Hey ele hi how ya doing.you know they play justin's song because they feel sorry that justin was straight and now he's gay.Nick's song is killin' justin because nick carter isn't gay.Okay now let's get to the basics. Now um...I FINALLY HEARD NICK'S SONG ON 93 POINT 1.Radio now.it was so exciting. They do not play Justin's song alot because nobody likes that song. They had a vote.Nick's song won the vote.Everyone said Jusin's beat was weak and his song was garbage.Go 93.1.Rock on.I don't know about the other radio stations but 93.1 rocks okay new suject.

Hey everyone, I just wanna say that justin's song is NOT played more than nick's. Actually, the radio stations NEVER plays Nick's or Justin's song, or any new songs for that matter (Jennifer Love Hewitt, Christina Aguilera, to name a few) or at least z100 in new york doesn't. They only play the new songs on the countdowns which is twice a day (nick is usually number 4 or so, justin 6) I have no idea why they do this, I've called once and asked, but the guy just said "it depends on the song" whether they play it after you request it or not. He didn't explain any further. Its not cuz no one is requesting those songs because the countdowns are based on the requests so I have no idea why they're not playing it, maybe cuz nick's song isn't released commercially? (I've heard somewhere that singles that aren't released commercially or the album that it's on isn't released yet aren't played on radio stations as much, but I don't know if its true) Also, let's just ignore the people that have nothing to do but to come on this site and diss us.

ATTENTION, EVERYONE READ. DO THIS EVERY SINGLE DAY, TO SUPPORT OUR BOYS. ure rite, aj lover, (i think u said we could call u that. but it sounds kinda weird lol) ok, i was just browsin all these kiss stations in the u.s. and some of canada, and i've noticed that the majority of them don't really play nick's song a lot, but justin's is like #2 or somethin. so here's a list of websites to go and request the song, it only takes a few moments, seriously, if each and every one of us actually dedicated 15-20 min. a day to votin for our boys, it'd make a big difference. ok, here goes, www.kiisfm.com (go to the contact us and request nick), www.z95.com (nick was on the top 10 or hot 10 yesterday, and they added him to the play list. score one lol), www.jojowright.com (vote for nick at top nine at nine), www.kiss985.com (u could vote at the toptens or somethin,), www.1037kissfm.com (i trust u can find ur way to the contact us or the requestin section), www.kissfmcolorado.com (just go and request nick), and finally, the last one, www.ksii.com (vote, vote, vote) keep requestin, i vote at all of these sites and i requested a lot at www.kiisfm, i wrote 2 each to the dj's, if i can, u could help too!. remember, when nick's music, vid debuts on sept. 17, not 16, that's makin the vid. vote like there's no tomorrow. and keep on nominatin brian for sexiest guy in the world, at www.cosmogirl.com........IMPORTANT: NICK'S IN STUDIO DATE AT KIIS FM STUDIO HAS BEEN CHANGED TO SEPT. 16, NOT 17, IT'S MONDAY,NOT TUESDAY. SO VOTE LIKE CRAZY. LOL

I think the new album should be named "Insert Title Here" Something witty like that. It doesn't HAVE to be all deep and meaningful, people... but if you did want a dramatic title, I think "Echoes" would be nice. And about Nick... his not sounding like the Backstreet Boys is not a bad thing. If he wanted to sound like the Backstreet Boys, why would he put out a solo album? He's just doing what he wants to do, but that doesn't mean he's abandoning the Boys or anything. Also, just because you're a Backstreet fan does not REQUIRE you to love and cherish everything that comes out of them. You do not HAVE to like Nick's songs. Just respect him and his decisions.- Amy - United We Stand ... PROUD to be an AMERICAN

Pray for the lost. Pray for the living. Pray for the crying and the laughing. Pray for the love. Pray for righteousness. 9/11..I WILL NOT FORGET.I am not watching TV today..not too much anyway. I believe I should remember w/o infringing on others grief as part of entertainment. I pray for Brian's baby and all the new babies, and hope they won't have to lose their innocence like we did. WE are a generation now. The generation 9/11. The biggest difference b/w last year and this year is that we can this year smile, laugh and live. HAHAHA. The terroists haven't beaten us....they never will. Let the WORLD live on. KTBSPA!~

I think it's good that Nick's music doesn't sound like the Backstreet music...*confused by other fans* I mean, it'd be like he was doin his own backstreet album if he sounded like the backstreet boys...afterall, he should make the music that he likes, not what others like...do I make any sence at all?? *shrugs* I'm a lil' disappointed though! The versions I've heard of Help Me sounds like crap...Dun get me wrong! The song itself is good, but the drum intro thing! WHAT THE HELL DID THE PRODUCERS THINK?! It sounds like some crappy old clint eastwood-western-horse-running-on-asphalt sound! Am I the only one reacting to that?!?! I also thought he'd be sounding more like...Nirvana or Red Hot Chilipeppers...or something like that! A lil' more raw, ya know? Oh well, it doesn't matter now, I'm gonna buy the album anyways! *grins* BSB should call their album The Album, but that requiers that it really is THE Album!! I've said enough now...I'll prob get hate mail for this, lol!!! Just remember, KTBPA and dun worry too much about angry Nsync fans. Nsync and BSB is just not the same deal. See ya out there...somewhere!

Hey everyone! I'm kinda depressed today cuz of 9-11 and looking back on it. It's really hard to comprehend what went on because I live far from NY. But anyway...I think it would be awesome if the BSB album was called "United We Stand." It would go with what our country is going through right now and also with what BSB is going through with Nick doing his solo album. Supposedly, the guys are really mad at him for it, I read that in J-14. But I just think it would be a cool name. I know Nick's solo effort is going to be awesome. I just hope and pray he realizes that being part of the BSB is the most wonderful thing in the world for him. After all, what would they be without Nick making up one-fifth of the phenomenon known as the Backstreet Boys.If Nick's CD is entitled "NOW OR NEVER", shouldn't the BSB'S be "NOW AND FOREVER"? That would shut everybody up once and for all. God bless dad-to-be Brian and God bless all the boys.

MTV has this in Nick Carter's bio section. (it's kind of long but says great things about the album and Nick's reasons for doing the album)We first met Nick Carter, the sweet, blonde, blue-eyed member of the Backstreet Boys, about seven years ago. He knocked the socks off of girls and boys alike worldwide while receiving innumerable praise and awards from the music industry. Now that he is a bit older, we find him digging a little deeper to show us a side we’ve never seen before. Nick Carter is getting up to his own things these days. It’s his chance to break out and share a more personal side of himself while still doing the thing he loves - music. Making music that comes from his heart is something this 22 year-old has been yearning to do for quite a while. On his debut album, Now or Never, Nick brings a cathartic pen to paper to release what he says he’s “been holding inside for a long time.” We begin to watch the layers unfurl on each track as we hear a young man’s tales of life and love and growing up. His deepest thoughts and confusions, as well as his passions come across in the album’s songs. “It’s a release of energy – all sorts of energy that I’ve held inside for God knows how long;” Nick says, “now I get the freedom to do everything that I, myself want to do.” After fifteen years of performing, it is certainly his time to shine, but Nick is very modest about his success. “It’s not about shining,” he says, “it’s more so something that is helping me out as a person, and it’s kind of like therapy to me. I’m able to free myself and express myself.” He describes this move to do his own thing as a kid going off to college. He is breaking away from the family within the Backstreet Boys to spread his wings. This endeavor did not begin with a plan to make a solo record. It just so happens that Nick was messing around in the studio with the production team, KNS (Josh Schwartz and Brian Keirulf) and they came up with the song “Do I Have To Cry For You.” When the folks at Jive took a listen they were blown away, and so began the idea to make Now or Never. His work (and play) with KNS allowed him to experiment with writing for the first time. He co-wrote “Do I Have To Cry For You” as well as “Girls In The USA” and “I Stand For You” with them, and “My Confession” and “Is It Saturday Yet” with producers Gary Clark and Martin Brammer. Although he admits that he hasn’t reached his potential as a writer, he is very excited about the prospect of exploring his artistic side During the making of this record, Nick took to Sweden to work with good friend and songwriter extraordinaire, Max Martin (best known for his work with Britney Spears, The Backstreet Boys and Celine Dion). Before the recording process began, the two got into deep discussions about life and what Nick was going through at the time. The songs Max came up with and produced with partner, Rami, were closely related to Nick’s emotions so they were a perfect fit for the record. Now or Never has also been graced by the production skills of The Matrix, Steve Mac, Matthew Gerrard and Teddy Riley. “It’s a very personal album,” Nick says of the songs chosen for it, “every one has a connection of some sort.” While Now or Never delves into some deep topics, it doesn’t take itself way too seriously. It has the ability to transport you to the open road for a long drive while you sing every song at the top of your lungs. It reflects the freedom and passion that it is meant to reveal. “Help Me,” the first single from the album, was written by Matthew Gerrard and Michele Vice-Maslin and produced by Matthew Gerrard. It’s a fun ditty that we can all relate to. In it Nick sings about his confusion and appreciation of life and relationships while he begs the questions we all ask ourselves everyday. The tender ballad “Do I Have To Cry For You” works its way into a passionate and raw plea for some middle ground in a less than normal relationship. “Confession” is a very sweet and pleasant sonic journey that expresses honest affection towards a new love. Its bouncy guitars and textured beats are candy to the ears. Nick truly loves American Rock, and its influence shows up on the guitar-driven anthem “I Stand For You.” You can tell he was reared on a healthy serving of Bruce Springsteen, Journey and Bon Jovi. His rebellious lyrics like, “I’m gonna have an attitude,” are spoken with that sense of youthful invincibility and fervor. We see his compassionate side on the ballad “Heart Without a Home (I’ll Be There)” while the song “I Got You” calls out the words “they can’t touch me…now that I’ve got you” over a lush landscape of chimes, beats and subtle guitar wisps. It’s not all work for Nick Carter though. When he is not recording or touring he likes to rest – a lot. The ocean is another obsession of his. He enjoys taking his boat out and swimming or scuba diving as often as possible. He also makes it his priority to do his part to preserve the ocean, so much so that he began Nick Carter’s Ocean Campaign. He feels very strongly about the environment and intends to get more involved to protect it. As a result of his upbringing, he learned and experienced a lot more than the typical American teenager. This, he says, has made him “much more caring when it comes to the world and the place we live in.” He is more open now and would like to learn and share his experiences with as many people as possible.
