- ![]() Date: Jul 19, 2000 Published Monday, July 17, 2000, in the San Jose Mercury News Howie D. of the Backstreet Boys has just finished cutting a duet (of a Diane Warren ballad) with a new female talent Howie hopes will really go places -- his sister, Pollyanna Dorough. Howie's now launching his own producing company, with the peppy name Howie Doit -- and has Pollyanna as his first client. The duet is earmarked for her first album.
