I've been reading these comments and at first, I would've agreed with many of them. I read at one of the online clubs I'm in that AJ had a twin sister who died at birth. The girl went on and explained that he's picturing what his sister would have looked like if she were alive. As for Nick, he's supposedly a metaphor for death itself, being so pale and wearing black. Notice that the girl he saved is the exact same one AJ had pictured. He took her "back to the dead". I don't know if this is true or not, and we won't until the Boys actually decide to let us in on the true meaning of this video.As for the others, it should be fairly more obvious. Brian, heart surgery, being so lonely, wondering if he'll make it or not; Kevin, his father dying, etc.; Howie, his sister Caroline dying of Lupus. AJ's stop at Denniz St. is most significant.

I think SMTMOBL is one of the most toutching videos today. It shows the guys' seriousness, and maybe critics will respect them now. Most everybody has already posted what I think each guys' part is about, so that's all I have to say! KTBSPA!

okay,I have to say first this a beautiful video.I aired in Canada just after mid-night, new years eve.I started to cry!My whole family was just standing there looking at me funny.Anyways...*Brian*Ok I'm not sure EXACTLY what Brian's doing but it has something to do with his heart surgery.It was really good though.
*A.J.*Well, I think this I about a past girlfriend who he misses & whishes was back with him.It's also about Denniz Pop since the bus says Denniz St.
*Kevin*This is no doubt about how he misses his dad.This part is really touching.
*Nick*I think he's saving the girl from dying.I'm not sure how this realates to him personaly though.
*Howie*That spirit is his sister who's coming to him for help but he can't help her.Then she's gone before she can get to him.Then Kevin's there saying he knows what he's going through.
Over all I think it's their best video ever & It'll be hard to ever beat.Thanx for reading my opinion:-)

I think that it all has sumthin to do with themselves. I know that brians has to do with himself,kevins was about his daddy,Ajs is about denniz pop,howies is about his sister and nick...nicks is about losing his girlfriend...they are just showing their lonlieness,poor babies!!

I think that SMTMOBL means a number of things. First it means sadness. There are also specifics in it. They ach are watching, remembering, or doing something sad. Brian is watching himself have heart sugery Very Very sad. A.J is crying over the loss of his recent girlfriend. I think it was of 9 years, he is crying, that is all that matters Very Very sad. Kevin is watching home videos of himself with his dad who died Very Very sad. Howie is thinking about his sister who died of Lupis Very Very sad. Nick never really had anything very bad happen to him, so he is walking down a street alone(I love Nick I am not dissing him)which is meant to show that he is lonely Very Very sad. This is all taking place in a semi Black and White setting, and when they come together, they walk into a color world,together, which showes that they have each other, and that when they are together they dont need anyone else and that together, they are no longer lonely!-- See they have a happy ending. That is what I think the Video means

What can I say about the video that it wasn`t already said? I don`t know, maybe you will read something you already read or just something you also think,OK, but what I know is that I thought this from the very first time I saw the video.I was at my house with my three best friends watching TV when the video SMTMOBL was announced...we jumped of the couch and started recording it...I was quiet the whole almost four minutes the video last...tears rolling through my cheeks and my heart pumping fast...I never before imagine the deeper meaning this song truly has and how itīs the message is reflected on the video. I cried, of course I did...most of us did, don`t you? Cause we knew about the situations that are described on the video, and they are directly shown...Brianīs surgery, AJīs ex-gf, Kevīs Dad, Howieīs sis, and well Nickīs...I still donīt get his part.
I just love the video I watch it over and over and I always come into the same conclusion...THE BSB DO FEEL LONELY SOMETIMES....I know you might be saying, "huh? I already knew that!", well you might knew it, but have you ever sat down and thought about it? If you donīt do it...trust me , I did it and it will be shocking but you will see the truth.
This guys live their lifes surronded by fans, cameras, running all around, from country to country....what about their private lives???!!! I sometimes think that if I could give them one day of my life so they could live as a normal person I would, they need that I could see it!...On the video I saw the sadness in all of their eyes...like they need to scream...they looked like they have a lot hidden inside and they just can`t let it out......I know they choose this life and that they will have to deal with it, but maybe is not only that..maybe they need rest, peace...
All I will say is that I love them a lot...and that the video is the best one I ever saw or will see...the song is described perfectly and they all did their part great!

I think this is a really awesome video, but I really HATE the part where Nick pulls the girl away from getting hit by the bus! He gets WAY to close to her, and they look like they are about to start making out! THAT SUX!!!!!!!! I'm gonna admit it, I'm really jealous of Nick's g/f and anybody who gets near him, and that's a fact! I'm not shy about saying that either, and I would say it right to Nick himself's face! So, so long, and Nick, if u read this, DON'T GET TOO CLOSE TO TOO MANY GIRLS(if u can help it)!!!!!!!!!

For the ones who doesn't understand Nick's part of the video.Before Nick's part on the video you can see a girl arguing with we suposed is her boyfriend. This is the same girl Nick saves from the bus. After he saved her they clearly (or maybe only he) falled in love... you could see it in their eyes (by the way.... the way Nick bites his lip it's just too much sexy to handle) anyways... When you see Howie's part you see the same girl talking with the one she was arguing before having the religious expirience with Nick. And the guy touch her face and bla bla bla... So poor Nick... obviously the girl got no taste!

SMTMOBL is by far the boys best video. It is such a deep and personal video that brings tears to my eyes. It goes along soooo well with the song. As for each of the boys parts, when I first saw Brian lying in that hospital bed, it burst into tears. I could feel his sympahcy, not knowing if he would live or not. And the parts he sings such as "So hard to brethe" goes with it great.
Kevin- I think his has to be the saddest out of all of them. Everyone has lost someone close to them, so they can relate.
AJ- OMG, the tear. Nice touch. AJ has been labeled as the "tough guy" and its good to show he has a soft emotional side as well.
Nick- I think it has something to do with his girlfriend, tough times they been through and the fact he really didn't have a life, as a normal teen and when he saved that girl, he was brought back to reality, on how special his life was.
And he found someone who feels like him.
Howie- Is about his sister, and how he can't get close to her.
The end is great. They all walk together into the "light" symbolizing on how strong their friendship is and how it helped them get trough their hard times.
This video really leaves you thinking, and it will be really hard for them to top this one!!! So props, AJ, Nick, Howie, Brian and Kevin!!!

Brian's Part: I thought that with the hospital drama and all that he was talking about when he was in the hospital andwhere he was at the window
looking in maybe he was looking in on Denniz Pop that died. I thought that Brian showed his feeling of pain very strongly.
I mean I could feel in my heart cause I have lost a person that was close to me to.
A.J.'s Part: I know that he was die'n of a broken heart. That tear was sincere and heart-felt. He was of course in pain.
Kevin's Part: Kevin, Kevin, Kevin! If you did not cry when his part came then there is something wrong with you, but if you
did not then your ok(i think :0)) Well, when Kevin's part came I was frozen in my place. I could not move, blink, or breath! His emotion that he pulled from
somewhen was; well i was speech~less.On the screen was his Dad if I am correct and when he got up and when to the window and sang "Are you with me now?"
killed my heart and that is where I cry everytime. If you really look at that part, Kevin has his eyes close and then they
are open up towards Heaven. The emotion that he brings to the screen is nothing short of brillant. Love ya Kev.
Howie D.'s Part: When he in the Coffee Shoppe and that girl runs up to him and them fads, I do believe that was meaning that he is lonely cause his sister is dead and he misses her.
In the background, Kevin is standing there and I think that it means that "i know wht you are going through and you have a shoulder and a friend here, always."
Nick's part" well his was odd and i thought that it meant that he was that angel there for anyone that need a hand or help. I got that theory cause he helped that girl by pulling her back away from danger.
The Ending: I was thinking that the only reason that they did the whole
thing in black and white was because, black symbolizes darkness and
"loneliness" and with each one of their parts they had their own real
life pain and darkness that they had to re-live to get that emotion out.
I thought that at the end when they all are coming in to the light
together that they was expressing that "when you are lonely that there
is some one there and just call upon them for help and guidance". That
was also proven with Kevin and Howie D. in the video helping each out
and coming together in the coffee shoppe.
