P.S. Did I mention that the guys look really hot in this video. I tried to give my opinion w/o putting this in here but I just couldn't help myself. How can you not say that the Backstreet Boys are gorgeous? Ok I'm done now.

It's obviously about his sister. I think he feels like she reached out to him and he never noticed and when he did then it was too late to do anything. And if you notice she never really appears, she's just a mistthat fades slowly signifying that he can never touch her but she is still alive in his heart. And the pain of losing her is getting less day by day.
The End: I love how the guys come together at the end showing that even though they each go through their seperate pain, they are always there for one another. They are walking out of the pain and lonliness(blurred and dark buildings) into a new beginning or new day(desert). Other notes: I love how Kevin comes in the diner and nods to Howie, kind of like he's saying, It's okay, I understand. I also like all the dark colors with splashes of red everywhere. Overall it's a very symbolistic video. I'm so glad they ditched Nigel Dick and went with Stuart Gosling.
He really knows what he's doing. I hope to see more of his stuff. KTBSPA!

Nick: When I first saw the video, I thought that Nick's part was about him being afraid of finding the love of his life, only to lose her
later. And that he ran the event over and over in his mind thinking if
only I would have grabbed her arm and pulled her back. After I read some
of the reviews and watched the video a couple more times I changed my
mind. I think that she has a fight with her b/f (you see it as Kevin
walks out of the building) then storms off and doesn't realize that she
walks in front of the bus. (not suicide) Nick pulls her back and saves
her life making her realize just how precious life is and she makes up
with her b/f. (shown later) I really don't think Nick and the girl
should be standing so close together after he saves her though, not b/c
I'm jealous of anything but b/c it makes it look like they are in love
and that doesn't fit in with the rest of his part. Oh well.
Howie: I don't understand why so many people got confused on his part.
It's

That stupid thing cut me off. Okay here's my thing again although I've forgotten most of what I said.I've read many of the reviews on SMTMOBL but I thought I'd just add in
my 2 cents.
Brian: The most obvious, his fear of dying with his Heart surgery
A.J.: I think that this is about his g/f that died when he was 13 and
her ghost still haunts his memories. But it's only a memory so that's
why the girl slowly fades instead of just blinking out of existence. And
when he gets off the bus and touches his hat to his chest signifies
giving tribute to Deniz PoP. I also thought that the bus driver looked
like Max Martin. My first impression was that it was him but I'm not
sure.
Kevin: Kevin's is also obvious. It's about his dad that died. And think
the part where he's harmonizing with Nick in the line "Are you with me
now?" and he looks up to the sky with a picture of his dad in the
background was pure genius. I've never thought that Kevin had much
acting ability until

I love the new video alot! I think it's very sad and I almost cry when I watch it. In it they all have a certain message of sadness that happened to them in their past. Brian's relating to his heart surgery, Kevin is wathching slides of his dad,who passed away when he was little. Howie is singing about his sister who died from Lupis, and A.J. is thinking about his ex-girlfriend. Although I've got no clue what's up with Nick. He's just sortof wondering down this lonely, deserted street by himself, until they all meet up in the end of the video.

I think the song Being Lonely means that you feel lonely when you have lost a girlfriend/boyfriend or a love one.

They definitely took a different approach with this video. all their other videos (as many as i can remember at the moment)have all been very colorful, but this one isnt. the lack of color must represent the loneliness they are feeling in the video.
the only color you really see is red. (i'm not sure if thats supposed to symbloize anything). this was a very deep video. i almost
cried the first time i saw it. i think i did. i think that it might have to do with their real life experiences, such as brians heart sugery
and kevin losing his dad. brian is in the hospital with a "broken heart". and kevin is watching videos of him dad but "life goes on as it
never ends" anywaybut his "eyes of stone" are watching like time kinda stops (when you lose someone close). and it is raining too when he looks out his window so
that adds sadness and drearyness to the video. nick is just walking along, i'm not sure about his part. he just saves the girl from
getting hit by aj's bus. aj's part was very sad. i wasnt prepared for that tear. i shed a tear too on that part. he might be
searching for an old girlfriend or missing an old one. and he is hallucinating cause he misses her so bad. i read all the other responses and i think i agree
with them on most of this. i also think howie is thinking about his sister. and kevin comes down and nods like i know how you feel.
i was reading one response and she said something about denniz pop. i didnt even think of that. but i agree with her when she
said its where they meet up on their lonely journeys. thats pretty much all i have to say. but i cant say enough how wonderful this video
is. very sad, very deep. love the song. LOVE the video. LOVE THE BACKSTREET BOYS!

I think the video was wonderfully done. The guys look beautiful in the video(Nick looks so good pale!!!)Kevin looks absoultely gorgeous!!! I think they did an amazing job with each of their scenarios. My favorite part is when AJ sheds a tear(It's so precious) and when Nick pulls the girl from being run over by the car. The only thing I think they could have done better was the ending. But other than that it was awesome!!
