- Date: Apr 25, 2000 Jackie Littrell -- the mother of Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell -- will be the keynote speaker at Saint Joseph Healthcare's first annual Maternity Fair of Lexington, Kentucky, on May 13 at Saint Joseph East Hospital. Mrs. Littrell will be discussing "the joys of motherhood, as well as sharing her experience of her son's cardiac condition as a child," reads a press release from the hospital. Brian Littrell was treated at Saint Joseph Hospital as a child, and the singer has since set up the Brian Littrell Fund to help children with congenital heart problems as well as those who are at risk of developing heart problems. In the spring of 1998, Brian underwent successful elective surgery to correct his minor congenital heart disorder. The Maternity Fair runs from 8:30AM to 2:00PM local time, and will feature a variety of maternity-related events and information such as tours of the hospital's maternity facilities, local maternity products and services, and seminars by maternity and pediatric specialists. Prizes will be given away at the event including the grand prize, which is a free delivery of a baby at Saint Joseph East. The fair is free and open to the public. Registration is recommended; to do so, call (859) 268-3781 or (859) 313-2018. Fans of the singer can still donate to the Brian Littrell Fund by making a check or money order payable to the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation and sending it to: P.O.
