These people who are saying you can't be happy are seriously bitter people. and why i don't know. the Backstreet Boys have dedicated the past ten years to the music that we all know and love and now they've decided to begin the next chapter of there lives. They are people to and deserve to get married and have families just like the rest of us. All you that hate leighanne, why? I can't come up with anyother reason then you're jellous. But seriously did you actualy think Brian would just set his eyes on you at a concert fall madly in love with you and marry you? Really guys get real. Anyway even if that happened you would never be able to put up with the shit that she has to put up with. Imagine that someone comes in to your backyard and steals you're dogs or that you can't even go to Kmart with your husband or boyfriend with out being mobed. Can you imagine on you're wedding day reporters and fans showing up? Or going online and seeing 100s of posts saying how they hate you and want you to die. I don't know about you but i don't care if i was dating brain Littrell or any other BSB with zillions of dollars i don't think I could put up with it. Leighanne is a saint in my book for putting up with that and it just is more proof that she loves Brian with all her heart. Not that you need proff anyway they have nothing to prove to you its their life. Now to those who say they won't sell records. People buy records because of their music not because of them. Are you telling me that you won't buy therir records just because VBrians having a baby? Well if you're not thats just sad and don't ever call yourself a fan again.And those who say the band will brake up so what they have dedicated 10 years to music. their music will live forever no matter what happens. If they want to quit i stand behind them. Having said that Congadulations to Brian and Leighanne I wish all the happiness and all the luck. Even tho I am not a big fan of the backstreet wife/gf's because alot of them seem like gold diggers, and I know if that was me I wouldn't want some chicks diggen my cash. God bless all three of you! And the rest of what I have to say has to do with things I've been thinking about for the last couple days since I heard the news and began to read these posts. Why am I so happy for Brian AND Leighanne? I have been a Backstreet fan for about 4 or 4 and a half years. And in that time many of my happiest memories revolve around them. My friends and I have had countless hours of laughs and love and many times the Backstreet Boys have been a part of it in one way or another. I can't give Brian beautiful gifts bought from the best shops in the world. One because I have no money, and two because I'm pretty sure I'd never have the chance to give it to him. But I desperatly need to give hime something for making my whole life as wonderful as it is. The only thing I can think of is to give him my blessings. And many prayers that God will bring him half of the happiness he's given me. I'm sure that because it's Brian, his wife and his new baby will bring him that happiness. And so I am ecstatic for both of them. I have never met Leighanne, just as I have never met Brian. Have any of you met Brian? Do you know him personally? Do you know him better than Leighanne? None of us know the real Leighanne, because just like the rest of us HUMAN BEINGS, we all put up a sort of mask when it comes to meeting others for the first time. I think Brian is probably a pretty smart man. And he waited til he was what? twenty five or six to get married? I think he knows Leighanne's a good person. And that's good enough for me. And I'll have to agree with my best friend Brandy, with what she said to those with choice words on planning this pregnancy around our new album. Brian has reagranged his ENTIRE life for the last 10 years to give us world tours, AMAZING albums, tv appearances galore, contests for the lucky few. He postponed heart surgery TWICE and came back too early for millions of people he doesn't know. And the thanks he gets is people complaining they want a new album, and how rude is he to be 27 and want a family. I won't lie. If I could have new BSB music till the day I die I would be happy. But you know what I've come to realize. Those men are not super-human. And they don't owe us a damn thing. But for everything they've given to us, the smiles, the laughs, the concerts, the music, the love, we owe them the whole world. And so as I said in the beginning. Brian, Leighanne, and the lil' miracle, God Bless You All! I love you guys for being so good to me. Thank you for sharing your gifts and your life with me. I hope that despite some negative people you will be able to enjoy every single second of your life as a family.
