Have I got a story for all of you! This summer all I dreamed about was going to a Backstreet Boys concert. When my friends, who are also fanatics, and I heard that they were going on tour we were thrilled. But there weren't any concerts near us. WE tried and tried to get through the lines to Ticket Master or some place but we couldn't. I was so bummed when I didn't get tickets, but a few hours later my friend Jennifer called and told me that Ticket City had tickets for the Memphis concert on Nov.21. Thanks to my mother and her credit card; I along with 3 of my other friends, one of their parents and younger sister and my younger sister, got tickets to the concert. The total bill rang up to $745 on my mother's credit card, but that was my birthday present. But the story doesn't end there. The guy who sold us the tickets promised that they would be there before the concert. We waited and waited. I had to leave on Friday the 19th to go on a church trip. From there, my mother would come and pick us up on the 21st morning and drive us 7 hours to Memphis Tennessee from the middle of Louisiana.(There were no more tickets for the New Orleans concert) My mother drove up as planned but we only had 6 of our 8 tickets and they were nose bleed. My mother chewed out the manager at Ticket City but it didn't help. The manager gave us the cell phone number of the head scalper of Ticket city. The scalper, named Wilbur, told us that he would meet us at a resturant when we got to Memphis. We got there about 5:15, parked at the Pyramid and went to look for Wilbur. We couldn't find him. We panicked but my mother told us to stay put, with the other adult, at the resturant. She left and 20 minutes later she came back with Wilbur. She gave him our tickets to try and get us better seats. We went to eat but we were too nervous to. We finally got back to Wilbur 20 minutes before the show. He had gotten us section 3 seats so close. We thanked him and ran to get to the show. By the time we had gotten to the show, Mandy Moore had already started. We went to our seats and immediately I saw a black curtian about 5 feet away. I knew then that that was where the Boys would come out and they did. I was sooooo close!!!!! When the show was over and they ran backstage me and one of my friends actually touched Kevin!!!! My other friend got a great picture of A.J. and Kevin as they walked out. I had some good pics too. All together though, the long drive and the suit threat to Ticket City by my mother was well worth those great seats and I would do it all over in a heartbeat.

If I got really good seats at a Backstreet Boys concert I would pay whatever they wanted for the tickets. I love the Backstreet Boys especially Brian Litrell!!

I spent 264 dollars on this spring tour (2000) BSB ticket. Why? It was first afterwards I found out that Ticketmaster did sell them for so much less. I called Ticketmaster the day before and the told me they didn't sell any!

If I had the oppurtunity to get floor seats at a BSB concert I would spend every cent I have. There is no limit on my desire to see The Backstreet Boys in person.

I almost bought tickets off of e-bay for $1000 but I decided I needed the money more and that I could watch the tape from last year instead!! However when the tickets first went on sale I was on line since 3:00m in the morning and didn't get any I didn't eat anything for a week and a half and then I ate something because I decided that had they cared they would have done something about hardly anyone getting tickets(expect for scalpers!) So thats my story stinks doesn't it!!

Hey! Ok, I LOVE the BSB more than anything! I'm B-rok's(and their) #1 fan! When I had surgery last year, I was in the hospital for a month, everytime I would see the BSB I would like start screaming, and all the doctors knew I was obsessed by the time I left. Well neway, I paid $2,000 for two seats that weren't even on the floor! I paid all by myself too, and I'm only 13! Lata peeps!

Okay you wanna know how much I am willing to do to see them or to even get tickets? My friends and I didn't show up to school one day and waited outside of a truck stop for 12 HOURS that's right 12 hours because we heard a rumor that the BSB were gonna stop by there. We went at 7am and they had come by at 1am, but we didn't find that out til later. Then on Oct.15,1999 we went out to Las Vegas to see their concert on the 17th. I blew off two college midterms and spent over $1,200 to get there. My friend and I also accidently found their tour buses but the security made us leave. Then 2 hours before their concert I coughed up $140 so that we could go from the second to the last row to the second row. I then gave our first two tickets to another friend and my little sister. So basically I am willing to pay whatever is asked and to not show up to classes just to get a little closer to the boys. However for those of you in school I wouldn't recommend ditching until you graduate and are paying for your own college classes.
