How do you feel about Brian's marriage?

I read this one person's entry about how Leighanne is gonna take all of Brian's money... *Sigh* People like that are nuts. Repeat after me, Brian is a smart boy, he can take care of himself. However, I feel that this is a positive step, and if getting married is what makes Brian happy, then he should be guilt-free in upsetting or letting down his fans. I have always viewed Backstreet Boys fans as a more mature audience, different from the other boy bands out there. Therefore these fans should be readily able to accept Leighanne, seeing that Brian wouldn't marry a person if he didn't truly love them and was ready to spend the rest of his life with that person. If you are a real fan, you will see that you should only want the best for the guys, and getting married is an important step towards true happiness. I am glad that Brian seems to have found the right person to end up with. When famous people get married, their fans and devotees will obviosly be saddened, but hopefully the smarter ones can realize, like all the others before me have said, that: 1) If you are truly a fan of theirs, you should be happy to see your idol happy - even if you don't approve of who they're with. Is this any different from Brian being happy when he wins a basketball game or sells another million records? 2) Please don't bash their significant others. Not only are you just telling their girlfriend/wife that you're immature, which gives her reason (all you who don't like Willaford, listen closely here) to hate her man's fans even more, you're saying to your idol that you're not happy for him, and you don't think he's smart enough to be a good judge of character. Which in turn also makes HIM not like his fans. 3) Don't debase the girls because of your pipe dreams. You don't know these women, nor can you make any derrogatory comments since you haven't met them. Just because you feel that one of the Boys should be going out with.should have married you does not give you the right to bash who they actually are seeing. Yes, there might be other chances. 4) And for God's sake - do NOT wish for them to get divorced! If they did, would that do you any good? Stop to think about it for a minute. If Brian or Kevin got divorced right this minute and moved to an apartement in Orlando, would you have any chance at dating them? They would be far more unhappy than they are or seem to be right now, and would not be willing to open up again to anyone for a considerable amount of time. That woman does not love Brian. She loves his MONEY! That is why he pays for her little movie, her big house, and her unreasonably priced Vera Wang wedding gown. Also, girls, she would not sign a prenuptial agreement. Do you know what that means? Well, when they get a divorce (and they just might) our dear, sweet Leighanne will leave our Brian FLAT BROKE!!!! She will get AT LEAST half of everything he has (although she has already spent half of everything he has). I really do love Brian, however. I have been a BSB fan for several years now, and I really don't want to see one of the guys hurt. As for Kevin and Kristin, since she liked him when he was hot, tired, and sweaty in his Ninja Turtle costume (and did not feel the need to have a huge wedding AND flaunt it on national television) you have to give her credit for that. I'm really happy for them now, although I do really think a pre-nup would have been the thing to do, what with the large amount of money involved there. But it's good that Brian doesn't think he doesn't have to worry about that. I have to admit, though, that I can't help but find this depressing because I wish I had that perfect a relationship.
