The Wall Between Us

You created an imaginary wall
Between us since you left.
Regardless of how high or thick,
Still I feel out of reach,
Loneliness is what I've felt.

You don't call anymore,
You don't text anymore,
What you've done made me cold.
A stranger with memories
Is what you're treating me,
Since you've made the wall between us.

You're victorious in your job
Sending me back to the dark.
Regardless of the quality,
Still, the cut's deep in my heart,
Made me victim of your war.

Don't push me to a point
When I never care about you.
The farther you push me away,
Someday I'll like it there.
I don't know why you made the wall,
I'll understand it someday.
