ALL FANS no matter what your opinion on the marriages. ok i wasnt going to post again.....usually i just put one post for each topic and let my opinion lie at that. till now. my first post (the first day this was here) was full of congrats and god bless' for the happy couples. it was also full of an explanation to the 'fans' *coughbullcough* that think the bsb belong to them. again i was just going to leave it at that. till now. you 'fans' [every time fans is in quotes..insert ALOT of sarcasem] are giving the rest of us a bad rap at MTV. i found this out by watch 1515 this evening. kurt loder ran the TRL interview, only a little longer....then he said that the bsb message board at MTV.COM was full of messages begging the boys NOT to get married. well i happen to know that the majority of fans are EXTREMELY happy for kevin and brian and thier girls, but its the people who decide to be the most vocal about thier enduring dislike for people that they proably havent met that make the rest of us look like psychos. i am 16, and have been PRAYING for this kind of announcement for a while now..... i mean kevin will be 30 soon, most people i know who are that age have like 5 yr. olds. you cant honestly say you thought they would be single forever because thats a crock. and if you did i feel extremely sorry for you. my friend is the biggest teenybopper brian-addict of them all and when she heard the news all she said was 'so he finally asked her,its about damn time'. oh and dont think for one second that this post is about the really little fans (under 10) that are crying over the impending weddings...they are allowed to. i remember NKOTB and if this had happened with them i would probably be doing the same thing. no this is for the fans that are old enough to UNDERSTAND the impact thier words and actions have on people, even involuntarily. although another thing i understand some people cant help is thier stupidity. but if you dont understand what im saying here then you choose not to. all thats left to say is GROW UP, and if you dont have anything nice to say dont say anything at all. because that old saying 'sticks and stones....' is a farce...words hurt more than anything else in this world. and if you really were a fan then you would realize that this should be about the MUSIC....the thing our boys...yes thats right OUR boys....we will always be fans and they will always be there for us....in the same way they have always been...to inspire us (kevin), to cheer us up (howie), to keep us guessing (aj), to make us smile (brian), to make us laugh (nick), & most importantly to make us realize the true and awesome power of love (the backstreet boys). and anybody who is afraid how this could affect the group, i belive nick put it best when he sang...'so everybody, everywhere. dont be afraid, dont have no fear. im gonna tell the world, make it understand. as long as there be MUSIC well be coming back again'.....and im quite positive that each and every fan intends on keeping them to that promise. well thats it. im done. email me with your opinions on what i wrote cause i would love to hear them....wether they are good or bad. Granted, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but to sit here and pass judgement on the Boys is so wrong! How dare you tell the Boys what's good for them and what's not? Do you even know them persoanlly? I, for one, am really excited that they are finally moving on to another stage in their lives. But then I realized that it really doesn't affect me and how I like them. But, now I really don't give a ****. When I heard Kevin was getting...you know...I was shocked.
