hey guys, why is everyone fighting? aren't all bsb fans supposed to get along? anyway, i just wanted to say i am proud of AJ for ALL he has done, and getting concerts cancelled/postponed should be the least of our worries. i'm not saying you shouldn't be upset, because i know it would hurt if they cancelled my show, but isn't AJ's health more important. come on guys, we all need to stick together when BSB need us the most.

what i think about the tour being postponed well i am glad because then we all know that aj will get better 100% with hurring things or continuing the tour then aj would have never gotton help. BACKSTREET BOYS health comes first not there shows. so i am happy that the tour got postponed as long as there health is 100% ok then go on with the tour but if something is wrong it is good that they postponed. when i heard what happed with aj then i heard they postponed the tour i was happy cuz then we all know that aj is getting help and he will be fine. he is doing good and i am really proud of aj for fighting this. if you are reading this aj KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ALL US FANS KNOW THAT YOU CAN DO IT. WE ARE BEHIND YOU ALL, ALL THE WAY.

You know what y'all? You guys and i dont mean teenyboppers should just stop fighting and quit all this bashing other people. This is a site for people to talk about what they think about the tour postponement and not talk about the stupid ass group Sum 41 who cant sing worth a damn or bitching about cancelled tour dates. ya wanna know something ? I have never seen the boys in concert and probably never will and do you think im complaining? NOOOOO!!!!!! I am just happy that AJ is getting the help that he needs and was man enough to admit that he had a problem and wanted to get help from the guys and the rehab center that he is at right now. That is more than i can say for some people that i know personally. Aj is my fave backstreet boy and all i wanna see him do is get healthy and get back on the stage where he belongs. Do you honestly think that if AJ knew that his fans were fighting amongst each other that he would be very happy? NOO!!!!! He would be devastated and probably cry for the true bsb fans who are getting bashed by non bsb fans. do you want to see aj sadder and hurting more than he is right now because we are having little shitty fights about some stupid tour dates?NOOOOO!!! well at least i dont want to see him in more pain. come true bsb fans we have to stick together through this very rough time for the guys because ya know what THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THERE FOR US THROUGH THEIR MUSIC AND CONCERTS. thats all im going to say. You know, what kind of fans are we really if all we're doing is fighting?? I'm not saying that fans who have had cancelled shows should be complaining, but I don't think that everyone should be judging everyone else unless they're in that position...and most of you are not.

I left one thing out.....LOTS of fans won't be seeing their concerts, unfortunately. Some don't have money, nor a way to get there, don't have folks permission, etc. Remember, it is a privilege to see these wonderful guys perform....not your entitlement. I'd love to see them, but I would never go without my 6-year old son, never! I can't because I don't want to damage his hearing, as it very well could. I've heard about how loud the concert is and have you ever tried keeping earplugs in a 6 year old boy's ears. Hah. Anyway, the point....feel lucky if you are going to the concert. Lots of us only get to jealously hear about it.

I am very impressed with AJ. I have only tapped into a couple of entries and I am disgusted by the spoiled little brats who call themselves fans. I am not talking about the ones in support of AJ, I'm talking about the selfish ones. I can't think of another 23-year old musician in the whole entire history of music/rock who has had the wisdom, courage, bravety, and intelligence to do what he has done. I can't think of many non-celebrities, actually none at the moment, who can do what he did. Anyone who isn't proud of him, and anyone who isn't concerned for his emotional/physical health and future has no business calling themselves a fan. I can only assume these selfish brats are very young and responsible for nothing and nobody. Any adult or mature person would just be concerned for him.

Ok, I have several things that I want to say here, so this might take awhile. First of all, I sympathize with the people whose concerts got cancelled, even though I saw them in Hershey before the tour got postponed. You have a right to be legitimately upset, but there is no need to go postal. Did you ever think that it might not be the fault of the Backstreet Boys? For the LA concert that was cancelled, if it was postponed it would have been right before basketball season, and maybe they just couldn't fit in the act because of all the pre-season stuff going on. I don't know about the Tacoma concert.

Okay...Here's what I think all you people who are mad and upset about this whole concert thing, should know. A.J. is doing what is the absolute best thing for him. You don't want him to be sick and tired at your concert, do you? Also...Think about how bad he must feel. He dissapointed fans, he has to spend his time in rehab, and he is probably a little embarrassed. And than "fans" get mad at him. He is only a person. He can't do what you want. He has to do what is best for him and the Backstreet Boys. Him performing wouldn't be right. What if his problem got worse, just because he felt like he had to put on a show for "you", what if rehab wouldn't help him, because he took to long. Maybe you are mad about your money and all that, and maybe you were looking forward to seeing the concert. But think about what A.J. is going through, put yourself in his position. Maybe you think this isn't fair...but A.J. never asked for this either. So to all you people who are mad, stop thinking about yourselves, and think about the health of another person, who can't possibly do whatever you want.

. "AJ is not that sick that he could not take 2 days out of rehab to do the CA and WA concerts"---This quote I found in Lydia's entry really upset me. First of all in rehab you cannot just TAKE 2 days out. 2nd why would he want to do a show in a place where a person would rather him SUFFER than get healthy. Imagine if everyone said oh he can just take 2 days off and come to my city, well then he wouldn't be better!! Think of it that way, BSB managment and themselves are doing what is best for everyone, even if it means dissapointing a few fans. Travel if you really have to see them that badly. I think everyone needs to wish the best for AJ and hope he can even make ANY shows let alone just one!! KTBSBPA.

Hey everyone we shouldn't jump down the backs of fans who's shows have been cancelled. Imagine if it was you and right before you were suppose to go, you heard that not only was the tour being postponed again, but that your show was completely removed? My cousin who lives in L.A. just went down to ticketmaster today to get her refund (in complete tears none the less) and found out that not all the money is completely refundable (most is, but not all). We have to support each other even if our views differ.

OK, I know quite a few people aren't going to agree with my entry, and I'm sorry if I offend anyone, but this is just the way I see this situation...

I think that what A.J. did was so brave. My dad suffered from alcoholism and he wasn't brave enouth to do anything about it, until we made him. A.J. did. For that I will always look at A.J. as not only a very talented person, but also as a very strong individual.

I think it really takes a big man to admit when he has a problem in the first place. I admire and respect AJ for this. But also, it takes a lot of compassion for the other guys to realize that their friend is much more important to them and to help the man straighten his life out by postponing everything. I know that the Dallas concert has not been postponed, but I'm not able to go so that doesn't count to me. I don't think a persons enjoyment for a few hours is worth another persons health and well-being.
