps rehabilitation for children with congenital heart problems or those at risk to develop heart conditions.
