I'm glad a lot of you agree with me on my views about BSB and MTV/Jive/Nsync. It feels good to know that I'm not the only one noticing these things. Anyways, here's some album titles I'm leaning on: Kaos..........This would be good for the BSB album or Nick's solo album 15:01.........I still like this title because it gives a big F*** You to all the critics & haterz Glory.........Enough said. We're going from Days of Thunder to Glory Days Organic.......Kevin knows best Eargasm.......I still like this one too. -By the way, it has been confirmed that Wade Robson will be working with Howie. -Shakira has been confirmed to be on the album. -Kevin will join Nick in Sweden soon. -Andrew Fromm will also be working with the Boys (he wrote "How Did I Fall in Love w/ You" with Howie) -BSB's new managers also manage Michael Jackson and Christina Aguilera (they're in good company) --One more thing, why do I get the feeling that this album will take BSB to new heights & will get them the respect of the music industry that they should have had a long time ago? Also I think it would be so stupid to drop "Boys" from their name b/c even though their grown and some people call them that anyway, people who change their name get made fun of so much for it. Also Backstreet Boys is the name that got them this far so they should stick with it, unless they are doing it for legal reason like to get out whatever settlement they made with Trans Con. It seems to me that certain well paid individuals are desprately trying to make them more popular. But get this, BSB was almost always no. 1 on TRL. Very rarely 2 or 3. They even retired at 1. Even with BSB being retired, Nsuck couldn't even make it to the top three. I don't even think Gone retired because it wasn't requested 65 consecutive days. If I'm not mistaken that hideous Girlfriend retired at 6! I just think it's fishy. The nsuck people may be bribing MTV with money, perhaps. Think about it people, Nsuck were a joke not so long ago. But it's not just mtv that's boybandpredjudice, a lot of magazines are too. They alwayz have justin or nsaync on the cover and at least one article about them and tons of posters. It's unusual to find a small article bout bsb in them. I really can't stand this nsyncness!!!!! I don't care if i seem immature because im not particuliarlly old so i don't need to be. Justin is soooooooo fuckin ugly!!!!! ok, he was NEVER on mtv alone or in the magazines until he dated britney. And, HELLO! nsync can't sing for shit! and gone's video is a copy of shape of my heart, pop is along the same tone as the call, and girlfriend says "shining star"in it. Not only this, but nsync has copy many other song titles and phrases such as "i want you back" (don't want you back) and "nsync is here"(backstreet's back). They even copyed a sort of concert move where they're sorta sailing over the audience. BSB came up wit that and did it first. Nsync may seem so popular, but that's just in north america. BSB has many world wide fans especially in south america, and europe. And not that looks count, but supposing they did, a hairy ass is more attractive than a member of nsync. ANY AND EVERY MEMBER! I'm sorry that i get so defensive, but i love my boys and hate nsync as you can tell :) As for the album, i'm stcking to 'brother's united" for obvious reasons. The concert is tomorrow(3/29/02) by the date specified. Well, I stuck in a request for two tics and guess what came up? FLOOR SEATS in a section right at the stage. The concert is tommorow! I have noticed their attitude toward our guys for years. But I've figured out why Carson and TRL are the way they are: it's called "controversy." They think by pitting the Backstreet Boys against other groups they'll get more ratings, and their sponsors will get more people seeing their ads. It's a money thing. In reality, Carson probably doesn't like either BSB or the Justin group (I don't say their name). Carson fancies himself a music expert, and I think he likes hard rock (from what I can gather). Anyway, I have not watched TRL since the Boys haven't been on, and I do not vote on the countdown since the Boys aren't on the list. Until they release their new music, I'm not going to be involved in TRL. They don't like losing viewers: it's a money thing, folks. Anyway, the Backstreet Boys will be back strong as ever in the fall, and you just watch: TRL will be begging for them to be on the show. So, hang in there, BSB fans. The Boys will be back! First, some of the names I like are "Exposed"(I don't think they should be 'exposed' on the cover though, kind of degrading, don't you think? It's supposed to be about the music, not how they look) More names I like are "Bridges" and how about one I thought of? Like "Pump Up the Volume". Kind of edgey, don't you think? *shrugs* Oh, well. Now, I'd like to agree whole-heartedly with JoJo! Couldn't of said it better myself! Not to sound immature, but I just can't stand N'sync. What's this about Justin maybe going solo? I thought he already was... lol. Now, N'sync's last two songs released, "Gone"and "Girlfriend", is it me or do they just seem to drone on and on and on with no building in intensity or any climatic stages in those songs? One thing I love about BSB is their songs slowly build in volume and intensity without you even realizing it and they end up blowing you away. MTV has definite favortism for N'sync. Carson has been caught saying he hates BSB, yet if they are on the show or whatever, he's suddenly their best buds. Carson is fake. And yeah, just look and compare N'sync's stats to BSB's stats... BSB comes out overwhelmingly on top. Outside of North America, nothing short of a lamp post has heard of N'sync. They call BSB's Black and Blue a failure, but other artists would kill for those kinds of sales. I live in North Dakota and let me tell you something. N'sync is coming here soon and they've been selling tickets at the Alerus Center for the past two months. I see the commercial advertising them still and there's this little banner that says: "Great seats still available at any level!" When BSB came here in February of 2001, they very nearly sold out(this is North Dakota, remember), with only being shy of I believe 1,200-1,500 seats. There were over 20,000 people for BSB and the only seats left were about a section on each side, furthest from the stage. I checked out ticketmaster a while ago for the N'sync concert and could still get tickets half an arena away.(I wasn't buying, just was curious :) Not to mention, that concert BSB put on at the Alerus Center was one of the biggest grossing concerts of 2001 in the United States. To email MTV, VH1 and if any of our members get to go to TRL or something like that, to show our pride, it's more of an online thing, like a street team. I spend too much time preaching to people about being a mature fan, yet I have slipped into the realm of immaturity with the last posts I had. Although I stand behind my statements 100%, I really need to take a step back and follow my own advice once in a while. In the future, I will try to stick to the topic at hand, which is naming the new album, instead of bashing other celebrities. Although i do not like N'SYNC or Justin Timberlake, I will keep my comments to a bare minimum from now on, if I mention them at all. Now, back to the job at hand. Based on what I just learned about myself, I'll throw out my own suggestion for a title: "Realizations". Like it? It could be a hint to the critics that they should come to the "realization" that the Backstreet Boys are not breaking up and are going to be around for a long time to come.
