I think it means the love that they have and can't have.Because they have so many fans that love them but they havent foun the true love.
I know they love us, but they don't realy now us.We love them, but we are not going to met them.
But, we still love them.

There are a couple of things that attracted me to BSB. It wasn't the fact that they were good looking (hey they are). It was their voice. Each one that their own unique style. Kevin with the deep voice, Howie with the higher pitch, Nick and Brian with the soothing voice, and AJ with the hip-hop, rap aggressive kind of voice. Unlike many of the other boy bands, they seem more mature and realistic. They didn't base their success on their looks or dance moves. In fact, it was their voice and talent. There new video had prove this stereotype incorrect.After watching this video on the mtv on new years eve, it didn't make me cry. In deed, it made me think. There aren't much videos out there that has that affect on me. I made me realize to cherish life because i don't know what will happen tomorrow. A love one might die. Who knows. It also made me sort of sad. I didn't know anyone that was close to me die so but yet i still feel that i actually felt and understand what they are saying. There isn't just one type of loss, death. There are several types such as fighting with someone or not having a friend.
Many people don't understand Nick's part. What it symbolize. My theory is that, He's lonely not that fact that anyone died but the fact that he's just lonely. No one to talk to. Of course he has BsB. He didn't have a chance to be a teen. Perhaps that is why he is lonely. Even the goofiest person need someone to talk to. My other theory is that he might have seen a death and couldn't do anything about. Maybe he saw one someone get into an accident and wanted to share.. Hey it's just a theory.
Anyhow, the others themes are clear. My favorite part of the video has to be Howie's part. When he sings, "I have no place to go. Surrender your heart, body and soul" That lyric is very touching because it's true. I like that fact that he is sitting alone drinking coffee, i think it's coffee. There are times that we all want to be alone so no one will bother us.
I also really appreciate the ending. They all gather together and walk toward the end of the street. For several years now, they been singing together, laughing together, crying together, and going thru tough times together. They walk into a new sunset which symbolize a new beginning.

Well, the video was excellent!!! I loved it!! Here's what I think it means:Brian-at first, I thought it was Brian's grandfather they were singing about, but it's quite obvious it isn't. Brian is singing about
himself, or to better say it, about his heart surgery.
Kevin-his father. It isn't it clear? You see a father in the background and you can assume it's his father. I don't know
if Kevin looks like his father though, maybe Kevin took his mother's looks!
Nick-I have NO idea who Nick is singing about. Maybe Denniz, but why would he save a girl?
Howie-I assume it's about his sister, I think her name was Caroline, who died from Lupus. I don't think he's broken up with his
girlfriend, so my best guess is his sister.
AJ-about Amanda Latona (didn't he and her break up?) or Denniz. Did you notice when AJ is getting off the bus in the video
that the destination caption says Denniz St?
At the end though, I think that they're showing the boys going to heaven, or a better place, I'm not sure.

I think that the SMTMOBL video means that they lost some one that they loved through a death or a break-up. Like in the video A.J. and Howie lost the girl they loved and they want them back. But Brian and Kevin in the video are faced with death. Brian I'm guessing died while recovering from his open heart sergery(which he really did have sergery but HE DID NOT DIE!) and Kevin lost his father. And last but most certainly not least is Nick but to be perfectly honest I don't understand Nick's part in the video. He walking around a city and pulls a girl,that looks like the one that A.J. lost, out of the path of a bus that she walked in front of. Over all I love the video! Bone(A.J.)and Train(Kevin)LOVE you guys!!:0)

Well the video is beautiful and the special effects are awesome...I really love it...even though its sad , because the characters that the boys play are actually real and that gives the video some sense of reality, honesty and it shows that they have feelings and just like all of us are only human beings and go through really bad times too...The first four times that i saw it i cried , because all i could think about was the pain Kevin felt when his father died , and how worried must have been Bri when he had the heart surgery thing , and what about loosing your sister?its hard isnt it? ask D about it...and loosing a real friend? yes Mr.Denniz Pop...his name is in AJ's bus...You see? they've been through tough things,...thats one of the reasons that makes me love them so so much and this video too also as well...Keep up the awesome work guys!!love you all a lot!

I think this is the deepest BSB music video. I mean the one that is most powerful. They were all sad. I think AJ was even crying. Kevin lost his father and Howie's sister died. This is a great video, very touching.

I think that smtmobl video is great ya it is a little wierd but I luv it to death mostly because of AJ he looks mighty fine in the video and I feel so sorry for all of the boys because they are all sad and some are even crying(like AJ). I Also think it is great how Kevin got the part in with his Dad in the video I bet this an important video to him because If I lost my father who I loved very much and he got to part of something after he died it would be one of my most prized possesions so I hope every one loves this video because it is obviouse that it means alot of something to every BSB. -Thankyou- NIKKI HERRON

I love the Backstreet Boys and smtmobl totally is so touching! I cried when I saw it!! I love it!!!!!It totally shows that they are not a teeny-bopper group at all!! They are just the best group to walk the planet!!! They're God's gift to girls!!!
