I think the title is awesome!!! It is a great album title!! And i think that not having their picture on the album is a good idea too. It shows how they have matured and are looking for a fan base that really cares about their music and isnt all about their looks

"Black and Blue" come on now...that sucks....they couldn't even make a cover geezus their fans get screwed big time on the actual layout and design of this album. My God... the album (what I've heard) is ok.... but the half black, and half blue cover looks cheap...like they spent absolutely no time on it...the fans that spend money on it deserve more.

I don't really care about what the album is called or what the cover looks like. All I care about is the music!!!

You all know what will happen on Tuesday? Black and Blue will not sell even 1 copy. This album sucks and BSB can do much better. I'm sorry to say, "Thank you BSB for not doing so well with this album."

am i the only one who doesn't freakin' care about the title?! as long as the music kick ass it's fine with me!

You know in that article in the Backstreet Bulletin, where Nick talks about the future? Was anyone else freaked out when he mentioned how if it wasn't for The Firm, the BSB probably would've split up by now? It totally scared me. I guess I've just become too dependent on their music. Does anyone else feel the same way?

i think the title is a little out of the ordinary. for the longest time i was like "what were they thinking?" now that i know why i was like " geez, ya think they could've come up with something else." come on now. they were wearing black in a blue room? that was genius.i don't wanna sound mean or anything cause i love the backstreet boys with all my heart but i don't really like the title name. and i really didn't like the title millennium. but hey it's not the name of the album that matters, it's the music. and that's why i love them. besides, my opinion doesn't really matter in the big picture. as of right now i could care less what the album is called i just want it! 4 more days! yeah!

All I have to say is that I have heard the album and it is freakin' amazing and that it really shouldn't matter if they switch up their style a little if you are a real fan!!!!

This is to quote Manda from Texas: Black & Blue will not be as big as Millenium. They took such a long time with the album and lots of people are starting to change their music listening pleasures. Don't get me wrong, I think Black & Blue will be a nice album, but are the fans going to be ready for the new sound ob BSB? Some might like it and gain a larger adult fan base then what they have, but those annoying teenyboppers will throw a damn riot.

Well I think the title really fits..I think it demonstrates how they've been feeling the past few years when people wouldn't except them. But now they are recovering, so I think the title is great. As for the cover of the album. Well I think that the BSB could've been a lil more creative don't you think? Not to be mean or anything but I think that the cover is a lil too plain. Groups are supposed to have covers that show them, well at least I think so. But please don't e-mail saying "How can u say that!" because i'm just as big of a fan as u are, I just feel they couldve thought of a more creative album cover.

I think if anything the title represents their maturity. They've moved past, "Millennium," a typical name for a cd, and taken a chance on a different title. Brian quoted that they "were wearing black and against a blue background. It just made sense." The title shows that through their experiences they were able to formulate a title. What better origin of a cd title than a photo shoot. I think the title is very unique and will serve its purpose of being different than their competitors. They're maturing and "rollin' with the times." That's nothing but fantastic!

Well, I think it's rather...silly. The title doesn't really grab anyone's attention, and I don't think it's gonna be as big as Millennium...but it's all good, right? Hey..it IS the BSB after all, so...who knows? I'm usually wrong anyway...

When I first heard it I just thought 'what the hell'?, but decided it was better than what I previously heard it was called (Jive). Now it's kinda grown on me, and it's also cool because all the fans can wear Black and Blue clothes the day it's released, and all show that we're BSB's fans!

"Black and Blue" is sorta a weird title for a CD. Sure, to some of us, we see a meaning behind it of the hell they had to go through to get here today. Though, did they actually think it had a meaning when they thought of it as their CD title? No, not really. They went "ohh blak & blue" while at a photo shoot.
