I honestly don't think that you will see this, but just incase, I want to tell you that I am very happy, and extremely proud of you. I won't sit here and say that I know how it is, because if I did, I'd be lying. All I can say is that I am very proud of you and your current acomplishments. Keep it up! As for losing a family member, I DO know how it feels, and just know that you know, your Grandmother is watching you and she would want you to know that she is very proud of you. We all love you! See you soon, back in T.O!!

To Denise McClean,Mom to mom. In fact I think I'm quite a bit older, but my kids are younger. I think you are an inspiration and a rock for Alex. He is fortunate to have you as a role model. Thia year was one difficulty after another, but you still stand to be counted. MY best to you. AS a mom, I hope I can be half as good a mom as you. May God bless you and your son.

Hola AJ.I just wanted to tell you how proud I am of you. You admitted to having all kinds of things wrong with you and in doing so you've encouraged other celebrities, Mariah Carey and Matt Damon, to talk about their problems to. WAY TO GO! You're a pioneer. Just start hanging out with the right people and your wonderful girlfriend Sarah and you can't go wrong. I know that you have started a war to conquer the bottle. Now it's just a matter of time before you win the war. You'll be fighting this for the rest of your life but it's a battle that's worth fighting for.
All my love.
Celeste.

Dear AJ,
The first time i heard that you were in rehab, i cried and cried. I was so upset that you were under depression and alcohol abuse. However, i was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo proud of you. That is the smartest thing you could do in your life- and you did it. So many people who are just normal can't get the guts to do that, and you- a celebrity went out and did it. One of my aunts was in rehab for alcohol abuse and maybe depression, but i didn't get all the detials. She is one of the greatest person i know. You are now too one of my role models. I read the interview with your mom, and really understood why you were depressed. I know what its like to be two totally different people, and its like your being pulled from one side to the other. After i really thought about it, i realized the whole AJ and Alex thing. I started crying just thinking about how you had been changed once you joined the Backstreet Boys, and the last thing i want for you is to have to change for the fans, i would want you to be yourself. I love you AJ for everything you are and i knew you could make it through, becuase you are so strong. Now here you are, and you've been keeping up all the good work. Your voice now is more amazing then ever, its so clear and smooth, your voice reminds me of fire and water, the two most beautiful things in the world. I hope you realize what a great person you are, because i know what it feels like to just have no confidence and low self esteem. I love you AJ, and i hope you remember that no matter what, your fans will always love you and be there for you. Good luck with everything.
With Love,
Julia

What's up? I don't know if A.J. himself will ever read this, but I just wanted to say that I, like thousands of people out there, am really very proud of your strength and honesty regarding your situation. I already knew you had it in you to beat it, and you proved me right! I am inspired every day by you and the other Boys, and I hope you guys continue to make your beautiful music for many more years. I quit smoking when I found out you entered rehab and I feel 100% better! I truly do love you A.J., though we've never met, but I hope to change that one day!
(P.S.-I tried to get a book of poetry I made for you to you when you were in Calgary Sept.26/27, it was in a brown envelope with your name in big, black letters on both sides, did you get it???)
