And after the show me and my friend went out in the back were the busses were and we waited for the boys to come out and nick and his girlfriend and to other people got in this black van and nick got in the front seat and the other people got in the 2nd seat and nick turned on the dome light in the van and was showing the people in the van his tatto and he gave us a piece sighn and turned it off and drove away I had my nose stuck to the glass of the van and that is about as close to nick that i ever got.thank you and god bless. It was at an airport in the UK, I was there waiting for my Aunt and Uncle woh were coming to visit and than..out steps the Backstreet Boys, with their bodyguards and manager. I just almost fainted. I ran over to them and I asked Nick for an autograph. He looked a little tired but said yes, and I got an autograph. I was so crying. And than there was a woman with a camera, she said she'd take a picture of me with the BSB's and I was like "What? Why" and she said she was a reporter here in the UK for a daily newspaper and wanted a picture of them with fans....and since I was there...!!! She took my picture with them and Nick looked so adorable! :) It was the best experience ever!! He looked at me, I looked at him. He looked really sad. There was another time, well first let me tell u my aunt was in the broadway play footloose (she was the star) and Kevins wife Kristen was helping out with the play and they became really good friends, and since my aunt lives in a different state than me she had no clue how much I love bsb, when she came to visit she told me that her friend was marrying Kevin and im like "Your friend is KRISTEN" and she told me she would get in contact with kristen and get them to stop by when they r in town (that would be a dream come true) well kristen moved, andmy aunt couldn't get in contact with her but she is still trying Submitted by Jenn from Buzzards Bay Mass USA Date: Sat Jul 21 19:19:46 2001 Hey I got to see Nick up close at his hotel In boston on july 8 2001 during their B&B tour, but later that night about 2 hrs later at about 2:30 am fate brought the man I really wanted to meet not only meet but got a hug too. I met Howie, he is my fave, and I really wanted to meet him. He looked kind of down cause that was the day AJ left, but Howie was so super sweet he smiled when he saw all his fans, he stopped signed autographs and took pics. I got a hug , he even called me sweetheart, and I got the famose wink. Some day I hoping to meet him again and the others. Near the end of the concert they started putting up barriers through the crowdes. Before the concert me and my BFF, Jenn, were walking around looking for the BSB. We met 2 of their dancers (Goof & Rich) at Wendy's before the show. We also just walked backstage like 2 hours before the concert--no questions asked. We didn't see them there yet, and we stayed for part of the sound check, but we were kicked out by a mean woman before the BSBs arrived. The next morning, we were checking out of the hotel, and there was this green tour bus outside. We walked out there (there were about 75 people outside) and all of the sudden, HOWIE opens a window on the bus. Everyone rushes over there, but no one says anything to him. My Best friend tells him "great show!" and he is like "thanks." I am like "I'm so glad that y'all sang 'What Makes You different makes you beautiful' b/c I didn't think you would since it is a bonus track and everything, but I really like it!" He was like "Thanks. We like it." or something. Then, he was like "did you like the videos?" I had to have him repeat it like 2 more times b/c I was so nervous and I couldn't understand him. Finally, I was like "Oh, the videos! Yeah! I loved them! I liked the one where y'all were old! that was hilarious!" He was like "Yeah. That was fun." I was like "Who's idea was that?" He was like "Oh, it was ours, yeah it was ours." I think that is all we said, but I was so excited, I really don't remember. It was great though... But it happened last night and it was as close as I has ever been to any of the Backstreet Boys. I was sitting in the 5th Section, 5th Row on the Floor in the Gaylord Entertainment Center in Nashville. Well, when the Boys were coming across the bridge hanging over the fans, I was about five feet from it. Brian is my favorite so I was determined to get his attention. I waved my hands frantically as AJ, Nick and Howie all passed by. They all saw me and waved or smiled. Then Brian came by and stopped right in front of me. He leaned over the rail to see all of us. I was still waving my hands at him like a wild woman! He saw me and acted surprised that I was so insistent! So he waved back and smiled. I was wearing a pink T-shirt with two turtles on it. One was a pink girl turtle and the other was a blue boy turtle and they were kissing. While he was still looking at me, I pointed to me shirt and pointed to him and then to the boy turtle! It was their first tour in the US but it was so great. Before the show my mother(who loves them to death lol) and I werent quite sre where we were to go.It ended up tht we were in the back of the arena well we saw some people and we figured hey lets go see what goin on well we go over there and there is there buses. Then i heard screaming and saw Kevin walk out of the bus and then it got quiet for like a minute then AJ came walkingout and came out and met every single person that was out there! He was such a sweetie,he smelled good but boy was he a flirt. he was all like " so where you sittin tonight" lol and "ill be lookin for you" and i just laughed it was funny and cute then i went moe towards the door and met up with AJ again and then i heard more screaming and I looked over and saw Aaron Carter (he was one of the opening acts) and people started screaming louder and calling his name well I was talking with AJ a bit again and we both called his name and he came over Boy was he the cutest little thing then but look at him now lol he is looking so much like nick and then i was like "Aaron get Nick's butt out her to meet some people" and he was like alright and then he went ovr to the door ad the security guard made them go inside then cuz more people were gathering around so Aj gave me a hug and went inside lol all in all it was great because in the concert my seats were right next to Brian's parents they were so sweet!
