To make a long story short before the Backstreet Boys 1999-2000 "Into the Millennium Tour" I had been a BSB for three years. And, had never gotten to see them in concert. Mainly because they never come to Connecticut. Well, I had enough of not seeing them in concert. Since it seems like everyone else has. So, here's what I've spent this year!

On September 27th, 1999 -- I saw them for the first time at Nassau Coliseum, NY. I drove two hours and spent $150 per ticket. (since I couldn't get tickets for face value since the tour sold out so quick!) I bought two tickets making my ticket total= $300 Then, I spent about $50 on merchandise.

On December 3rd, 1999 -- Two days after I turned 18! My parents paid for and allowed me to fly to Florida to see their concert in Tampa, FL. (At the Ice Palace) With my cousins who are huge BSB fans!! The airfare cost ($250.00 round-trip) The tickets cost ($99.00 a piece and I bought 3) =$297.00. Then I spent about another $40.00 on merchandise.

Okay, yes so I saw them twice. They were great! And, now I have tickets to one more concert.

Soon to be-- Valentine's Day -- February 14th, 2000 (Albany, NY) It's a three hour drive and I'll have to stay at a hotel after the concert but it's worth it. This time I actually got tickets for face value. And, their floor seats, Row 16!! Which cost $155.00(for three tickets) from ticketmaster.com

Okay, well yeah so that's what I've spent just to see them in concert. I might be broke but it's worth it!

To be honest, my mother recently paid an extravagant amount for me to have BSB tickets. She and my sister camped out for me because I had to work the next day ( I am 21). They got 24 tickets but they were not good seats. One of my mom friends had managed to by chance get 8 front row tickets. We saw the next night at an engagement party and my mom offered to buy two of them for me and my best friend. She said yes but had already been offered $800 for the two. My mother offered it as well and she sold them to my mom. So my mother was willing to pay $800 for me and she already said she would always pay more.

I don't know how much I would be willing to pay for BSB tickets, but I hate the fact that brokers are taking advantage of naive teenage girls to benefit themselves. They should honestly be ashamed of themselves.

I wouldn't pay above ticket price for the tickets, unless it was going to charities designated by the guys. If you buy from brokers all that extra cash above the $45 goes in their pockets not the BSB. The guys are on a crusade to stop this from happening and if people keep buying from brokers theirs little the BSB can do to stop it. It's the law of supply and demand people! I know we all want to see the guys and I was lucky enough to see them in Philly but I paid regular ticket prices. Anything else is outrageous.

I would pay probably 200 at the most, if they were really good seats. If I had a lot of spare money, I would spend as much as possible but unfortunitely, I don't have a lot of spare money. If I was to pay more than 40 dollars, I would definitely pay for it myself, with money from work.

I would pay anything to see the bsb. I mean come on, they're the best that ever happened to america and yet to come. I was supposed to go to the concert for Sept. 14, but since hurricane Floyd came, they prosponed the show till Dec. 5. Hell, i had to wait almost 3 months. But it was worth the wait. Any wayz i paid $40.00 for each ticket. I bought 6 tickets. As u can see i didn't pay that much. But if tickets going up as $100.00, i would defintley do it. I even got my father's permission and he said "Yea." So i would defintley pay my money to see them. Needless to say the boys r the best and the show was even better.!!!!!!! A.J 4 Sho

I'd pay up to $100 bucks for 1 tickets. I wouldn't go any higher than that. That's just plain nuts if you go any higher.

Tickets for the Backstreet Boys, hmmm...let's see. If I would ever get a chance for tickets for their concert, I would definetly buy them, on one condition. If the tickets cost well over $40, of course I would not buy them. People might say,"Are you crazy, those are BSB tickets, you should buy them no matter what the price!!!" But I don't have that much money to spend on tickets, even though I'll hate myself if I didn't buy it. Until the day that I'll would earn enough money to spend on BSB tickets, I would turn down a chance for them. Sorry!!!!

I've just paid like $60 for a ticket, but i'm gonna come over from the uk for the st petersburg show in february,so add on airfare and hotel, but it will so be worth it! If anyone else is going and wants to meet up with me before hand, so i'm not on my lonesome all day, that'd be cool.
