SHOW ME THE MEANING OF BEING LONELY IS AN AWESOME VIDEO. I THINK THE MEANING OF TE SONG IS ABOUT DEATH AND LOSING A BOYFRIEND/GIRLFRIEND. AND THE SONG IS JUST AWESOME. I NEVER HEARD ANY THING SO GOOD IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!

I love the different approach the guys took this time around. It's sad, but that is what the song is about. Brian watching himself in the hospital. Being pale-faced and entering the light, it makes me wonder if it was more serious than anyone let it on to be. Seeing the tear roll down AJ's face tells me that perhaps when he is on the road maybe he does feel lonely and misses those close to him. I can't imagine how hard it must have been for Kevin to film this video. Although maybe watching home movies helps him just a little. I read somewhere that Howie feels by going public with his sister's death, it's helped him. When Kevin nods to him it's as if to say "you are not alone". Finally maybe the theory behind Nick's story is directed to us. They don't want us to feel alone. Their music can keep us from feeling lonely.

Hey, it's me again. I posted a lil thing earilier this week, naming the girl in the video. She is Katelyn Ford, Amanda Williford's best friend. I DID NOT say she was/is/has been Nick's Girlfriend. I have been getting a LOT of e-mail about that one.

All I am saying is that she is Mandy's best friend, and that Nick helped her get a record deal. That's all. Okay?

I spent my second viewing of SMTMOBL the video trying to figure out each part and here is what I came up with.

Obviously, the song is about lost, but these are the details that I found:

1. Brian: He is looking on to the feelings on how he felt when he was in surgery and he thought he might die. This is shown by the viewers (us) seeing him watch himself through the window and seeing him walk into the light.

2. AJ is recovering from how he left Amanda so he is alone on the bus where he thinks he sees the missing love of his life.

3. Kevin is reminising about the times that he shared with his father before he died.

4. Nick is lonely and searching for love....not too sure about that one.

5. Howie is thinking about his sister that died years ago.

Other notes:

Denniz Street is in memory of their producer that passed away, Dennis Pop. And that is the street that they come together on where they unite their "lonely" journeys.

Another way to see the video is that these situations are those that each guy felt that they were going through alone when the events happened.

Loneliness is a sad, but powerful perdicament. I hope they all feel the love that all of their fans feel for them. Who knows? If their PR person ever gets back to me, I may get my interview with them this time so I can ask the complete meaning of the song. So guys, show me the meaning...

My comments on the "Show Me The Meaning Of Being Lonely" video is that it's the best video they ever made! It's the only video that actullay goes with the concept.

The video has such a deep meaning for every member of the group, but the saddest of them all is Kevin, Brian's, and Howie's part. Kevin just makes me cry everytime I see him watching the film of him and his dad. You can see the saddness and lonliness on his face. And Brian's part just causes me to have a break down at the thought of Brian dying. I've never seen Howie look as sad and depressed as in this video. It wasn't acting for any of them, it was true emotion and I think that's what makes the video so incredibly good. When AJ is on the bus and a tear rolls down his face you can't help but cry with him. They allow the audience to feel with them. They almost force the audience to feel with them. This is definitly BSB's best video so far.

Ok, I'm not really sure wut 2 think of the new videoo, cuz it wuz kinda confusing. I mean, c'mon, Brian's like a ghost or sumpin looking in @ himself dying. Then there's Howie alone in that bar 4 no apparent reason that I could c. Then there's that weird girl that keeps showing up throughout the video, & @ 1 point, Nick saves her from getting hit by a bus. Overall, the video left me really confused. But I wuz just told 2day that this is the meaning of everything in the video: Ok, the song's about being lonely & scared & stuff. Well, Brian's in the hospital cuz its supposta reflect himself, & he's got that heart problem of his. (Aww...my poor baby...*sniff*) A.J.'s sad cuz his gf just left him or sumpin. Then there's Kevin, whose grampa just passed away, & that's the guy in the home video that he's watching. Then there's Nick, who's just plain lonely in general cuz he don't got no luvin. & Howie's sad cuz of his sis's death. I'm still a lil vague on wut the purpose of that girl that keeps showing up throughout the video is 4. Maybe 1 of u can enlighten me on the whole deal. Well, that's everything I heard about the video & its whole meaning, & it seems 2 make sense, so there ya go. =)

So I've watched this video many times now.

The first time I cried during Brian's part. It's really sad to watch him watching himself in the hospital and the heart monitor show him flatlining. It's a scary thought to me. AJ's part is sweet. I know it's not Amanda in that picture...at least it sure doesn't look like her. I think the tear is so beautiful. Kevin's part is sad. It must've been hard to watch that footage of him and his dad. And Nick's I didn't understand at first, then Howie's was also hard I think, dealing with his sister.

Okay so then when I watched it again I noticed the Denniz St. on the bus. That is very cool. And I just wanted to mention that the film work in this...awesome. The fact that it's mostly black and white or dark colors and then the red standing out. Very good.

Alright so watching it today I noticed a few things I hadn't before...like Kev's part. The film he's watching....his dad and him are in red. I didn't realize that at first. (the whole red thing is very schindler's list!) And then before AJ goes to get off the bus he puts his hand on the bus driver's shoulder. I don't know what Denniz PoP looked like but...maybe it was him. And I think that because when AJ gets off the bus you can see in and there's no one in the driver's seat.

I love that Kevin goes to get Howie. I think Kev is saying without words to Howie that it's time to let go and they all have to. Again like I said, I don't really understand Nick's part. But I think I read someone's review saying it was him replaying the image of how he could've saved this girl in his head. Which is weird...but makes sense.

Oh and Brian in the hospital, it reminds me of City of Angels....I don't know...just me maybe but that's what I felt.

At the end the chick lighting the candles is very cool. I did that when I went to Notre Dame. I love this video!

I think it is a masterpiece. Very mature video for the Boys. I think they did awesome!
