How do you feel about the tour postponment?

Submitted by catherine from Buffalo NY USA Date: Fri Aug 3 10:07:23 2001 I'm not mad that the tour is postponed i just hope that A.J will be happy again and healthy and that the backstreetboys will still be one of the best boy bands ever.I love them all so much and i just hope that they are still strong and popular.I love their voices and they are really cute so i hope that A.J is ok again and i can't blame him for getting depressed cause he was 15 when they started getting really popular and he was always on the road and he didn't really get to live a normal teenage life so it was kinda hard for him and also he never had a dad was an only child and when his grandma died it just got really hard on him and so he couldn't take it any more.I just really hope that he is healthy and will still be part of the band and i hope that they if he needs more time that they will give it to him cause i just want to have a clean A.J preform then having a depressed A.J. It seems that a lot of people are awfully upset that the tour got cancelled in certain spots. Now because my show was merly postponed and NOT cancelled I cant sympathize too much. I do feel sorry for the fans that will not get to see the BSB this time around. But you have to ask yourselves this. Would you rather have them do a make up shwo for you...and instead of NO Aj you get just the rest of the guys? It wouldnt be the same and you ALL know it. Granite a bunch of you are sayin to yourselves that you dont care cause your not even fans of AJ. Well if you think that then you shouldnt even call yourself a fan. He is a fifth of the band that brings you happiness when your down...and a damn good show when you DO see them. Look at the facts here...have any of you upset fans even stopped to think? Think that maybe the reason they CANT come back is cause they have studio time booked in certain places so after they stop with this part of the tour they can just jump right back into the studio and make a new album? Bet most of the people complainin never thought of that...that the boys are gettin ready to record another album and cant go back to the cities. Just give it thought....When you need the BSB all you gotta do is pop in a cd and listen to em sing...when they need you ..some of you bail. Thats sad...as fans we should all be standing behind them and showing our support. I for one will wait as long as it takes to see them as one again...Id rather sit and wait for a 100% healthy Aj to be able to take the stage then go see a tour without him. It wouldnt be the same. You never know when the group is gonna' break up or do whatever AJ did. Concerts are a waste of time. The only concert I plan to attend is Limp Bizkit or Sum 41.
