I happen to like the Rolling Stones cover. I mean, you could never cath *N Sync doing this and if they did it, well, it would surely seem as if they were copying BSB, wouldn't it? So, I personally liked the idea. It's a BACKSTREET idea. Although if there were other artists who did that then....my bad.

Being on the cover of the ROLLING STONE with your drawers down takes some balls...

It kinda looked dumb. Their faces were all with some attitude and whatever, but they didn't have pants one. I don't know what they were trying to pull, but they looked kinda strange...

I think that some people are taking this thing WAY too seriously! It's a joke, guys! I thought it was a great way to show a different side of them. The press has scrutinized them for years as just being a bunch of "pretty boys", and I thought it took a lot of guts for them to show themselves "with their pants down", so to speak, for all the world to see. And it was done very tastefully. I'm pretty conservative, and I didn't find anything offensive about it.

It's just kind of annoying that they always say how they want to be respected, and they want to get past the "boy band" stage, and they don't want to be admired for how they look, and then they do something like this. Posing with no pants on only redeems them as a boy band whose fans worship them for how they look. Does how their legs look really have anything to do with the music? If it takes an extra year for them to get some respect in the industry, I'm not surprised. Not a wise choice, guys. I'm sorry if a lot of you disagree with me, but think of it this way: if they're not gaining respect, they're losing it. How does taking your pants off deserve respect? When you can give a good answer to that question, I might change my tune.
