Millennium: Concert Memories

But I have to say....sadly I can hardly remember it!! Does that happen to anyone else?? I seriously think b/c it was such an overload of joy....and stuff. I can remember certain highlights, it's not a TOTAL blank! Like Howie's rapping!! MAN THAT WAS DAMN FUNNY!!!!! hehe!! Me and my 2 friends (and one of their sister) brought a fuzzy blue cowboy hat to throw to AJ. (We had 7th row on the floor) So my friend's sister ran up and threw the hat on stage. But it didn't make it and fell off. So we were like....ARGGH!! (hehe) But then the security guard passed it to AJ, and he put it on! We went absolutley nuts!! We were all screaming SOOO loud! So loud that everyone around us...and ppl in the section next to us were staring at us! It was so crazy..and we were crying and going crazy. We managed to get a couple pics. But there was a good thing, and a bad thing about it. Good: AJ had just ripped off his shirt earlier!! haha!! Bad: We got the back of AJ cuz it was at the end of a song, and he was walking away! Well neways..I won't ramble on any more! I am just upset I couldn't go to the other one in Toronto on March 15. IT WAS THE LAST ONE OF THE TOUR AND I MISSED IT!! THEY DID THE LAST ONE FOR TORONTO!! First in San Antonio and then in Austin! In SA i didn't have good seats so I'll talk about Austin where I had 3rd ROW!!!!!!!! That was the best day of my life! My friend and I were so amazed how close we were! We couldn't believe it! Ok, about the concert in Austin, It was the best, AJ said he wanted to move here because of all the pretty ladies. (i thought that was cool) They all looked at my friend and me and waved! Brian was looking at the people beside us and they were just crazy jumping up and down and he looked at me like what's up with them? I couldn't believe he looked at me!! Howie waved and winked at my friend and me. Nick came out and did his thank yous and he said "I heard Austin really knows how to party" and the crowd went crazy! Then AJ ripped off his shirt wiped his sweat and threw it in the audience but he threw to far back so i couldn't catch it. :( Then near the end Howie came down and touched hands!! Oh my Gosh that was the best day of my life!! and i will never forget it. Just thank God they didn't take my camera away because i heard they were taking them up during the concert. Well bye for now. It was so awesome, i took pictures with the bsb and Nick andKevin kissed me on the cheek!!! Well anywayz, my fav. part was when I was trying to catch a pic of my favorite boy, Nick. I was standing on my chair like ten feet from the stage and I was doing this funny little dance. I looked up and he was looking right at me, I quickly got my camera and as I finished taking the pic, I almost fell off my chair. Nick Carter laughed at me!!!! I'm just glad he noticed me..hehe..That was my favorite part. I even have the pic of him laughing. That was a day I will never forget. Submitted by Megan from Ft Worth (Dallas) Texas USA Date: Tue Mar 21 21:04:15 2000 The Millennium concert on March 3,2000 in Dallas Texas at Reunion Arena was the best performance I have ever seen! I had so much fun and would most definantly do it again. It was worth the long wait. This was my first concert and it was spactacular! I think my most favorite part was when the guys were all suspended on wires and flew out over the audience. I had Nicky to my left and AJ to my right. Nick saw me waving and signing "I love You" in sign language.. so he waved! Then I waved back and got even more excited and he smiled that beautiful smile and laughed a little. I felt so special and will never ever ever forget the best experiance of my life.. I will never experiance anything a special as this was.. Megan P.S. I Litterly went week in the knees in "Get Down" when Nick did this on extreamly sexy dance move.. my mom had to hold me up! I have special memories from both 1st one--Nov.24--My fav part at this show would have to be at the very end when AJ was saying good-bye to us all and Nick started bothering him, he finally asked Nick what he wanted and Nick just told him to remind us all to have a happy Thanksgiving. He told us all to and then asked if anyone wanted to take the BSB home for Thanksgiving dinner. 2nd one--Feb.19--My fav part here would definetly have to be when the band and dancers were being introduced. AJ and Brian were on the higher part of the stage (the part the rises and lowers) and AJ came up behind Brian and picked him up and then turned towards my section and did a little muscle man pose. Then Brian came up behind AJ, picked him up and body slammed him (HAHAHA). Oh, and we can't forget when Brian said a special "hello to my future family here in Atlanta." Submitted by Danielle from Coral Springs FL USA Date: Tue Mar 21 20:57:47 2000 my fav part of the "into the millenium tour", was when they 1st came out on those surf boards. i was so nervous, but once they came out *&* i saw nick, i was soooooo happy, that all those butterflies inside just went away. our bodies r strange that way. anyway, another part that was memorable to me, was when they sang IWITW. it is such a strong song. *&* it really means alot to me. thanx 4 taking the time to read this!
