Hey, I have a couple of favorite parts of the concert. The first one had to be just the anticipation and the way all the fans in that one giant room just seemed to have bonded. The second had to be when during I'll Never Break Your Heart they started singing in spanish. Third would have to be when they were saying hi to the fans and A.J. said that he should move to Houston. Fourth was when Howie did his rap. And the fifth thing that I will remember for always is just being able to be in the same room with them and breathe the same air they were breathing.

Oh wow! I dont even know what my favorite memory was...I have quite a few. I went to the conter on 2/11/00 at the Bryce Jordan Center in Penn State University. My friends parents drove Me and 4 friends, 4 hours from Pittsburgh to get there. I have quite a few memories, not all during the concert but, well you get my drift...I think.10.) When Howie D. was rapping with his little hood covering his face and Nick dancing behind him. AWWWWW!
9.) Nick and the Duck. My nickname is Duck or Ducky. There was this one part when they were introducing the band and Nick, my fave boy was introducing I think it was oh I forget his name, the keyboardist guy. Well, there was this little rubber ducky on his keyboard. Nick introduced the guy and goes "You wanna hear me play the keys???" and he banged on them and then picked up the duck and goes "I'm a little ducky quack qucak quack!!!" In this little Donald Duck accent, it was sooo cute.
8.)The dance to Thats the way I like it. That was just awesome how they kinda did a little battle against the dancers or whatever it was.
7.)Don't Want You Back. When the guys were haning on those metal pole things, and Kev was upside down. WOOOOW abs of steal baby!
6.)During No One Else Comes Close when Brian was motioning to all the words they sang, it was too cute.
5.)When AJ ripped his shirt off. Enough said.
4.) Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely. When they started this song, I felt them inside of me. In the very beginning when it stated and they sang "Show me the meaning of beaing Lonely..." before Brian sang his solo...oh wow it was great.
3.) I'll Never Break Your Heart. When they sang this song, I melted. It is mine and my boyfriends song, and all I could do was cry and listen to how beautiful they sounded. It was great.
2.)When we first got there, and we were going to cross the street to the BJC, it was just like, wow I am finally here. I was taking a picture of the BJC sign thingy and waiting for it to say BACKSTREET BOYS across it, and I was shaking, it was so strange I couldn't help my self, I shook the whole time until the concert started, and Amy my best friend, cried. As soon as we were in the doors and in line getting souvineers, she was bawling. I couldnt help but laugh cause she cried the WHOLE NIGHT. LOL
1.) The feeling of knowing that you are in the EXACT same room breathing the EXACT same air as the Boys. Not only that, but while you are watching the concert, how you feel this rush of just pure energy running through your body, its like a Backstreet High. How you can feel this music just running through your body. Now that is an experience EVERY Backstreet fan needs to have.
Sorry if this is sooooo long, I just couldn't decide!! It was by far the BEST night of my LIFE!!!

hey everyone...well, my fave part of the into the millenium tour?? where do I begin?!?!?
actually i have a couple favorite parts. (in no particular order). one of them is when the sing "its gotta be you", and suddenly stop the song to do the battle of the dancers....then they just start to go crazy, and Howie raps! that was awesome! then, out of nowhere, they start the song again! it was so cute!
aNOTHER is when they sing "No one else comes close", and at the beginning they sang, "when we turn out the lights," and then they snap, and the lights go out! THAT was adorable!
another is SMTMOBL....now that is a beautiful song, and when Nick sings his part, it absolitely blows me away...he does it so beautifully...
well there it is,...i had SUCH a great time at the Toronto show, and i cant wait til they come back! :)

I would have to say that the whole show is extremely memorable!! I remember it all like it was yesterday! It was the BEST night of my life. The GREATEST thing was when I went to their hotel after the concert and got to experience AJ drunk in the hotel bar!! He was so funny and I'll never forget it. I got to stand like 8 feet from him (he's my fave) and he was acting so wild. If you wanna know all about it E-Mail or IM me!!!

YO,1st let me say that that tour was AWESOME! Down here in Florida We were going to kick off the tour! I was SOOOO EXCITED i could have Peed on myself(dont let nobody that) but lets start at the beginning
I was in Orlando at Island of Adventure with my Auntie and Uncle and the day I was coming back was the day the tickets went on sale. My friend was getting the tickets for me so i didnt have to worry but i did, cuz i knew that the tickets would sell out FAST and I REALLY wanted to go!
Time I got home i called her and she said she was holding my ticket in her hand! (at that point i got on my knees and prayed and thanked the lord for blessing me and letting me go and not to let ANYTHING happen to thoses tickets)
All was going well till about 2 weeks before the concert hurricane Irene (which is my moms name) start forming and heading this way! I was devastated! I didnt know what to do! I was ontop of the news every second! I didnt want Bsb to come down here and get in the middle of the hurricane!
The Hurricane came closer and closer and the Concert was getting closer and closer. Finally our concert was moved to the last day of the tour. So we went from the *OPENING DAY* to the last day.
I was kinda upset that I had to wait and that we were the LAST day on the tour but on the day of our concert i could stop moving! My mom would me go to school and i was about to die at the end of the day! I RAN home! Got my bag (and Peed) and by that time my friend was at my house and we hoped in the "rented" van and was on our way.
Sorry i didnt meet bsb or anything but the concert kicked @$$! You really saw bsb acting normal. They were shouting waterguns at the dancers and just acting wild! It really made us laugh and have fun along with them
THANKS 4 THE MEMORIES BSB I WILL NEVER 4GET!
JENN
P.S.(this was a Long time ago)At a Bsb Basketball game in maimi i sprained my ankle running after bsb's vans (I saw Kevin up close and he waved to me!)AHHHHHHHH

For those of you that went....I hope you had the best time of your life...For those of you that didn't....come October or November plan out your schedule to sleep in front of your near-by arena! LOL! KTBSPAF!!!

My mom and I have been trying to get our hands on some tickets for the longest time and so there was this contest for BSB tickets in Tacoma on Power ( my fave radio station)!! I tried to win them and I didn't win them! (which really sucked!) anyway... so My mom called Power to see if the girl could sell them to us! well the DJ asked my mom if she actually drive up to tacoma ( 5 hours away from I live!)and take me to this concert! and my mom said yes! well the DJ guy said well you'll never belive this but the girl's mom called the station not even 10 mins. before and said they couldn't go! So he was going to call the record company and see if they can change the will call ( the name) on the tickets and said he would call my mom back! so he calls my mom back and says well, I have some bad news for you. my mom said ahh man! I didn't get the tickets! And the dj said You have to drive to Tacoma! Any way so my mom calls the school and says that she needs me out of school. well I went to the office and waited for her cause I thought I had an appointment but I didn't know with what. so I get in the car and my mom said I had an appointment with the dentist. well my mom sat there and said I had to change my shoes! then she said that she didn't tell the school I had an appointment! I said well we would have to have some one else sign this form. well my mom said oh yeah mel, who's going to sign it AJ?!? I start screaming at the top of my lungs! We stopped at my house and got some stuff and were on our way to Tacoma! anyway... we get there and we see their busses and my mom askes the body guard if they were going come by here. he said that they were already in there and so we decided to get our tickets and go inside. well we saw the concert and everything. well the 3rd to last song I had my mom go out there and wait for them to come out! but at the time I didn't know that it was the 3rd to last song! anyway so my mom is sitting out there waiting for these guys! well the concert gets done and go and try and find my mom! and I can't find her. all of the sudden I see Kevin signing autographs so I run up there with a bad ankle and get up there 3 to 4 people away from Kevin Richardson! I'm thinking oh my God I can't belive I'm this far away from him! I was trying to get him to sign this fake backstage pass that I got from thing I got from the last concert! and I keep yelling at Kevin telling him that I love him! then he looked straight at me and waved at me. well the last thing he was signing was a poster getting signed by him and I said to myself that girl is so lucky cause that poster is on Kevin's leg and he is wrinkling it and he is signing it! well after the crowd cleared I sat there waiting for my mom and my mom walks up behind me and said that this poster was the last poster they had I may want to open it up and see if it's ok! well I open it and Kevin Had signed my poster. my mom said that it was the last thing he had signed. well the girl was me!! anyway... my mom and I left for home! I got in the car and fell asleep. well my mom stopped in Ellensburg to get gas and my mom started to wake me up and ask me if those were the busses and I said yeah. well then it clicked to me that thae Backstreet boys were at the same gas station as us! so my mom got in the car after pumping gas and drive over to the busses and she parked 10 to 15 feet away from Brian Littrell's Bus! so I was sitting there and taking pics and my mom got out of the car and asked the lady that got out of b-rok's bus if I could shake Bri's hand! And she said that he would love to but he was tired and he was eatting. well then my mom went into the conventent store and I was looking at Bri and then all of the sudden got up and was doing something. I thought he was going to open the window and tell me to stop looking at him! but he sat back down at the table and then he had Tyke in his arms and he was kissing him on the head and feeding him some of his sandwich! It was so cute ! anyway I turn my head to talk to my mom and turn my head back and Bri was closing the blinds cause he was tried of me taking pics and waving at him. so my mom and I started to drive off and my mom asked me if I wanted to get another pic of the other busses and I said sure, why not! so we go on the other side of the other bus and Kevin was in it watching TV! And start screaming and telling my mom whats wrong with me! so My mom parked and took pics of the bus that kev was on! well my mom gets in the car and we start to drive on the other of this bus and AJ Is In the same bus as Kev! So I start screaming even louder then I did before. and my mom parks the car and get's out and asks the bus driver if I could shake AJ and Kev's hand and he said they would but they were on a tight scedule and they were just leaving. so my mom and me leave! and then we get home at 5:30 AM and I had to get up at a quarter to 6. well, I didn't get up! So I stayed home that day and my mom Called power and told them the story and all my friends heard it and wanted to know why I didn't take them! and all the snobs at my school that I don't like, were jelious! Isn't that a cool story! I can't belive that Actually happened! Love, peace, and Alexander James McLean!!
Hugs, kisses, and cookies!

memories from the millennium tour????? wow, do you want a novel. i remember most (surprisingly) is standing on line for tickets at 4:30 in the morning and then not getting them....till 5pm for $400 (it was my sweet 16). the show itself was incredible. i got there about a halfhour before the venue let everyone in. i hung out by my radio stations van (Z100) and just chilled to the sweet sounds of backstreet, me and a couple dozen other (OLDER) fans....thankfully the younger girls were all lined up waiting to get in. when i got in i tried to find my seats and was dissapointed (pissed) to find that they were FARTHER then i thought they would be (thank god for zoom lenses). i quickly told my mom how to work my camera..so i could watch the show, and gave her explicit instructions to focus on blondie but i did want a BIG mix of pics. (speaking of which i have the coolest pics of the opening as they are rising outta the smoke...you cant see them well [more like sillohettes] but the colors and the artistry of the shots are amazing...now all i need is to figure out how to get them off the hard drive and onto the computer).
the opening act DIDNT impress me and im still trying to figure out why nick, howie, and aj are spending so much energy on EYC...they were just kinda *bleh* and to think i got all excited cause i thought they were gonna sing eminem.
the rest of the concert ROCKED!!!!! and i cant remember a thing. all i can remember is certain scenes..the dancers coming out in the beginning, DWYB, hearing show me the meaning...and crying during it, IWITW, (esspecially when nick busts out and the WHOLE {even parents who just happened to know the part from their kids} audience joins in and the absolute SOUND that is produced {if you went to a show you KNOW what im talking about}).....and the feeling the concert gave me...the feeling that i was in the same room with the men who have inspired me beyond all explaination, the feeling of complete comradery with all the fans in the room (esspecially all my friends ive met through the boys), and most esspecially the feeling that i got when i realized that as they were making me happy I and EVERYONE else were making THEM happy...helping them live out their dreams. that night was the best night of my life. i laughed, i cried, i screamed, i sang, i danced, and i became one of the happiest people in new york. after the concert was over i just sat in my chair for about 5 minutes and just thought. when i was done processing what had just happened (IWITW is the last song). i got up and said to my mom lets go. we walked out (and proceeded to think we were deaf) and headed to the car. as girls around me screamed and cried and whined about having to find the bus and that one of these limos (god were there a lot) had to be the guys i just walked to the car. i think that finding them and meeting them (yeah right...they were probably kicking back with a cold beer and relaxing till it was safe to leave the venue) would ruin anything that had occured for me that night. having always belived that they were normal people i couldnt let it be ruined by even for one second seeing them with guards..cause during that concert i experienced them, i saw more of them then most people ever do (kevin and i even share the loss of our fathers, a fate i wish on nobody), and that normalcy was cemented in my brain that night. to know what im talking about you have to look past the image, look past Nick, Howie, AJ, Bri, & Kev. you have to see only nickolas, howard, alex, brian, and kevin. if you look hard enough they are there and just waiting to be discovered.
now, months after the concert whenever im feeling depressed (over my dad or school or whatever) i can take out pictures and look at them and remember and smile...or the best--just think of something that happened, like nick saying 'hey new york im nick carter and we are the backstreet boys'(rememeber the overwhelming urge to yell 'thank you captain obvious') and once again remember why i love them...
the music will be forever and the personalities behind the music only enhance it. thank you again guys for everything youve done...even if you dont know it.
sorry this was so long...i needed to vent. :)
