Why do you love the Backstreet Boys?

VA (TX is home) USA Date: Wed Feb 16 15:47:42 2000 Why do I like the Backstreet Boys? Well, as many people can, I can go on about them forever, but let me try and keep it a little shorter than that. Primarily, the BSB are phenomenal singers. They have beautiful harmonies, and each is perfectly capable of having a stellar solo career if they wanted one. I personally think Brian sounds like an angel. I will never tire of his voice.There is something about their songs that never gets old. I still drop everything and turn up the radio when I hear "I Want It That Way" or "All I Have To Give." They make many a car trip go by in a flash. (Especially the long bus ride to Lexington to see that hockey game...) They have a charisma that draws you in. You feel like you could be their best friends, even though you will probably never even meet them. They maintain an almost saintly image. Of course no one is who they seem to be, especailly when they are in the spotlight, but the fact that they care so much to maintain their integrity publicly is touching. They can make you get up and dance, they can bring a tear to your eye, they can bring you up when you are feeling down. Are they pefect beings that can do no wrong? Of course not. They are just as human as you and me, which makes them all the more appealing. They love what they do, and it inspires others.They have a camraderie together that can't be beat. They care. Well this is hard, there are so many things to say and so much to write, and this is just a small part of what they mean. They all mean so much to me, i can't even begin to explain how the guys and their music have touched my life. Brian, Nick, Kevin, AJ and Howie all had dreams and have gone for them, i admire them for this and i want to thank them for inspiring me to reach for my dreams. There music has made me cry and made me laugh, to create emotion is a powerful thing and they achieve it without a doubt!! I'm not really sure if there are enough words to describe what they all mean me, but right now all i can offer is my gratitude for the things they have given me, and the way they make me feel.
