Filming is scheduled to begin August 1 in Manhattan and later move to Brooklyn. The film centers on an undercover agent (Washington) who gets caught up in the underbelly of Brooklyn. His world is turned upside down when the woman he loves double-crosses him as part of an elaborate scheme to steal a large sum of money. It's then up to him to save his own life. Carter plays the role of Fazio, the catalyst for the crooked scheme, while David plays a detective with a gambling problem who winds up working for a Russian mobster. Comment on this item.
