What do you think about the outcome of the 2000 Grammy Awards?

The only reason Santana won is because he has all those famous artists on his album. He would still be a nobody if it wasn't for people like Rob Thomas. As for the performances, what can I say but WOW!!! Any BSB performance is a good one! They must feel so honored to be able to perform with Elton John- I mean, wow! But I was very mad that they didn't win a Grammy! I mean, sure, I love Santana too, and I understand that Santana deserved a Grammy because this is his BIG comeback, but BSB deserved a Grammy just as much as Santana did. They've been working hard, for what? 7 years now isn't it? They deserved it! He's a legend and the boys could not compete with his status. He may have been picked more for the fact of his years of experience, than the actual cd that went against the Backstreet Boys. That performance told everyone who says the boys can't sing something to think about. The boys are so talanted. Thats why I was so shocked when the Backstreet Boys didn't winn a Grammy. It was one of the best performances that i have ever seen of them. i think that the grammys sucked because Santana won all the awards. Why wasn't there just a santana concert or something because all they showed was him. i think that the BSB should have at least won one award. the people that picked who won were probably all old people and did'nt like BSB. That was the first time I saw Nick's new hot haircut. At first I was like OHMYGOD!!!! What did he do to his hair? Then after about .00000000000001 of a second I fell in love with him all over again. When Philly Freedom came on I was well... anyway I was memerized by Nick and I got mad when they did shots of the band playing the music. I was like- who cares about the band! I want to see Nick! Then right after that song Santana came on and I was sooo in love with Nick I don't even know why I did this, I started to dance like a wild-woman. Sigh.
