Well boys this is new. You have all said in the past, that you are the tightest you have ever been, and no one can touch you. I ADMIRE AJ for his courage to check him self in and be able to admit that he has a problem because it is a very hard thing to deal with. I think that as fans we should still have all the love and support for Aj, while hes dealing with this. Even though we may think pop stars lives are glamourus and uch we have to realize that even behind his happy go lucky life that things can happen. We all have to be stong for Aj and the boys. Screw if the concert dates are moved. Would u rather have a depressed and drunk Aj on stage or a happy loveable aj onstage that can actually realize what hes doing. So im gonna keep my pride alive for these boys becuase if they can stay strong through all of this. then so can we as fans.

Since me and my best friend Alicia ( who is your #1 fan) heard the news we have been in tears. We are so glad that you admitted you had a problem. And are wishing you the best of luck with treatment. AJ-
I never realized how much you and the other guys meant to me until I heard you were sick. I'm a guy and it's usually looked down upon for guys to like boy bands. And for a long time I hated you guys very much. But today that all changed. I realized you are more than a boy band. You guys are the greatest performers on this earth. Your talent goes beyond being a boy band. Your music has had the ability to touch lives and change people for the better. And the same is true for me. Your music keeps me going. And I am a backstreet fanatic from this day forward. I'm so glad you've taken the step to get better. You're on your way and you have millions of fans supporting you 100% along the way. This is just another obstacle to overcome. And you are going to overcome it. My best wishes go out to you to get better.

Well AJ hun...I really hope you get better. It was really sad for me to find out about your problem but I'm glad you did the right thing. You don't realize the great thing you did by telling your fellow BSB members about you problem because I'm sure you know that they will be there for you through thick and thin. I am sure that many people benefited from your example and I think that is great. It may take more than 30 days to kick of your problems but baby take you time, Don't rush becuz when you come back I know all ur fans want you to come back cured and ready to amaze us with your talent. I hope you get better and my best wishes are with you.

I know how you feel Aj because I've been through something similar with depression. With a little help from a doctor and a lot from God I made it through. And if little ole me made it through I know you can. Don't think you're weak cause you're not. The weak ones are those who don't get help and talk to someone. Yeah this stuff might sound pretty corny but hey it's real. Hang in there man. Even though I don't know you personally you'll still be in my prayers.

Hey Alex,
I know that you are a strong man even though I have never meet. I know that what you are going throught, but your strength and God will guide you. I love you with ALL of my heart but that seems like and understatement. I'm happy that you realized your problem and that takes soooo much courge. We will be praying for you and are watching over you. You have the biggest family and its just getting bigger. If you need anything, don't be afraid to us, the fans. You've been through so much. You're just an amazing person. Your life has been insane and your still standing tall! I know you can over come this struggle.
