First Page - Previous - Next - Last - Add Entry - Other Topics - Message Boards - Exit Page 27 of 50 Submitted by Britaney from fort wayne indiana usa Date: Thu Aug 24 17:07:50 2000 three words: oh my god! i went 2 there concert on july 27 (thursday) and i had a blast! it was so much fun! well i got there like at 6:15 and it started at 6:30. well i had no choice! the tickets were $10.00! ne wayz we had seats like all the way in the back! but my friend went and she got like 6 rows from the front so me and my cousin sat with her. first it was spice girls and they were boring but they tried! then britney spears came on and she sang like 5 songs until her microphone turned off while she was singing! so she got mad and let us sing the part! well then finally backstreet boyz came on singing "larger than life" OMG!! aj look so hot! sorry but i LOVE aj! they sang like 15 songs and i got 2 touch howies hand and hes like 35! well after the concert was over me and my friends went in line 4 the meet n greet and we were in the middle of the line! so it didnt take that long. we were finally there! i bought a poster 4 like $5.00 and all the bsb members signed it! and aj was the last 1 at the table so i HAD 2 aj! i wanted 2 so bad and i did! his hug was warming and oh god words cant express how that felt! all i have 2 say is that aj(sam) as bigger muscles and the real aj has a better chest! sorry but its true. that was the night of my life! oh and i smelled like ck one: escape because thats the kind of cologne he wears! well if u went to the tribute concert or have ne questions e-mail me asap! thanx! They do an excellent job of being the tribute, which isnt correct because the Backstreet Boys are still around. Keep the "LTL" pride alive!!! Mishale Submitted by Casey from Benton Maine USA Date: Tue Jul 25 10:20:23 2000 Hey people!! I've been to 2 Backstreet's Back concerts, and they were AWESOME!! The first one was in Bangor, Maine, and it was on December 29, 1999. Me and my friend Jamie stood out in the FREEZING cold for 3 hours so we could get front row. We were the first ones at the door. The next one was July 4, 2000, and that was in Winslow, Maine. I thought that concert was even better than the one before. I didn't get front row, but I got second row. I saw my friend Lori there, and I went over to stand with her partly cuz she was closer to the stage, and cuz we were yelling to each other before they went onstage. The security guards were getting mad at us cuz we were like yelling in their ears, but ANYWAY, after the concert, they did an autograph session, and I got all their autographs, well, except for Russ's. He was talking to Lori. She was showing him some pics from the last Backstreet's Back tribute concert that we went to in December. He took some of the pics from her, so now we think he might put them on the official site. Lori met someone at that concert that knows Sam, and she gave Lori Sam's email address, so they've been talking to each other a lot lately. I got to talk to Sam yesterday, and he gave me Leo's email address, so that's cool. I just wanna say that Backstreet's Back is AWESOME!!! KTBSBzPA!!! Im good friends with Sam. I mean I run his official page! They are doing it to make kids happy. I wasnt able to see the real bsb in concert due to high ticket prices, and venues far from my house. (like states away) And when I heard BSBZ was coming to Maine, I flipped, i thought it was awesome. they put up a AWESOME show. They don't go out of their character at all! They ALSO put up a meet & greet at the end EVERY SHOW. So you get to meet them and talk to them. WHICH you would never find at a real backstreet boys concert. I beleive the both bands rock! And the guys (meaning: Sam, Shawn, Leo, Gabe, Russ) Are doing a great job, PROMOTING bsb, in everyway that they can. They dont need to be bad mouthed for their job. They are making tons of little kids, fans of BSB happy!
