It has shown how much the Backstreet Boys have grown over the past year, and is showing that they are regular people like everyone else. Congrats Boys! If it makes the Boys happy, then all the better, which is why I'm proposing this: I have a web page of my own, and on this site, I have a page for the Boys' and their fiancees. I guess you can say its kinda of like a support page for them. I'm trying to get a list together of all the people around the world who will support the Boys -- NO MATTER WHAT (even marriage)! I have never met her ,but there is something about her that makes me angry!I am not jealous or anything like that, because A.J. is my favorite BSB,but there is just something about her ! Doesn't it seem strange the way Brian has changed since he has been going out with her? hE SEEMS MORE DEPRESSSED then usual! The fact that she is 30 years old and going out with a 25 year old? The way that Leighanne is always wearing tight and low cut shirts and dresses that show of her breasts? That very few fans who met her said that she was nice? That whenever she mentions her movie 'Olive Jucie' she mentions that Brian might be in it?That the fact that they supposely bought a house in Atlanta , Goergia HER hometown? Well I/we just wanted to agree with the people that r saying that there is just this ..............................thing about Leighanne that i just don't think is right. Anywayz here r our thoughts PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY!!! and write back to my email. I really don't think that people r getting what we r saying, so i'm going to post our comments about the 'marriages' up again. Read carefully and note that we know that they r normal human beings and we state this several times aswell as stating that we r being selfish and we know. Right................ Well, we r really annoyed with the people that r saying that by being upset about the 'marriages' we are not true Backstreet fans. Well, that is not for u to judge. We have been Backstreet SUPPORTERS since Nick was 14 and that has been 6 long years. Now u can’t say that we have not grown to know, love and respect them in all this time so don’t judge. The Backstreet Boys themselves always say that they r normal human beings and so our feelings are normal human feelings. Why should we deny that we r angry. Our anger is not directed at Kevin (as we realise that it’s his time, even though we were still shocked). But Brian.........well that’s another story. Why r we angry? The way that he has dealt with the situation. For example. Why did he only 'confess' to his engagement once Kevin had also got engaged. He and Leighanne have been engaged for a long time, we understand that he has to tell in his own time but we get the feeling that he never intended too even say it. Secondly Brian of all the backstreets constantly reminds us that his private life (including g/f's) is private. So why may I ask does he flaunt them in his music videos!!!! E.g. *Sam (g/f #1) was in 'We've got it goin on' *Leighanne then appeared on our screens (much not to our delight) in the 'new' 'I'll never break your heart' video. *AND Leighanne was also in the 'As long as you love me' video (tits and all). And here is also a fact for everybody to think about. (We know this fact as we got it straight from the Backstreet band and Dancers) Leighanne has changed Brian!!!!!!!! FACT!!!! He is no longer the same happy-go-lucky Brian that we once knew (or thought we did). And also since Leighanne has come along do we ever see Frick & Frack. (I think not). Things have changed and however much Brian states that he has 'MATURED' this is not a reason to completely do a U-turn. He is not the same. E.g. On a MTV news interview once he did not say one word and he continued to stare at the floor fiddling with a Coca-Cola bottle the whole time. We understand that he may have been tired and just generally on a low. But I’m sure the other guys felt exactly the same way. Obviously we r not there 24/7 to observe so we only say what we see and think. ALSO. In some interviews e.g. top 40 countdown, concert preview on trouble he is blatantly rude to other members of the band. We r not saying ‘Oh, he can’t get married he is mine’ that is immature and stupid. But he has dashed thousands of girl’s dreams (not that he can help that by announcing marriage). There is no way that these girls who believe they love Brian in any way, shape or form can be happy for him. They may accept the fact that he is getting married but the jealousy does not go away. We all have to admit that we wish to be Leighanne and to be the one that makes him happy!!!!! Here is a ‘normal’ example. If u really liked a ‘normal’ guy who told u that he was getting married u r saying that u would not be upset…..crushed in fact. It is the same for Brian lovers (e.g. Sarah) coz she (Sarah) sees him as a normal guy. And she is dealing with this in that way, as if he were somebody that lived down the road. Now we r going to admit the reason we r angry about his marriage…………..It is because we want him in our lives (and the rest of the guys too! - esp Nick for Vicky and as we said before Sarah is the Brian lover, lol). We want to go shopping with them, go to the movies, play basketball, hang out and just simply be there with them. Even just being in the same room, having the same conversation and hearing their opinions on issues that interest them and us. That is what we dream about. Not hanging out at a concert backstage or going to ‘glamorous’ award ceremonies. It is not the hype that we dream about; it’s not what it’s about. It is about spending time with five normal guys who you can relate to. We are being selfish, you think we don’t know this, we are not a part of their every day lives, yet they are a big part of ours, this is why it hurts!!!!!!!! We are not only angry at them, we are angry at ourselves for allowing them to make us feel this way, BUT knowing somebody for six years, even though you have never met them does that to you! We especially feel this way as we are from the UK, we feel like they don’t even think about us anymore, let alone acknowledge the fact that they have thousands of fans here. The only reason we learn about what is happening in their lives and careers is through web pages like these!! They don’t even remember names of awards we have given them or the fact that they repeat the same songs on the singles!! E.g. ‘I’ll be there for you’ was on the ‘I want it that way’ single and ‘Show me the meaning’. How forgetful can you be!! But we will still be here for them, just like we always were! That will never change! After all it is all about the music!! (Well most of the time). To finish up (as it’s getting late) we hope we have not sounded angry, obnoxious, rude or bitter. I think it is time that Kevin settles down and gets married, but will this stop him from particpating in all the activities that they have done in the past? I'm happy for Brian but I am such a fan of his that I will be incredibly upset if he gives up his duties of a Backstreet Boy also. I don't think that either of them would do that to their fans, but what if something happens like they have a kid? I mean it would be great to see little Brian and Kevins, but its gonna take so much time away from them. I know it sounds selfish but what if this means that in sooner time that there will be an end to the BSB??? I guess my main thing about the whole marriage thing is that I admire and love them so much. I'd feel weird admiring someone's husband and I'd feel even more weirder or perverted admiring and loving someone's father! Would any of you fans feel the same??? But if this is what makes their lives happier, we should be happy that they are happy, and not ruin their happiness by writing rude things that would upset them.
