l Yes!Mary Jo, you're so right!!!I'am from Europe(Bulgaria) and in my country BSB are like Gods!They are the most popular group here!We all LOVE them.The boys are multitalanted:they are good looking, they have a brilliant voices and they can dance!Our perents thing this too.My mum says that the Backstreet Boys are the BEST band ever!!!They will stay in the history!
I really sorry that american journalists hate the BSB, but in the rest of the World all people really admire them!!!

Pro and Mary Jo you both are so right.The problem is that Americans follow the media too much. If the media says that the sun is green, everyone will say that it is green. Don't hate me for sayin' this, cause I love Americans - Backstreet Boys are Americans, but it is true.

Mary Jo... Thank god someone said that! I agree with you 110%!!! If the BSB fanz wanna do somthin to get BSB #1 again.... what are we gonna do? What is there to do? I wish there was like some way ALL of us could get our voices heard. There has to be some place we could go and talk... but no one cares anymore. I hate it! Hey people!!! Isn't it funny that "Drowning" is the #1 song played in the world?? Yet here it isn't even played on the radio's??? Also, isn't it funny that Justin + the Backup dancers (a.k.a. n sync) didn't even make the list?
I have come to the following conclusion: not to put down my country's music (U.S.A.), but the American music industry needs to take their heads out of their a**es, open up their eyes, and look around. When Justin and the backup dancers lose their popularity here, they aren't gonna have no place else to go... cause they AREN'T popular anywhere else in the world. When I went to France the summer of No Strings Attached release, I asked the teen in the family I was staying with if they knew who N Sync was. She replied, "No, who are they, I've never heard of them before." I also asked her friends and they didn't know who they were also. So when they are done in America, they are DONE for good.
This isn't the way things will go 4 BSB. Everybody knows about how BSB did their "Around The World In 100 Hrs." + probably most BSB fans (in America @ least) saw them on Diary on MTV. I think it was crazy seeing fans in Rio, by the thousand, turn up @ their hotel just to hear them perform "Shape of My Heart." Same for Japan and Australia, dang BSB has even got fans in South Africa (which I think is awsome). The point I am trying to make is that it doesn't matter if they aren't as popular here anymore. If all else fails in America, they can just go + tour Asia or South America, Europe, Australia, Europe.
In other words, THEY DON'T NEED AMERICA!!! (1. please don't get offended, it's just my OPINION, and 2. if you think about it, what I am saying kinda makes sense!!!)
If Justin + the Backup dancer's fans think BSB is gonna be gone soon, man are they WRONG!!!! BSB still have the whole world to sing to, and I hope that they won't let what happens here in America stop them from doing it. I was soo piss off when stupid bernie mac what kinda fruitie name is that said "backstreet boys are back on the streets" sh*t He swears hes more famous than bsb is i havent even heard of his name he looks all fruity well again bsb didnt win. The music world has gone against bsb! well... hi guys!
i have so many thibgs to say that i don't even know where to start. did you see the billboards awards? what did you think about it ? in my opinion these awards are getting worse... it seemed like it did not have enough fuel, energy!
the BSB did not win any award, i'm not surprised by that.The media loves n'sinc! they won the first week sales award,since when did this type of awards exist? i think that it has johnny wright's hands....
one thing is funny... the celebrity sales fell 75% on the second week! that means that basically the n'sink sold most of their albums on the first week. this fact implies that their singles pop and the other one... oh, gone, do not appeal to the audience. However, Billboard did not considered this fact.it really breakes my heart everytime that the media backstabbs the BSB. afterwhile, these guys are so...down to earth. in my opinion the BSB should leave Jive records, because they don't have the freedom to publish the duets that they have made with other artists.
OHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! i remembered something!
do you remember when the BSB annouced that they were cancelling their tour? you know what jiverecords.com did??????? they removed the BSB photo from their main page and on their place they put n'sinc. well... this shows how supportive and caring jive is.
you know the cosmogirl survival of the sexiest contest, right? well i noticed something funny, just because a new BSB was added to the list, Brian, they had also to add one n'sink: kris. mow you know what i'm talking about! cosmogirl had to choose between kris and joe, in order to make competition with Brian. well you already now the truth... Brian is kicking his butt.

Dec. 4 — Are the Backstreet Boys going their separate ways? That’s what a source who has been spending time with the boy band says. THE GROUP — WHICH dominated the boy band scene has been rocked with potential setbacks, including the marriage of several of its members and the highly publicized rehab of another.
Nevertheless, the band has maintained that they’re together for the long haul, and recently went on tour. But the source says morale on the tour “was really low” and the band members openly discussed whether it was time to call it quits. “Their fan base isn’t what it used to be and they’re not having as much fun as they did,” says the source. “They’re tired of being also-rans to ’N Sync. They’ve come to the conclusion that they don’t really want to do this anymore.” When asked if the Backstreet Boys was considering splitting, a spokeswoman said, “I’m unaware of any such conversations.”

And Anja you go girl!!!!!!!!!!Well i come with some rather funny news. Get this nstink debuted at no WAIT FOR IT 29 in the U.K charts that is like one of the worst chart positions you can get LOL coz our charts r based on how many singles you sell in the first week so basically they sold sweet F all.
Backstreet always make it into the top 10 mostly the top 5 in the first week then stay around but you will be lucky if nstink r even in the top 40 next week.
Ha Ha nsync r going down the sink and there is nothing they can do.
And you know that to be really successful you have to have a european market as well and it seems nsync does not.
Well y'all i just thought i would enliten you on that and remember dont let any of these people get you down as long as we stick together backstreet will be around forever.
