What do you think about the outcome of the 2000 Grammy Awards?

They sang beautifully, and really did themselves credit! Too bad that they didnt get all the awards they were nominated for, but at the end of the day it is our support that counts - not some record company big-wigs! I actually got to go and see them perform live and I really got my money's worth! they worked so hard in rehearsal and oh my gosh did they look HOT!!!!! How can you people be so mean to Santana. It's not his fault that he won. To everyone who says that Santana didn't deserve to win, have you actaully listened to his album Supernatural? I have and it's excellent. And even if you don't like Santana, it's pretty mean of some people to say he should die. No one should die just because they beat BSB. I'm a little dissapointed that BSB didn't win, but it's not the end of the world. BSB themselves said that it's a honor being nominated with Santana, and if they lose at least they will lost to a legend. So if BSB can be happy for Santana, why can't the fans. And about Sting winning best album. I've also heard his new album A Brand New Day, and it's also excellent. Obviously these people like Sting and Santana are good, otherwise they wouldn't have been nominated. Oh and Congratualations to Christina Aguilera for winning best new artist. It's nice to see that she won over that tramp Britney Spears. And Jennifer Lopez needs to put on some clothes. Although the world has embraced these wonderfully talented young men, the Grammys are still stuck in the midst of stereotypical thinking. The Backstreet Boys not only have celestial voices and graceful dance moves, but they have an extreme talent for playing a plethora of instruments and writing their own musical scores. The Backstreet Boys should have one at least ONE of the four awards in which they were nominated for. It just goes to show that even the most sought-after awards are years behind in their view points.
